Good food, excellent service, and a comfortable neighborhood atmosphere. I started with the Eggplant Rollatini, and honestly, it stole the show. It was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and easily my favorite dish of the night. I would absolutely order it again. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, which was cooked well. The breading stayed crispy, the cheese was balanced, and it was a satisfying meal. The sauce was good, although it wasn't my favorite part of the dish. Juliana provided wonderful service and surprised me with a complimentary tiramisu, which was a thoughtful touch. The tiramisu was good, but I've definitely had stronger versions elsewhere. There were a couple of small issues during my visit, a noticeable odor near the outdoor seating and a very loud child inside but neither reflected the quality of the food or service. One suggestion would be to replace chipped serving plates. Small presentation details make a difference. I'd definitely come back. It may not be the best Italian restaurant I've visited, but it's a solid neighborhood option, especially if you're nearby. read more

I stopped by here for lunch and enjoyed myself a delicious lunch meal. The waiter was quick and friendly and I appreciated the quickness as I was dining in for lunch time so I was running on limited time. The ambiance during lunch time was pretty chill which I enjoyed having my lunch in a more quiet ambiance. The pasta was so yummy and the portions are pretty big. I took home leftovers from my pasta lunch and still tasted just as great when I heated it up. I would definitely recommend this small adorable Italian restaurant. 10/10 recommendation. read more

We stopped by Trattoria Napoli for dinner and had a great experience. We ordered the meatballs with pasta, and both were delicious. The pasta was nicely cooked with just the right amount of sauce to enjoy every bite. We also ordered a small pepperoni pizza, which was a good size for two people. The pepperoni was thin and crispy, with a light layer of sauce and cheese. You can taste the brick oven finish, which gave it a really nice touch. We truly enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, the music was soft, and the ambiance made for a relaxing evening. The food is absolutely disgusting! Ordered tortellini with chicken and the sauce is completely watery. And ordered chicken francese and it was awful. They put a whole bottle of lemon juice into the dish and it's not edible at all. The garlic knots never arrived with the order. Horrible food. Will never order again! Linguini alla mare (seafood pasta): decided to have it with pasta in the white wine lemon sauce. Pretty tasty and satisfying. Food was a bit salty, even after the waitress kindly advised not to get today's marinara sauce since she thought it was too salty, hence why I went with white wine. Still good though. The cook left an unopened mussel in my dish, which is normally not a recommended practice, since it usually means it's not good to eat. Plus I lose out on the good stuff. Service was alright, friendly and helpful with questions, but a bit slow however the waitress was solo, so I get it. read more

Continues to be my favorite fool proof neighborhood spot. Had another great experience and brought my friend this time. Tried their bruschetta which I was not expecting feta with but it works. We were visiting NY and had yelp'd good dinner spots that were within distance from our friend's place in this area, and TN popped up and looked interesting. This is a cute and quaint little restaurant with a small outdoor dining patio and an open wood-fired oven in the dining area. The servers were nice, friendly, and attentive....and the food here was pretty darn good. We ordered a large half and half pizza......half Bianca and half Neopolitan style, a Baked Salmon that a regular diner (unknown to us) at a nearby table highly recomended we try, and a Seafood Linguini in white wine sauce. Wow! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! ......fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. Perhaps one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever tried. I noticed that there are some complaints about the pizza crust being so soft that all the cheese and other ingredients kept falling off. Yes, it is a bit different from traditional pizza crusts I have tried....a softer pizza crust than normal, reminded me exactly of Indian naan in texture and taste, but daaaaaang...it tasted so so so so yummy good! .....in fact, it had the potential of becoming totally addictive where I couldn't stop eating it, but my strong self control took care of that pretty well :) The baked salmon was good, but wasn't too much of a surprise....just well cooked, tasted normal, and a bit boring. The lasagna was a little dry, the sauce in linguine in white clam sauce was a little thick, the seafood pie was tasty, the caprese was good even considering the fresh basil was bruised possible due to it being precut and sitting. Love this place! I've been here twice now - once for pasta and once for pizza. Both times the food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. Recently my friend and I shared the cheese garlic knots (a must) and a small veggie pizza. The toppings were piled high and fresh. We order from here pretty regularly. Our go to menu items are the Hawaiian Pizza, Chicken Franchese, Greek Salad, and Spaghetti with Meatballs. We usually rotate the last pasta dish. We've also had the Penne Bolognese, Spaghetti Carbonara,l, and Linguine with Clams. They've all been delicious and the order usually ready pretty quickly. This is a completely scratch made kitchen everything from Woodfire pizzas to traditional Italian plates. We started out with the garlic knots with cheese, I was expecting the cheese to be on the outside but was pleasantly surprised to see it on the inside, perfect. This is a cozy restaurant and the service was excellent - very friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a beautiful decor. It tasted like dried bark. The description called for peas cropped but there were no peas and such little sauce. My husband ordered meet lasagna. The beef was seasoned with what tasted like pre packaged taco seasoning which did not blend well with the marinera sauce- which did not taste fresh. We couldn't finish either plate. Trattoria Napoli was a big disappointment. We had high hopes for this place, which has nice ambiance and and a cute outdoor area, but the food was lousy. The bruschetta wasn't bad but the pizza was undercooked in the middle and so spongy it couldn't hold the toppings. I was forced to eat it with a fork and knife as it would have fallen apart if I'd lifted it. The top layer was covered with grease. Our server was great but couldn't make up for the bad food. I LOVE THIS PLACE. A gem of spot - this neighborhood Italian restaurant has never disappointed me. It's very worth it to dine in person because pizza is always better that way, otherwise for takeout it gets kind of soggy in the box. Pastas are incredible, I've always preferred cream sauce pastas and I'd say theirs is phenomenal. Perfect chewiness, very flavorful, you won't have leftovers. So the first time I came with my husband, they undercooked the garlic knots and at the end of our meal the owner brought out a tiramisu for us on the house. It's safe to say it's the best tiramisu I've had in my life. Somehow it's refreshing, not heavy, and perfect for the end of a big meal. Also the first time we ordered a pizza with lots of different toppings, I could tell how great the quality was so I figured next time I should get the Margherita to really appreciate the ingredients and WOW that was incredible. Penne was ok, not as astounding as the linguini but was a pretty big portion so really can't complain. They use really fresh ingredients and clearly know what they're doing! read more

Trattoria Napoli is an amazing restaurant that sells the best pizzas, salads, and calamari! The pizza was the garden pizza. It was so flavorful and delicious. It carried a firey flavor from their pizza oven. The calamari was the best I've ever had. We ordered delivery, and the food was hot, and calamari was still very crispy. My family and I visited NJ for about a week and I wish I had discovered this place much sooner as I would have eaten here every day! I actually searched restaurants and saw the reviews on here. We came here on our last night and almost decided to just eat near our hotel bc parking was a bit challenging. The driving around was sooo worth it. The food was amazing... I mean everything!!! We ordered the garlic knots(a must), mozzarella sticks, zucchini sticks, Caesar salad, spaghetti and meatballs for our two boys, a calzone for hubs and I had the penne with vodka sauce w grilled chicken. This was by far one of the best penne/vodka sauces I've had. The portions are nice size for you to have some left, but I wished I had ordered another to go bc it was that good. I did manage to put my left overs on ice for our 8hr drive home. I loved the decor and natural brick walls and the smell of the brick oven was nostalgic and kind of reminded me of burning wood in the country. You know this place is good by the amount of orders flying out the kitchen. There were a ton of people in and out with carry out bags or pizzas. I wish I had ordered a pizza bc it appears that's a popular item. If you are visiting the area, you must try this place.
