If the tire is leaking from the valve stem they will also replace it. Free wheel balancing is also included. Tires can be ordered from tirerack.com, shipped to this location, and installed. They do not have a installation deadline which is convenient and relies on the customer to schedule an available time. When I ordered tires it took me a month before I had time to have them installed. There were no issues with them storing them for longer until I had time to come in. There is an area in front of the roll up doors where free pressurized air is provided to ensure tires are the appropriate PSI. I've relied on this location many times for free flat repairs. On a recent visit for a free flat repair for my trailer, the associate was friendly, and fast. She replaced the valve stem in less than 5 minutes!

As fate would have it, I took the car to the dealership for a recall and they discovered that one of the tires had a small bubble. I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate almost two years with the car by treating her to some new tires. I reached out to Chris who quoted me $1,200 (including manufacture warranty) for four thick profiled performance tires, which was $1,300 cheaper than the quote that I received from the dealer. Chris quickly placed the order for the tires and called me the next day to inform me that they had arrived. Since the establishment is generally very busy on the weekends, I decided to visit on a weekday in hopes for a quicker experience. Thankfully, there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. Chris instructed me to pull the car into the shop and immediately began removing the tires (I'm always impressed by a hands-on owner). Less than 30 minutes later, the job was done and I was in the office checking out. As Chris implied, I can confirm that the ride quality of my car has significantly improved. I have been a customer for seven years and have referred many friends and family to the shop. This was just for the pads no rotors. I got a hold of this place and they gave me a quote of $460 with new rotors installed too. The reviews on this place were really good on Yelp Plus I knew some of the people who reviewed them. So I tried them. I called the next day to see if they could fit me in and they said they could do it in a couple of hours. I was going to wait there since the wife was at work. I brought my car there and they looked over my car and ordered the parts. They would be there in 15 minutes. These guys seemed really knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me $25 bucks off for paying in cash. Anything off is good. Just a note if you use a credit card the company charges 3% more so cash is much better. Their waiting room has lots of different seats to sit in and there were two really padded chairs so I was really comfortable sitting while they worked on my car. The really nice thing about them is the speed. my car was done in under one hour . that was amazing. They guarantee their work for one year. I love it. I will be coming back for my other cars if I need work done again. Top notch place SO far my brakes are smooth and quiet. I don't think they tested the brakes when they were do because later after driving a while there was smoke coming from the brakes. It happens if the film on the pads are still on there or you leave some grease from you hands heheh. Still working great and I could see that they turned the rotors by looking at them .

I got a few quotes around town and Les Schwab quote was lower by a $1000! YES = $1000+ lower, especially $1000+ lower than the original service place who noted noise coming from my struts. Made an appointment for noon and left the car early because I didn't need the car and the wife was able to drive me back home. They finished my car before closing (6pm); I would have been out earlier but the technician didn't notify the front staff that my car was actually done (was waiting in their lobby starting around 5pm). Paid for my service and off I go! Car drives without road noise and handles pot holes and bumps like a champ again! We came in this morning to get a flat tire repaired, and we were told it would be done within two hours. After waiting three hours without a single call, text, or update, we decided to go back and check on our car ourselves. When we arrived, it was still sitting in the exact same spot.. it hadn't even been moved. We spoke to the staff, and they told us they would bring it in and start working on it. We waited an hour (4 hours now) inside, and they still never brought the car into the shop. At that point, we decided to leave and take our business somewhere else because Big O Tires clearly couldn't follow through on what they promised. Trash! To make matters worse, they tried to sell us on replacing all four tires, claiming they weren't "right fit," even though we only came in for a flat tire. It felt more like they were trying to upsell us than actually help. Overall, the service was disappointing, the communication was nonexistent, and the experience felt dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
