Don't go to this location. They will accuse you of being fraudulent if you don't provide a photo ID for an online order. My husband went to pick up my sandwich and was not allowed to pick it up. Although the staff was courteous and the restaurant was clean in no way shape or form did their $15 and some change medium sandwich combo wow me! The ingredients were fresh although I was not a huge fan of the roll my own preference is for more of a hard crust roll but the amount of meat on the sandwich was not overwhelming, and the size of the medium sandwich is about the same as the size of Subway's small. I give this a 3, because of what happened in the restaurant. My family and I plan to dine in at the place around 8:30pm but was told it was only gonna be to go since the "lobby" was closed. Don't firehouse sub close at 9? it should have been okey to dine for like maybe 10-20 mins and then leave. The manage ( adult lady) seemed kinda rude when she tried telling me over the smaller cashier (girl) shoulder, that the lobby was closed and that it was only to go. Firehouse is our daughter's favorite sandwich place. The Firehouse locations that we had in our area closed, so when we go out of town the first question is: "Is there a Firehouse around?" So last weekend we were about to head home after having taken her and two of her friends to the Sacanime Convention, stopping at Firehouse for dinner. Four of us ate, one was not hungry. Everything seemed fine. Got home and a couple of hours later, our daughter was throwing up. My husband woke up and he too began throwing up. They both had another round after some time with our daughter beginning the morning with a third round. By morning I wasn't feeling well either. All of us felt drained--tired and weak. Though I managed to avoid throwing up, I did indeed make up for it with diarreah. Our daughter texted her friend to see if she had been afflicted as well---yes, she had been throwing up too. Monday afternoon we went to the grocery to get some plain ramen noodles--something that my husband thought he could keep down. Barely got back to the car when my husband again had to throw up in the parking lot. We are finally feeling back to speed after our ordeal which started Sunday night. Firehouse was the only place that the four of us had all eaten at all day giving us the conclusion that we got it from Firehouse. All we ask is that you PLEASE impress upon your staff the importance of keeping their food preparation area spotless, their hands clean and wear gloves, and if food has any indication of "turning" to throw it out so people don't throw it up. read more

From their variety of options it's hard to pick but I usually go for my spicy Cajun chicken that was recommended to me by the staff. The place is very welcoming when I enter the door with being greeted every time. I've seen bad reviews about this place and I never witnessed anything the bad reviews mentioned.
