It's a little tucked back in this plaza, it's worth a stop in. There are set pizzas and build your own, and they put the toppings on fresh and pop it in the oven. Luckily, it doesn't take too long to get cooking. The 10" is enough for one person. I do wish they had by the slice options, but that isn't Firenza's model. I had the carne pizza, which was a great and abundant mix of meat toppings. My friend had the margherita, but that seemed a little more bare on the mozzarella and the basil seemed like it was put on after it was cooked. It is similar to the wings we got, we saw the sauce be put on after they were cooked so they were super saucy/messy to eat and it seemed like they could have been baked in a little better. One employee brought the pizza out to us when ready and got a box for leftovers before I had a chance to ask. Service was great, pizza was pretty good and reasonably priced. To save a little time, I'd recommend calling in and placing an order. I'd like to try some other varieties again soon. read more

Firenza is tucked away in The Plaza at Harmon Meadow. We noticed that is was super busy and decided to check it out! My boyfriend and I got "the brick" and the "chicken chipotle" pizzas. The brick was excellent - the sausage and veggies were amazing. The chipotle pie was good but VERY spicy. I was not expecting that type of heat. We also got a small "big daddy mac" pasta and wings. These were a bit underwhelming but good. I'd definitely recommend sticking to pizzas. Overall, I was pleased with the food, but I'd love to try it out again sometime and switch up my order. Seriously had no idea this place existed LOL Not completely sure how long this place has been here but I've been going to the Kerasotes Movie theater in the past 3 years or so and had no clue this place was here this whole time! You get to customize your pizza however you would like and add as many toppings as you want. They have many options to pick from but because I live the classic margarita pizza I just stuck with that! I asked to add tomatoes to mine which was a lovely touch and made my pizza taste amazing! The cashier here gives probably the best customer service I have ever seen and asked if we needed anything and was very upbeat. I used to work at Starbucks as a cashier so it was nice to see genuine customer service which is so rare nowadays! I did want to mention that they charge for toppings so be aware of that and if you're really hungry you might want the bigger pizza with some wings or something! If you've been to Blaze Pizza, then you'll know the drill. It's the same concept. I do like their signature pizza options, and the fact that they have pastas. I ordered the BBQ chicken bacon ranch and found it to be enjoyable. By the end of the pizza, however, I found the barbecue sauce to be too sweet. Perhaps I just needed more ranch? Came here on a Friday night and was welcomed by friendly staff who didn't make you feel at all rushed when you're choosing to customize your personal pizza. I ordered a 10inch pizza with lots of bacon, olives, banana peppers, spicy red sauce, bruschetta, artichokes, garlic and parmesan. Very glad this spot opened in town! I have only been here two times but have had great experiences both times. I like that they offer halfsies sizes or whole sizes because not everyone has a big appetite when eating and it allows you to also try more food if whoever you're with is willing to share! A favorite pizza is the Smokin' Hot (BBQ sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, grilled chicken, caramelized onions, and hot honey and ranch drizzled on top). I personally think that hot honey should be in MORE foods because it's so delicious. Used in this pizza, it adds a nice sweetness that balances out the chicken and onion flavor. All the toppings work well together and after eating this, I immediately wanted to go back and order the same pie. Take my word for it, it's delicious. I have also had their pasta and I would probably skip this and stick to the pizza. There was nothing glaringly wrong with it, but it just wasn't as tasty as the pizza. I must say everything taste better when it's free but the pizza here is truly delicious! Red and I stopped in again on Monday for another pie and chicken wings. We get a 10" pepperoni pizza with spicy sauce and BBQ chicken wings. Again, the pizza is simply perfectly cooked because of their oven. Red notes the pepperoni is better quality than we get from some other places. Juicy, tender chicken with blue cheese dressing and some celery. I am not one for blue cheese, but this was easy to put down due to mild nature. Spent a little time speaking with our cook, Steve, who is really nice and let me sample one of the toppings. A type of pepper which is spicy and sweet. Difficult to say much more than that because it simply is a good meal from good people. Go try it. read more

For example, I asked for the spicy tomato sauce but it wasn't spicy or very flavorful. They claim the sauce is fresh (doubtful) but a little seasoning would have helped anyway. And the store didn't have any available to add at the table. Even the toppings were bland and the crust was kinda lumpy and soggy. So why 4 stars? Because this is a fast food pizza chain and you go in with low expectations. On the flip side, the people are friendly and the ingredients are in front of you so you can customize. I have had the pleasure of being one of the very first customers when this establishment opened in March 2019. In addition to the great food that put out it cant go without recognizing the staff that runs this business on a daily basis. One in particular to me stands out which is Darleen. Darleen has been there since day one when the business opened and was the first Firenza employee to say hello to me. Whenever I visit the store she greets me with a smile and engages in some small talk while my order is being prepared. This is refreshing as now a days most people tend to focus on getting you out the door as soon as possible. She always informs me of new menu items and has made some great suggestions. I decided to give it a try the other day. I ordered online around five after 12 since I start my lunch hour at 12:30. I was like perfect, order and then pick up. The site said it would be a bit over 25 mins. Not a problem had to take a quick walk over. I get there and they tell me that they're bit behind. No problem I can wait.
