Went to the original location they corrected it. Yet they never aligned the vehicle. I finally went to the dealer and they told me the alignment had never been corrected. It was way out of place. I spent $2000 with Mavis in everything they touched. They messed up. They appear to be a really Shawty company. Incompetent management is not there. As I said earlier, the amount of money I spent was not in the books that was in Yulee, Florida and then I was at Jacksonville and they could not find a record. They never made it right. They would not talk to me they are a crooked operation as far as I'm concern. Yelp requires some star. They deserve none. They are very dishonest operation. They when I contacted them ignored me.

I came in on May 13 for a brake/rotor install based on a prior quote of $175 per axle. Upon arrival, they bumped the price to $249, then agreed to honor the original quote after I questioned it. Once my car was in the garage, they suddenly claimed my lug nuts were misaligned and tried to charge me an extra $120 and another hour of labor. At that point, I decided not to proceed with the repairs at this shop.. Later, on my way to a dealership for a second opinion, I discovered that the shop's technician had broken my wheel lock key - likely while tightening the lugs nuts back on after I declined the service. They never told me this happened. I lost an entire work day fixing the mess and getting my car repaired. This experience felt dishonest and retaliatory. I urge my fellow Gators to avoid this shop. They showed shifting prices, no accountability, and poor ethics. ZERO stars -- not worthy of AAA trust. DO NOT recommend this shop.

They tell you exactly what you need and nothing more. Their pricing is very competitive in that I believe it was fair and service was good. They provide you with a quote and breakdown via text message that leads to a website with price of parts and labor for each thing. You could even text their number, which was great. The main reason why I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of communication. When I called about my car that was towed there, I asked about turnaround and expectations. Now, when I got there, they had a lot of cars in their lot. I definitely did not mind that it took longer than expected. I didn't call or check-in every day but I did try to get updates bc I needed to know if I needed to get a rental. I wasn't given turnaround time and with the games and events happening in Gainesville it got too late for me to get a rental. I honestly felt like they were purposefully not answering me or answering me at the end of the work day. I know I could've just gotten it but one of team members I know was truly trying to save me money by telling me to hold off on getting a rental until I heard from them. I ended up not getting a rental which was difficult with work. I ended up asking for some leniency at work and would bike (which was scary on Archer), but it was fine. I am very grateful and would definitely come here again but now I just have no expectations with regard to their communication.
