The Firestone tech was clearly frustrated that he could not sell me Any additional services when I went in to rotate my tires. I keep good records specifically to protect myself from people like this. He worked really hard to sell me a transmission and radiator flush that I did not need. Then he toped of of by offering to clean my battery terminals for $50. Fine for an oil change but keep your eye on you wallet as these guys are trained to sell u anything regardless of your actual needs. read more

I'm a fleet customer, and essentially have little choice in who does the work on my company vehicle. Though Kerry has taken decent care in the past, today was an absolute fiasco. First, I dropped the car off at 8:30 for oil change, two tires and alignnent (I had called ahead and was told they would have the tires preapproved through my fleet carrier and the car would be done by 12:00. As I write this, it's 5:00, I've been here since 12:00 and all I'm getting is excuses (were understaffed). I have to manage my business through that, they should too. I really can't stand being treated as a thorn in the side rather than a valued customer. Kerry needs to adjust approach based on the person, drop the familiarity when dealing with a business professional (I'm not your 'hun' or 'darlin'-don't talk to me like that please). I can not recommend this in good conscious to anyone going forward for fear of being degraded in such a manner. read more

I was in the middle of moving from Kansas to California when one of my tires developed a bubble. They were able to fit me in at the end of the day and replace my tire. They were quick and professional, and I was so grateful for how easy they made a situation that could have been a disaster. read more

Dishonest. They are just trying to upsell. After I had dropped off car for new tires they call me to say I have to have an alignment or the warranty will be void right off the bat. Bs. I bit and it the alignment actually seemed worse than when I brought it in. 2 weeks later I can't keep one of the tires inflated, have to pump it up every couple days. Finally get around to calling them to bring in to fix and rotate tires and they can't get me in till next day and only appt. Is at 7am. What kind of tire place requires an appt. To rotate tires? Don't trust this place. Spend a couple extra bucks and get tires somewhere else. read more

I brought my car in for diagnosis of a clunking in the front end. I had already been under the car and diagnosed the issue as deteriorated sway bar bushings, which was confirmed by the Firestone tech, then I was told that because of the make and model of my car, (Jaguar XK8), they would not be able to source the part and therefore could not perform the work. I asked the service advisor if they would install the parts if I obtained them and was assured they would. I was charged $25 for the diagnosis. The next week I went into the store to set up an appointment for the installation of the bushings that I had bought and was told they have a strict corporate policy of not installing customer parts and that they would not perform the work. The $25 charge for the original diagnosis was reversed. While the reversal of the diagnosis cost was a nice attempt at satisfying a customer I left convinced that Firestone is an organization that doesn't stand behind their word or their employees and I have no confidence they will stand behind anything else I am told by their staff. I am now stuck with parts that I presume no one will install simply because Firestone lost an opportunity to (over)charge me for them. Overall a very unsatisfying experience and one that I will not repeat. read more

Typically I hate Firestone and avoid them at all cost but these guys are great. Todd was such a big help and super friendly.

The car overheated on the highway and was towed to Firestone. They replaced the radiator which had burst. There was some misunderstanding about what additional work was authorized but they made it right without fuss or argument. The work appears good and was done pretty quickly. Gary and Matt were friendly and helpful. Breakdowns are never fun but these guys really helped us out and we appreciate it. read more

Women beware...took my car in thinking I needed new brakes. When I talked to them for the quote, I didn't understand everything so I handed my phone to my husband. They gave him a quote which was over $100 less....during the same phone call with the same repairs! Decided not to get the work done since they couldn't give a straight forward quote. read more

After receiving a lot of runaround and horrible customer service regarding winter tires at a tire store in Frisco, CO (I live in Dillon & was trying to stay local,) I decided to try Firestone in Evergreen. Kristen was knowledgeable and very friendly & got me the exact tires, appointment time & date time I wanted. I walked in a few minutes late for the appointment, but they guys were super friendly. They had me in and out in less than an hour. As a customer service professional myself, I truly appreciated the professionalism, friendliness & timeliness of Firestone. We used Firestone in Florida for new tires for our truck about a years go and had the same great experience. Will only use Firestone in the future! Nice job guys! read more

We were Driving up I 70 from Denver when I hit debris in the road from a car accident. My tire was got a hole. It was a Sunday morning and firestone was the only place open within a 30 mile radius. When we arrived to check in we were rudely greeted by young lady who told us we have a 2 hour minimum wait before she even said hello. The gentleman next to her was checking a nice couple in when he rudely interrupted that it was a 2 + hour wait and since we didn't have an appointment we couldn't wait in the lobby due to Covid. The couple who had an appointment got the waiting room first. Listen, I understand about about Covid. I practice safe distancing to the fullest. It was his nasty tone! I told him we were coming up from Denver so we were willing to wait the 2 hours. He told me we again I couldn't wait in the waiting room. The nice couple intervened and said they were only dropping their cars off and they would return later. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me. "Well I guess you can wait in here." . The tone was rude and ugly as if I was inconveniencing him. I told him we were from Denver and we would wait outside and the 2 hours because we need to get down the mountain safely. I had no choice but to get my tire fixed. He did not look at me, reply or acknowledge I said a word. Accidents happen friends. Believe me if I had a choice I wouldn't want a hole in my tire. My point of this whole review is some of your customer looks for help in an emergency. To be so bluntly rude and mean to 2 women stranded is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetent work. Teenage daughter had basic oil change and the next morning there was a puddle of oil under the car. The nut was so loose that it could be turned by hand. The "tech" never even tightened the nut and it dripped about a quart of oil on the driveway. Also, they said she needed a new battery. It had corrrosion on it so we cleaned it with baking soda and it is fine. Plus, another time they told my teenage son he needed new tires when the tires were less than 6 months old. I tried giving them a second chance but this place is not good. I will never, ever, ever go back. read more

The Firestone Auto in Evergreen, CO is such a terrible business that I am amazed Firestone Corporate has not revoked their franchise agreement. I purchased a lifetime alignment for my 2008 FJ Cruiser and after bringing the car in on seven occasions over the course of a year they were still not able to align it properly. During the last alignment the Firestone technician caused roughly $500 in damages to my vehicle by bending both front cam plates and destroying three of the cam tabs themselves. The damage was so extensive that I was required to bring the vehicle to Toyota specialist, as the dealer did not have the necessary equipment to correct the issue (grinding and welding of the frame was required). After I first discovered what they had done (they did not tell me they had caused any damage when I picked up the vehicle) I brought it in the next morning to ask for a repair and I was asked to leave the store since I had filed a claim with Firestone Corporate and it was "no longer their problem". When I asked to speak with the manager, I was again told "Please leave, it's not our problem". Thankfully Firestone Corporate provided a rental car and paid for the repair in full. To make things worse the shop that repaired my vehicle inspected it upon arrival, and informed me that Firestone had clearly doctored my alignment report so things appeared in spec. Firestone is a great company and helped to make things right, however I believe that the owner / manager of this store should be fired if they are concerned with their reputation. read more

These guys saved the day for us today! We (denverites spending the day in Evergreen) accidentally hit a big rock when parking, causing the plastic engine shield underneath the car to detach. We drove around Evergreen very slowly with the plastic dragging underneath, ended up at a repair shop that was closed (despite yelp's info that it should be open), called tons of places with no luck and finally heard that this place was open. They took us right in and reattached the engine shield. It took five minutes and cost us nothing! Maybe not a huge deal, but it was Memorial Day and our daughter's 12th birthday and our day that had turned a little sour because of the stupid car incidence was suddenly bright and happy again! Nice enough people, including reception/cashier, but these guys are definitely out to sell, sell, sell new tires; took my tire that was low to mid-way through on tread for repair (the guy measured the tread in front of me and said it was 'legal' but he would not fix it). He said i could 'get away' with buying two new, but probably should buy four tires. I took it to Goodyear and they fixed it in 10 minutes; it is safe, fixed, and will get through the summer. Same visit, had my wife's Mercedes in to put the summer tires on; they said they would 'just toss' the $200/ea winter tires because next fall I should buy 4 more. Again, Goodyear said 2 of them would be fine for one more winter. I'll be going to Goodyear in Evergreen exclusively, and in fact bought 4 tires there today for my son's Subaru with a great rebate. read more

Avoid at all cost!!! Criminal what they did. Paid for an alignment and the gave it back out of spec. Steering wheel crooked. Shakes, pulls, worse than when I took it in. Took it to another friend mechanic and we both confirmed they never put a wrench on the camber/caster adjustment on lower control arm. Not a wrench mark on it. Cheap ass toe and go alignment. Big joke. I'll never be back! It's worth the 85$ I spent to tell everyone I know for years what a shitty bunch of employees apparently work here! Tried talks no to the clerk at the desk but she can't be held responsible for the back of the house. No manager available! If you can't align it let me know. Don't give it back with out trying and then repeatedly say " those specs are just generic terms"? Your own printout shows 5 of the 8 alignment specifications are off! I'm could go on but let's just say I've never experienced such incompetence! read more

With my new tires they installed metal rather than rubber valve stem caps. They should know better being located in snow country where MgCl is applied to roads. Galvanic corrosion caused two caps to fuse to the stems, and I broke one valve stem trying to remove the cap. Their cost to replace one stem and pressure sensor is over $200. Their position is that it's my problem. Is that a good business decision given that the risk is losing any repeat business? read more

I was given ALOT of false information about my front and rear brakes and given an estimate that had me buying the MOST EXPENSIVE pads and other parts they could put in. 35000 mile tires lasted 18000 miles. I missed one rotation and they wouldn't honor any warranty. I realize the missed rotation was my fault but this was the 5th or 6th set of tires over 10 years. Jesse the clerk wouldn't even look at the old tires. Had they given me $5 bucks, I would have bought another set. Instead I took the truck to Costco and paid less. I'm no fan of the big retailers and I like staying more local but there has to be a loyalty paid back. read more

My wife brought her car in here 2 weekly ago with a slow leak in the right front tire. They couldn't really determine why it was leaking, so they re-sealed the bead between the tire and rim, and said to bring it back if it kept leaking. It continued to slowly leak over the next 2 weeks, so she brought it back today and sure enough they found a nail in the tire. When they went to charge her for fixing the nail hole (she paid the first time they looked at it and missed it) the mechanic said she must have gotten a nail in it after the first time they looked at it and couldn't fix it. Really? The somewhat non-friendly worker couldn't comprehend the level of coincidence required for the same tire, which continued leaking after the first visit, now identified as having a nail, to be unrelated to the initial leak. Sure enough, after fixing the nail that they claim was not the original problem they couldn't fix, the tire stopped leaking. It wasn't worth fighting with them about it, because they obviously don't care about referrals or repeat business, but we are new to town and will just use Big-O tire in Evergreen going forward. Big-O was just the opposite when I had work done a few weeks ago, they really cared and weren't out to take advantage of people. read more
