This location is TRASH, so was the one on Victory. I can see why they're closing this chain at a rapid place. What would it take to fix an order that you guys messed up on? The customer service is that equivalent to someone who just started their first job and probably averages a D is school. Most of my toppings were on one side of the bread, it was over heated clearly because the meat shriveled up. But that isn't even the kicker. I called and managers are in the background talking instead of getting on the phone. The flamboyant boy in the background (once the woman told him what I said about my order) was like, "uh uh.. no it wasn't" like he just remembered the order by heart but I also never told them what it was. For dinner I ran down the road about a mile on Rt17 South to Firehouse Subs. I purchased a Medium Sz Hook & Ladder Sub which is Turkey & Ham w light mayo lettuce onions & tomato on white roll to share with Tony Vanoy I only ate the meat and cheese off mine plus the dill pickle wedge. I was in town for work and really wanted a sub. It took me three days to get it because the doors were locked at 8pm despite the front door saying they were open until 9:30. When I pulled on the door the employees just looked at me and went back to socializing. On the third day when I finally got there for lunch, I should have just left. The store was dirty, the employees were dressed in filthy street clothes, only one was wearing a firehouse logo, and they were moving at the speed of smell. They were laughing and joking with each other making it very clear I was an annoyance. If I were to guess, this is a very under performing store thanks to lazy employees and completely absent management. read more

Just had my first firehouse sub and I'm impressed!! We were wondering what we'd have for dinner and wanted subs but didn't want to drive our far- firehouse is just down the road so we decided to give them a try. We used their app to order and our sandwiches were ready promptly. My sandwich was a BYO ham & cheese with several veggies. The ham was yummy and they toasted my sandwich to perfection. My sub was $9 and it was the PERFECT size! The employees were busy cleaning when we walked in. Final verdict: Simply based on my experience today I would recommend them. Everything tasted fresh. Surprisingly the big back dude with glasses making the sandwiches doesn't even know what is on the menu. Went in and ordered their new captains club and half of the ingredients are missing, on top of that he put the sandwich in sideways for whatever lazy pathetic reason so it was just a mess to attempt to eat. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! First of all they close at 9:00pm and the door was LOCKED at 8:30pm. I proceeded to knock and they cashier just stood there and looked at me. On top of all that, the employees ducked and hid like I couldn't see them. This is the 4th time this has happened. I drive over 30 minutes to get there to be treated like trash and like I'm bothering them. Just left this place. Not busy at all. A couple of workers just sitting down on their phones. Cashier eyes all weak and watery like he was high on something. Drink machine very nasty where different soda syrup had splashed all over machine, like it had not been cleaned in days. Floor Filthy. No napkins in holder. No large lids for drinks. Had to go to cashier to ask for lids. I asked him was a manager on duty . He replied that she was there behind the counter. His was hard to believe as filthy as this place was. The experience at this Firehouse was overall bad. We paid for 4 small fountain drinks (which were $2.19 each) the only selections that were available was water and power aid. They let everyone pay for a fountain drink knowing that they didn't have anything. Food was not to desired temperature.
