Had a 3:30 appointment. When I made it I said I wanted the front brake pads changed. They insisted they had to inspect them first. When I showed up for my appointment they said they were running 1 hour behind. They asked me to leave the car and they would call when it was ready. Then they forgot to call me when it was done. And then when I came back to check to see if it was done ( saw it parked in a different place outside) and asked about the rear brakes (I asked them to change the front pads) they realized they hadn't done the brakes at all only changed the oil and rotated the tires. At 6:00 he walked in and told me the brake pads were on the way! I think I can now legally exercise "squatters rights" to the waiting room!! read more

I found a coupon that looked to be a good deal...my A/C has been overcharged since I bought the truck used. For $89 I figured I would get the system evacuated and recharged to proper specs. The dealership wanted close to $240. The system has been the same for over a year...fletcher's evacuated the 134a then said I had "signs" of a leak by the evaporator and compressor. I knew there was already dye in the A/C lines, so I asked to see the UV...they would not show me the UV and instead showed me were some dust was caking on the lines and how it was slightly green which I knew was from the lower radiator line failing. It was anti-freeze!!!! NOT 134a!!! Long story short, they stole my 134a, told me it needed $650 worth of work and they could not refill the A/C unless the work was done. Now I have no A/C and have to wait to get it in somewhere else. AVOID this place at ALL COSTS! Total scam artists. Read all the other reviews here...I wish I had. read more

They were able to give me a great deal on four tires for my Benz. A lot better than dealership prices, and even kicked the crap out of Costco, Sam's Club and Discount Tire. A few months after I purchased, I had a tire issue. They inspected, ordered a new tire and I was out the door the next day without a dime out of pocket. Worse brake job ever. The entire front rotor is now out of round after a crappy job of turning the rotors. I thought it might be an isolated problem, but I took my other car to another Firestone location and not only did it take an entire day, but the brakes squeal when they didn't before. I would never use firestone again. They all suck! read more

I decided to try a new place to get my oil changed and went here because it was close to work. I arrived at 1:30 for my 2 pm appt but they were backed up due to some unforseen circumstances. The manager Melissa asked me to come back at 4 or 5pm and I was hesitant as I don't live close by. After a few minutes, she came back to me and said if I could come back at 4 she would comp my oil change! That's was a lucky break for me as I just had another unexpected car bill. Terrible service! I called Saturday and was told to bring my car in. I brought it at 8am and was called at noon and told they couldn't fit it in today so I left it there to get service on Monday. They told me they would call Monday with a price estimate. After not hearing anything by 2pm I went in and was told they forgot about my car...they didn't charge me for the diagnostic test but I would not recommend going here if you want efficient service or are in a time crunch. read more

i bought a 2012 kia sportage and took my car into firestone for a check up. i needed tires oil change and coolant flush. they neglected to put coolant back in after the coolant flush and they destroyed my engine. they tried to tet me to sign a liability wavier because they wanted to hire a third party to repair my engine. i would not sign the wavier and when speaking to the district manager he tried to assire me verbally that if any unforeseen expenses arose that firestone woukd take care of it. however his verbal words contradict what their wavier liability says. do not take yiur care to firestone read more

Unbelievable! I couldn't even make this stuff up if I tried. We used to come to this location all the time when it was Fletcher's auto. A few months ago we took our vehicle in for a break light being out. While we were there, we decided to do an oil change and tire rotation as well. We received our phone call that her vehicle was ready and went to pick it up. Only to find out that the only service that was finished was the oil change and even that was questionable. Not even fluids were topped off. We spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and said because they were so busy that we would need to reschedule a time for an appointment. I obviously shared my frustration with him that the main reason we came wasn't even addressed. He asked us to please give him another try, he would take great care of us and that he was floored at the level of service we received. So this morning we decide to give them another try and bring in our truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Well I walk into pick up my vehicle ask about the services competed including the tire rotation and the service technician said oh I'm sure it was complete but I will double check to be on the safe side. Well, only to come out and say "don't shoot the messenger. I am sorry but we will be happy to reschedule you for a tire rotation." Um are you kidding? Do you think a manger came out? Nope. That is what is called taking great care of us? Wow. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Never again. read more

Israel was awesome and very helpful. Had my wife take the truck in to get an oil change before a big trip. They checked it out and made sure it was ready to go. Got a full set of new tires for my 2015 Honda Fit, worked with Israel and Juan, both of which were GREAT! They were willing to price match tires when needed and were very straight forward with me. They did a great job on my car and got it back to me in a timely fashion!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! read more

I brought my car here for replacing brake pads. It was inspected and was told to change all four rotors as well. When we got the bill I was charged high price on the parts when I compared to auto zone -almost 2x. When asked about this the person openly agreed that they charge up take on the parts. Never recommend repairs here for the high cost in parts they charge. read more

Had an appt for a tire balance at Noon, they said 1 hour so I went to eat an shipped, came back and it's 2:30pm an they are still not done...my car is just sitting in the garage...I've been here for an hour myself waiting... Employees mean the best but they need to speed up and stay on times quoted. read more

Had new front brakes put on our SUV. First of all when I went to get into my car there were black greasy foot prints all over my gray floor mats!! I went back in and told Antonio who very graciously came out and cleaned them off and offered me my next synthetic oil change at the price of a regular oil change. Appreciated that. While driving home (less than 15 minutes) I hear this very loud grinding/clunking sound!! Thankfully I was able to get my car off of Gilbert Road and to a stop. My husband had been following me in our other car and he thought maybe the sound was just because the brakes were new so he offered to switch cars and drive it the rest of the way home. We entered our neighborhood and when he started to slow down he heard the same awful sounds. He yelled at me to keep on driving back to Fletcher's as something was terribly wrong. When he tried to stop at our gate to exit, he almost hit me in our other car as the SUV now had ZERO BRAKES!! He had to use the emergency brake to stop!!! We called and Fletcher's had it towed back to their shop. We were very shaken up by this imagining what could have happened if we were on the freeway, had our child in the car with us, trying to stop for a child in the road etc. Nobody came out and said anything to us. We waited to hear what had happened thinking someone would surely explain something to us. Kris, came to me in the waiting room and just held up my keys saying "black Lexus, you're all ready" like I had just had my oil changed or something! I had to ask him to explain to me what had happened. He said the caliper bolt was not correctly installed and came dislodged!! I explained how scary this was and he got very defensive telling us that the technician was human and made a mistake numerous times. We told him that we understand this, but that this could have been a life or death situation. He said since nobody got hurt all was well basically and sent us on our way. Unbelievable! We wrote to the corporate office that evening and have heard nothing from them about this even though their website says they respond to all inquiries. This was on February 5th. read more

I have always used fletchers same with my family members but after this visit I will never return. Bought a groupon and after I got there I was told I needed $384 more of stuff done. I told them to hold off on work as when needing anything major or costly I like to get a second opinion. Well I went to get a second opinion and was told that fletchers is smoking crack that what I was told needed to be done was not the case at all. I honestly feel they are using groupon to get you in the door so you think your getting a smoking deal but then tell you that you need this and that to make the money they are losing thru groupon. This place is a joke. Do NOT bring you car here. I found them on groupon for a great price so I thought I would give them a try, what a mistake! I should of read the reviews first. First off, I called on a Saturday and they said they were completely full so I made an appt for the following Tuesday. After waiting 30 minutes after my appt time, I saw my car still sitting in the parking lot so I went up and asked if they were going to start on my car soon. The man up front (Troy) was very short with me and told me they were running behind and it would be ANOTHER hour. Seriously?! For an oil change? Sitting back in the waiting room there was a lady who had been waiting an hour and a half for her oil change, her appt was an hour before mine. We were both talking about how we would never come back here again and how bad the customer service was. While waiting, I heard him talk to three different customers with an un-welcoming tone and unhelpful manner. I even heard him say "no just listen to what I'm saying" to a lady. Don't come here. Go to Walmart, Jiffy Lube, anywhere else... I'm always in and out of those places in 30 minutes without an appt. Unless you want to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, I would high recommend you skip Fletcher's. At least this location. No wonder they had a groupon for a 16$ oil change, business is probably slow because they suck. I told them I would never come back here and he told me I'm entitled to my own opinion. Appointments mean absolutely nothing at Fletchers. Made one through their website three days prior to bringing it in... only to discover it was never reserved by the people running the shop. Set ANOTHER appointment for the following Saturday at noon for an oil change and was there at 11:50. It took them until 1:30pm to finish an oil change. If you came here because of Groupon, I hope you can get a refund. What you save on the cost of the service is only worth it if you think your time's worth nothing... and I hope you're aware that you'll STILL pay about $5.50 for oil disposal and taxes, which aren't included with your Groupon. I also got to deal with surly employees that clearly hated seeing new people walk in the door, and listen to them argue with a woman they baited and switched on new tires. Super shady stuff happening here. Avoid. read more

Oil change & Tire Rotation took an hour & a half even with an appointment. Tried to up sell me on products I don't need. Came in today 6/28/2017 and received exemplary service. My fiancé and I were looking to get our truck checked out before we drove it across the country, and the staff was friendly and honest. We were in a time crunch and they were accommodating and got our services done by the time we needed the truck back. They told us what was wrong with the truck and what was necessary to get done to make the move and what wasn't necessary to do until a later date. Antonio was particularly helpful and friendly, taking us out to the truck to show us exactly what he was talking about! read more

I called in on a Saturday asking if it be ok to bring my car in on Monday to get 4 new tires. The guy on the phone said it would be fine. He said if I drop it off at 8am should be done by 1230pm and have me a good quote. Problem is I go in on Monday and the quote is higher and I was told it be done buy 2. I told the guy I needed buy the afternoon and he said no worries. Now I get a car it be ready right before close at 530. These guys have no idea what's going on and it one thing or another. read more

Dangerous place to go. I was upgrading the brakes on my 2012 F150 and thought that since Fletchers was doing the oil should just have them do the brakes as well. When I picked up the truck the brake pedal was very soft and the truck pulled hard to the right. Took it back they kept it over night and told me the brand new brake pads were bad. I found that hard to believe but got new pads anyway. The next day, after spending $289 on another set of new pads, same problem. Took the truck to SDHQ, they found the problem. Fletchers put 2 outside pads on one side and 2 inside pads on the other. Now you would think that it would not be possible due to the way the pads are made and normally it would not be possible. Fletcher took a grinder to the pads to make them fit. Contacted Fletcher and the apologized for the inconvenience of damaging my truck and putting my family's life at risk. Told them that I would like to be reimbursed for the extra money I had to spend due to their incompetence (about $600). They are ignoring me now. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Fletchers, the life you save maybe your own. read more

This is actually no longer Fletcher's Tire & Auto. They were recently purchased by Firestone. My car needed a new alternator, and they took great care of me. They price matched and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was only without my car for a few hours. I will definitely go back to this location for future repairs. read more

I recently moved to the area and had two wheel barrow tires that had gone flat and come off the rim. When I went to them to see if they could help they told me that they normally don't do wheelbarrow wheels but they would be happy to take a look at it. With in no time, they had replaced both valve stems and aired up both tires. When I asked how much I owed them, they wouldn't take my money but said they were happy to help. I will definately go back anytime I need any tire work. Thank you very much. read more

Not a stellar experience but also not as bad as some reviews posted below. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and the only gripe that I have with this place is how long it took. My appointment was at 2:30 but I don't think my car was taken back until around 3:15, and I was out of there about 4:15. They honored my groupon and did an alignment check for me, didn't try to sell me on any other services like other places tend to do, which I appreciated. Overall, I'd come back, but I'd just drop of my car in the future and come back when it's finished. read more

This repair shop has made some changes over the past year and has become a great place for car service and more importantly customer service. The only draw back is this Fletcher's need another store across the street because they are extremely busy. It is tough to get in. Ask for Joey when you get there. He gets it! read more

Firestone has exceeded my expectations in customer service! There was quite a bit of damage to the underside of my daughter's car and we took it to them. I am giving Fletcher's and specifically Kenny at the location on Arizona Avenue 4050 d Arizona Ave zero stars because they lie and cheat you out of money. I am contacting 3 on your side news. I have had on more than one occasion dishonest work from this location the first time I paid for brakes and rotors and oil change and realized I did not actually get the oil change went back and they acted as if they just forgot. I also did not get rotors I only got brake pads. This time around I was charged $920 for catalytic converter and found out later that they did not actually replace my catalytic converter although it's right here on the receipt. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen do not ever use them for any services not even oil change they cannot be trusted read more

Bad. Oh so bad. Got a groupon for brake pads and oil change. They changed my oil first and then called to tell me they needed to change all four rotors, brake pads and shocks?! My jeep has very little miles on it and I JUST had two of the rotors changed, so I knew at least some of this was total BS. I called a mechanic friend who said even if I needed all four he would charge me less than 500. They were quoting over 700 dollars for JUST the pads and rotors!! We said no to the rotors and they refused to do the service through the groupon and forced me to pay for an oil change separately in order to get my jeep back. RUN FAR AWAY! read more
