I recently purchased a used vehicles and was experience problems with the car. I made an appointment went there and they went over the whole vehicle and didn't charge me a cent. Since I had a warranty from the dealership I will be bringing the car in there for repairs. I would definitely use Firestone in the future because they were honest! read more

I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am dropped the car off they told me around 2 hours. Never got a call from them so i called about 1:00 car was not done. Spoke with the Manager Brian who was very rude for a person in a management position, usually the customer is the one complaining to the manager but not in this case he wanted to be the one doing all the talking. He told me there were ton of codes from the diagnostic and that I needed coils, spark plugs, PVC, and gas filter. So I asked him if the code tells you that a car needs spark plugs, gas filter and PVC valve? he became very angry and told me to come down and my car would be ready so I went there and car was not ready, it looked like they just started working on it (this was around 1:30). I walked in an stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even asked me if I needed help. Still standing there the manager (Brian) came out from the back and started talking to the guys in front of me, about me, not knowing who I was. Anyone there could easily hear him talking negative after he mentioned my name to the other workers I said "that is me I am here to pick up my car". He did come over and as on the phone he apologized again but after questioning him seeing my car on the lift my obviously not ready he told me he was going to get my car as promised and have it ready for me but he was not going to do the front end alignment, he proceeded to walk away into the work area which I never spoke with him again so at this point I had no idea what was going on with my car. I called customer service while standing in the lobby to file a complaint and to find out the status of my car. I would have asked Brian but he never came back to the customer area for me to speak with him, I watched him walk across the street and not return. read more

Brought my car to this place 3 separate times. The first was for an oil change. When I left I noticed an odd sound coming from the engine compartment so I had to bring the car back. The mechanic did not seat the air filter properly causing the odd noise. The second time I brought my car was for a brake job. When I left I noticed that there was a metal on metal rattling noise on the driver's side. Their mechanic forgot to reinstall a retainer clip for the caliper causing the rattle and improper seating. A dangerous condition. The 3rd time I brought my car there was for tire repair. Patch only. I complained about the rattle of the brake and they "couldn't find what the problem was." I had to wait 3 HOURS for the tire to be patched. NEVER AGAIN read more

This deserves 0 stars. My car was in need of an oil change so I quickly made an appointment at this Firestone before Christmas. Right as I walked in I overheard a man saying that he just picked up his car and it had a rattle in it now. So not comforting but I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I bought my tires at Firestone a couple of years ago. Well when I walk in to pick up my car they said to me, "Oh you need new tires. We didn't rotate your tires because they were so bad." I just went to Tires plus about a month ago to fix a flat tire and I specifically asked them if my tires were okay. They told me that I had at least six months left on these tires and taught me how to do the penny test. So not only did this Firestone location try to take advantage of me with telling me I needed new tires, but they also did not even rotate my tires, something I get done every six months. They also suggested $300 more of services that I have never heard of before. I have never been this horribly treated at a Firestone. Choose any other Firestone location than this one! read more

Do not go here. I had a simple nail in my tire. And without even consulting me, they went ahead and replaced the whole tire. The nail was not even close to the sidewall. I had no choice but to except the charges because the work had been done already. The tire could have been patched. read more

The WORST SERVICE !! 1 Hour to repair a Flat Tire. Actually "Twenty minutes" of work, Forty minutes for the Tech to straighten out his TOOL BOX & CLEAN HIS work area. I watched as he removed the tire from the vehicle, placed it in a water tank and went for coffee. Returned 10 minutes later with his container of coffee and proceeded to check for leak. After locating leak, he separated the tire and proceeded to organize his tool box. After fifteen minutes of that, he returned to the tire to work on the leak. After grinding and cleaning the damaged are, he the proceeded to clean his work station for an additional 10 minutes. He finally got around to repairing the tire and remounting it on the vehicle. TOTAL repair time," 1 HOUR & TEN MINUTES. But I guess FIRESTONE didn't lose money on the repair, which came to $ 34.22. Not bad for a a TIRE PATCH !!! Hasta Lavista BABY !!! read more

Shame on you Firestone!!! If i could i'd give ZERO STARS to this location and THE COMPANY! I know the few people I have had to deal with don't represent it all but worst experience on quality of care for their long time customers. I've been with Firestone for years and I can assure you I will NEVER return. I got my shocks replaced and the rear driver shock was NEVER bolted. When I went in the issue was addressed, and then they lived up to the stereotype they carry on how women are treated as if we know little to nothing and are dismissed. They tried to pay my visit off as a COURTESY CHECK. Talk about a slap to the face to cover up what a HUGE mistake was made. With threats of calling corp the store supervisor called, I granted him the grace he deserved. Then a couple of weeks later I went in to have my horn replaced. it was done no issues, or so i thought. My husband lifted our hood only or me to notice that the screws were NOT put on again to secure my bumper to my veh. I called corporate on 10/24/2019, was told that the area manager would call me - Never happened!! I called corp again 10/31/2019 - apparently Norman had advised that the matter was taken care of. Again I was promised a call within 48 hours - never happened! I called corp again 11/06 AND 11/12/2019. TODAY 11/14/2019 almost 1 month later!!!! I got a call from the area manager. Who's simple apology was nauseating. Not only did he half apologize for the bumper incident, he down played the shocks incident stating that it wasn't safety issue, and then proceeds to talk poorly of the customer service center and blaming them that it took him this long to get back to me!! WOW WHAT A JOKE!! Oh and he was sick. I would suggest you don't waste time going here. I have never been given such poor service and attention in all my life!! Shame on you Firestone! As a consumer it is the worst feeling to be completely dismissed, especially when you're making such careless mistakes. And i was dismissed from the mechanic working on my vehicle all the way up to the area manager. Speaks volumes of your company. read more

I had work done in a store jn NJ before I left for delray. My engine developed a slight miss so I stopped in to check it out before I drove back home. They got me in checked it out fixed it right away. It was very minor. They didn't charge me a nickel! Great service professional people and Honest. I will be back. I had other work done months ago. Replace a turn signal bulb out . They got me in and out for a very minor fair price charge. When I move down here for good I'll have all my work done here. Thanks for taking care of me. read more

Very impressed with the service I received at this Firestone. They took me in immediately and fixed the broken automatic window within an hour and one half. Mike Morrow the manager is a stand up guy and has a crew that follows this lead. If you need auto service check them out first.
