I wish I had bold and italic capabilities to be able to stress how awesome this guy is (but all caps will do for now). I don't skimp on maintaining my car. I'm in my car a lot, and if maintenance is not managed well, I could die and put others in harm's way. I am extremely happy with the service I have received at the Firestone in Glendale. The technician, Onigg, was very knowledgable, polite and professional. I took my car to three different bodyshops because the tire pressure light would stay on. but no one was able to find the problem. Onigg, the technician, at Firestone figured out the problem right away. It was my spare tire, no one ever checked that. I recommend Firestone in Glendale to all my friends and family. Came in last minute to get some tires for my Avalanche before heading to San Francisco. They didn't have the tires on hand but had them delivered in no time. Same exact tires I originally had on and wanted to stay with. I misplaced my wheel lock and gave them extra work to do but the customer service was outstanding. Allen the manager does what's needed to make his customers happy. Pricing was more competitive than any other tire shops around too which was surprising because I went to a couple mom and pops. read more

These guys go so above and beyond. They are honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. We've used them for years for all our cars. Recently, they did a repair on one of our vehicles and then did a courtesy drop off when I couldn't pick it up due to pneumonia. They even called to check to see how I was feeling! I'll be honest, getting my car fixed normally gives me pretty high anxiety but this Firestone is awesome. I have been in a few times and every time the employees are so honest, helpful, and friendly! I was having troubles with my car and didn't even know the problem and Allen talked me through it and even gave directions to the dealership and talked me out of a service for my car I was confused about and didn't actually need. The service received at the Glendale Firestone was outstanding. Allen Sarkissian, store manager took care of the fleet vehicle repair. My car high temperature alarm went off on the I-10 in the early morning on the way to Bakersfield. Allen understood the need to get back on the road. I have Lifetime Alignment for my vehicle. However, almost every time I schedule an appt and receive confirmation at the GLENDALE location I get a call telling me they have to cancel. WTF. and give me the option to reschedule but it will take 3 to 4 hours. Again WTF. Dont they realize I am already scheduling my appt when I have the time. Unfortunately I cant take it to the other locations I used to because they have shut down. read more

very clean location and super organized. staff is attentive and always mindful of customers and their needs while they wait for their cars to get done. with that said, I did wait a little longer than expected for an oil change on my work's vehicle. not too sure if they were short a tech or they did a full inspection on the car, but I found myself there for longer than what I usually wait for an oil change. there weren't any other customers racked up on the lifts either and most of the people coming in were already picking up serviced vehicles. i'll give them another shot before going to another location. read more

Although my experience with this Firestone facility was poor, I didn't authorize the desired service, which as far as I could know might have been performed flawlessly--and that's why I awarded more than the lowest rating. I'm perplexed by the positive reviews below. My headlight needed replacement, so I called this shop. The man who answered the phone told me to bring the car in. When I pressed him, he connected me to someone else, who in many more words told me the same thing. Although I could identify the car model and year and the headlight type he also required me to take the car in before he could give me a price. Neither man said the shop might have to order the part, but both told me I should arrive as close to 7 am as possible. When I arrived the next morning the sole service advisor gave me a price of $155. This seemed high to me, so he told me to come back after I decided with my payment, so he could order the part then. Only when I pressed him did he tell me I could pay by credit card over the phone, for him to order the part without my being there. So I called my dealership (the VW dealer maybe 10 blocks away), and received a quote of $94. In other words Firestone would have charged me 65% more than the supposedly high-priced *dealership*. I didn't need an appointment and was processed as soon as I arrived. The dealership finished the job in short order and washed my car to boot. read more

Updating this review because the manager reached out to me. He didn't offer me a better deal than the coupon I had from their website, but he explained the situation with his staff, their pricing, and the process at their store. I ended up getting my car repaired for a portion of the quoted price in his email at another shop (for less than the low-end of the estimate) and definitely less than 3 hours, which was the shorter end of the guess-timated 3-4+ hours time frame for leaving my car. While I will probably return to that shop for any further AC repairs, I definitely appreciate the time and effort it took to respond to my issue. If I need tires, maybe I'll give Firestone another shot ;) read more

I was researching tires online and came across Firestone as one of the recommended tires for my car. I went to the Glendale store on Brand's website and the prices were reasonable. I noticed all of the great reviews about customer service, and then I noticed I could make an appointment online. I was hoping for a same day appointment, so I took a chance. I was answered right away and was able to get an appointment! Once I arrived, Andrew greeted me and then took complete care of me and my car! Just as the name says it, "Complete Auto Care" is what I experienced at this Firestone location. I had tires that needed to be replaced ASAP. Prior to my visit to Firestone, I had called my car dealership where I always go to get my car serviced and didn't have much luck. The dealership didn't have the tires I needed in stock and said they'd have to order them which would take a few days. Since I couldn't wait, I decided to call Firestone. I talked to Allen and he said that they have them in stock and to bring my car in and we will take care of it for you. I was there in 30 minutes. Do you also need an oil change? Yes. I dropped it off and within two hours I came back to pick it up. Everything was complete including new brakes and and even new wind shield wipers. (I forgot to mention I'd need new wipers but Allen checked it for me anyways and replaced them) Four new tires, oil change, breaks fixed, and new wind shield wipers, no advanced appointment, no hassle and no waiting and completed in only 2 hours? That's pretty impressive I'd say. Seriously have never had such an easy time getting my car serviced and now I definitely have a new place I will always go to in the future. These guys are true professionals. I usually have bad experiences at auto car shops but this was by far the best customer service I have experienced. It was mostly because of their service manager Vic Makuchyan. Vic was very helpful and delivered my car at the time he promised. I have rented a car from National and I am driving across the country. I needed an oil change so my options were to either go get my car switched out or get the oil change done myself. Firestone Complete Autocare is the only place where one can get an oil change on the National Car rental and they will put the money on National's account. Vic was very patient while I was on the phone with National to get the authorization code. Actually, he tried to do it himself so that I would not have to deal with it when I came back. Vic also suggested a few places I visit, which turned out to be a lot of fun. Thanks for making the whole process better. I really appreciate your help, Vic. read more

I have been using Allen (store Manager) and his staff to service my vehicles for the past few months and I am very happy with the way they work. Their prices are always upfront and never exceed the initial estimates, they do not do or suggest unnecessary work. This firestone are scam artists. I took my car for an oil change and for them to check out the engine light that had turned on in my car. I go and they tell me it's $700 worth to fix my car, talking about I have to replace my fuel injectors. I almost had them do it but I went to TWO other different people to have them check out my car & guess what? there was NOTHING wrong with my car. You would think them charging you $100 you would expect some honest but no they just want to scam you off of your money. I ended up finding out it was my gas tank that was not closed all the way. Stay away from this place. They overcharge you for everything and not only that but they are always trying to get you to replace this and replace that and the things that they suggest are like "$500". Please take your hard earned money some where else unless you want to get scammed. read more

Her brake rotors had been reduced to slivers of metal, along with the brake pads, and she had never serviced them before in the seven years she's owned it. Took my van here due to a break issue. Initially they couldn't locate the issue with their basic tests but they spent extra time road testing it and finding the issue. After finding that it would be a costly repair they went the extra step and contacted my auto warranty provider to find that most of the issue is actually covered saving me serval hundred dollars. I have been to this location before and experienced great service but the customer service provided by Allen and Vic was extra great this time. Every other tire store I've used in the past fixes a flat for free if you bought the tire from them. Firestone apparently does not. The only way they will patch a flat is if you bought their tire warranty. They charge $21 to fix a flat, Costco down the street does it for $10. America's Tire Store will patch your tire at no cost if you bought your tires from them. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here for my tires in the future. read more
