An enormous/expensive list of things they recommend -- none of which are necessary, not even the brakes.
    Mike M.

Never coming back here again. I gave them a few chances because (a) they were really close to where I live and (b) they were cheap and (c) they successfully patched my tire once. So I thought they could easily check the brake pads while rotating the tires... right before my winter road trip. Not so easy. After I dropped the car off, they called me with an enormous list of things to do (see attached). $1200+. The fuel injector cleaning isn't necessary and isn't recommended at all by Subaru. I have 40% tire tread left, no need for tires yet. The last brake fluid change was done 18,000 miles ago, and Subaru only recommends changing every 30k miles. The worst thing was the brakes. They said my rear brakes only had 2mm left. I thought it was weird because normally if it's 2mm, the brake wear warning strip would start squealing. I declined all the services and gave them a look. Right afterwards, I took off the wheels to check, and guess what? They were way off. I had 4mm of brake pad left, more than enough to go on my winter road trip. See photo for my own measurements. It gets even worse. They probably over-torqued or put some metal shavings into the wheel lug nuts. As a result, when I tried to take the wheel nuts off while taking off the wheel, one of the nuts would turn a little bit and get stuck. In the end, I had to break off one entire wheel stud by sheer force, and then take off the caliper, rotor, etc.... just to install a new wheel stud. So what was a originally $22 inspection became a lot of worrying and a lot of frustration. At least I didn't spend $1200+ for things I didn't need yet.

Two weeks later took it to my neighborhood Firestone for new tires and an alignment on the informed me that crazy thing everything up under My Car was pressing except the side frame. It was rusted completely. This was never mentioned to me. I'm picking My Car up for struts and socks. It can be my only assumption that they switched on. I haven't gone back since.!

Very disappointed. My son's vehicle overheated and had to be towed somewhere for repairs. I…read morepicked this place due to it's proximity to his house and the ratings I found online. I live a few hours away so I wasn't planning on fixing it myself and didn't have any personal knowledge of any repair shops in the area. The only thing the shop found was a bad water pump. However, they immediately quoted him $8,000 for head/head gaskets/cooling system rebuild (with no guarantee that it would be fixed completely) or $12,000 for a new engine (with guarantee). They did do a TDS test on the coolant which shows it was contaminated. That test alone is not enough to automatically assume head gasket or head failure particularly on a vehicle with 180K miles which just had a catastrophic cooling system failure I had the vehicle towed to my house, I replaced the water pump, serpentine belt and flushed the cooling system. I've pressure tested the cooling system, did a combustion leak test and have driven it extensively, it is just fine. Total cost $170. I won't be recommending he return here.
