Staff members always greet us upon entering and they Always have great subs and salads cooked to order as you arrive. My favorite part is they donate back to our community providing life saving equipment to first responders.

THEY DO NOT OFFER 'SWEET' TEA AT THIS LOCATION! Very disappointed that I was not able to complete my order how I am used to having it every time. This location does not offer sweet tea. The staff was extremely friendly and task oriented. This location uses a painting of Mt. Hood to decorate their location in the typical local firehouse design. The sandwich itself did not seem to have as much of each of the condiments that I am used to; which made the sandwich seem very dry. For three people with combo's the total was over $45.00. Follow me on Yelp for places of interest and delicious food.

I'm not a big sandwich eater, But firehouse sub always has something that I really enjoy! They do get busy during the week around lunch time. So make sure you have enough time to wait for your sandwich.

Welcome to the future of over priced food.

I offer three stars for this particular location of Firehouse Subs. One star for cleanliness of the restaurant during a lunch rush. A second star for a brightly lit room with a menu well presented for everyone to discouver the options available. And lastly a thrid star for the calm manner in which the Firehouse team worked to keep orders in line and turned out during a busy time of day. I took one star away for the unwelcoming attitude. No "Hello or Welcome" and definately there were no "Thank you or Come Again." Finally I took away one star for the sheer price of a 4 inch sandwich being $7. I have always enjoyed Firehouse and appreciate all they do for the community, however, this is another food establishment that has moved from the regular rotation to special occasions only group. :(

Sometimes I crave their sandwiches. Stop in. Put your order at the counter, pretty quickly get your favorite sandwich. Their pickles are amazing. Today I had a New York steamer and it hit the spot. Bright clean place service wonderful. Thank you. Fire house subs.

This has to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in a long time they should call that the best sandwich in the world. Firehouse sandwiches It's a must try I ordered the engineer combo and boy it was So good I wanted to eat a plate as well lol What's funny is I used to hear about this place all the time from my friends and I have finally tryed it Im glad I did and the Location that I went to was the one in Vancouver Washington. I'm going to Yelp and see if they have one in my location in northern California. I will definitely come back

Hard to tell, but this is the smokehouse beef and cheddar.

From a quality and flavor standpoint, Firehouse Subs is maybe the best of the chain sub places. The service is always friendly and they always have about 2 dozen different bottles of hot sauce available for spicey aficionados. We shared a brisket and cheddar sub with a goodly portion of meat (though more would've been better). They always give you a quarter slice deli pickle which is a nice touch. Medium sandwiches, which cost $7-$9, are a good value given that they are about 8 inches long.

So disappointed. We went in to dine and was told it would be 15 min, we didn't get our door for 40 min. When we received our food there was more bread than meat and was lukewarm warm. I also ordered chili and chicken dumpling soup, chili must of sat there in the cup the entire prep time, dry and crusted. Bummer because they use to be good.

Even going on a Monday night, it was packed with people, however, we were able to snag a table for two without a reservation right away. The service was attentive and helpful. I got the full portion of the smoked mushroom ravioli and I absolutely loved it. I appreciated that the portion was quite large because too often ordering ravioli means you barely get any pasta. The sauce was decadent, savory, smokey, and had a hint of sweetness, which pulled everything together.

Our server was friendly and quick. She answered questions and described the specials. They have gluten free focaccia!!!! It was super yummy, but it was also served kinda cold. Worth it. We ordered the fresh catch, which was halibut with some potatoes and grilled asparagus. The accompanying sauces were delicious. The asparagus was good. The white potatoes though had been cooked previously and weren't reheated enough. They were described as new potatoes but were definitely large chunks of russets. They were hard to eat. So we didn't. We also had the Punta di Fesa which is a braised beef dish with mushrooms on polenta. The balsamic mushrooms and polenta were so flavorful and delicious. It was a good thing that my husband started with this dish (we traded halfway through and had plenty to eat!) because I would have eaten his share of the polenta too. The beef however was dry and not what I would have expected from a braised beef. When we were given a knife, we were told we probably wouldn't need it. We did. The service here was friendly and helpful. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten free needs and recommended a great bottle of wine that went well with our fish AND the beef (which is tricky...yummy Chianti AND half price!). It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night at 7. There were people that ended up waiting but not too long. There are shelves of Italian goods all around you. My husband said he felt like he was eating in a store. You kind of are, but it was still cozy. I plan to come back to try the gluten free pasta and maybe a lunch sandwich if they have solid gf options there. Also, the dessert menu looked great. We were just full.

Entering the shop, you will be greeted by loud music. Be ready for that. You will have the option to dine outside, if the weather provides it and the seats are empty. The hosts are wonderful and very accepting with a positive attitude. Smiles and all. I ordered the Jim because it was the only sandwich I could eat. The majority of the sandwiches contain meat, so I would not recommend this for vegans or pescatarians. Jim was delicious and I consumed both halves of Jim flawlessly. Either hunger overruled me, or the sandwich was that satisfying. I do recommend the shop, but with limited options for non-meat eaters, I truthfully would rate Lottie and Zulas, 4.5. The portions of everything are very generous. Sandwiches and avocado toast are definitely enough to share or take home for a second meal. We shared a lemon crepe which had what tasted like house made lemon curd inside of it. It was dusted with powdered sugar and created a delicious flavor. Crepe was perfectly prepared. I ordered the avocado toast which was twice the size of what I expected and could eat, so it made a very nice lunch later. The avocado is a spread as opposed to sliced; although I prefer sliced, this was actually pretty tasty. This also came with a fried egg on both of the pieces of toast and thinly sliced radishes, flat leaf parsley, sesame seed, and a generous amount of pickled red onion which I adore. The bread is a lovely European multigrain. Underneath the toast, I found a beautiful fresh green salad with a balsamic vinaigrette and tomatoes, and all in all this was the perfect dish. My dining companion chose the turkey sandwich, and this two was a very large sandwich. It looked really great and had a lot of turkey on it, so much that it looked like fresh turkey as opposed to a deli meat, but I'm really not sure. For some reason, she didn't especially care for her sandwich; may have been a little too much pesto on it for her likes, but I thought it looked wonderful and also came with a salad. I had a drip coffee, for which I was told I could get refills for free, and my companion had a latte. Both were very good. I would like to come back sometime and purchase some of their desserts as they all looked absolutely amazing.

When she finally decided to assist us, her attitude was condescending and rude. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that I felt racially profiled when I simply asked how much a slice of strawberry shortcake cost. After telling me the price, she immediately questioned whether I could afford it or if I still wanted it, which I found insulting and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the slice of cake was not worth the $9 price tag. Between the poor service, disrespectful treatment, and disappointing product, I have no intention of returning. There are plenty of bakeries that treat their customers with courtesy and respect--this is not one of them.
