But 3 times now I have scheduled appointments here and left with my car. 2 times they were too busy to work on my car even with an appointment and 1 time today my appointment gets rejected without notice. Sooooo. I've been coming to this place for awhile cause I THOUGHT I could trust them. So anyways, I come in for a regular oil change. They always ask if I wanna do tire rotations, I said sure. I guess it depends on which mechanic but there's a special clip to release the tire/rim on my car. Anyways. They try to upswell me on tires and I politely decline. A couple days pass and I notice an insanely loud clunking noise from the front right tire of the car. Come to find out EVERY SINGLE NUT WAS COMPLETELY LOOSE! I seriously almost fucking died! And then come to find out 2 of the studs are completely broken. Unbelievable. Never ever ever had a problem till coming here! Un f*cking believable. I came in here to get my tires checked out as one of them was starting to go flat. They inspected my tires and suggested that I get all of them replaced because of the cracks. I did pay a little bit more than I anticipated and the job took a long time, but the customer service was beyond any that I have ever experienced. It definitely made up for the price and the wait time. Judi helped me and even talked me through everything that was wrong with my car in terms that I could understand. She even prioritized what I should get fixed and how soon. I've never had anyone take the time out to do that for me. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I have already recommended this place to friends and family. I will come back next time I need to have my car fixed. read more

Well... there goes my Christmas money. I took my car in because of a oil leak today. I walked in at 12pm left at 1:50pm. Fair time. I was expecting it to be a lot longer, but they had at least 5 auto technicians on the job and had at least 4 more cars before mine. I was surprised, well not really, that the customer service personnel at the counter were so nice on the phone and in person. The young man that helped me out today was very patient and nice. I was not helped by the woman, wish I got both of their names, was real cool too. Anyway it took that time and I was told that I was going to need to take off the oil pan to get to the leak and I also asked for an overall maintenance check out. Had that done. I was pissed tho. I was pissed at the work my previous auto shops sloppy job that did my transmission on my car and how it was coming back to haunt me with this oil leak problem. I had my transmission rebuild by someone else and when they had that done they sealed off my oil pan so hard that it had three layers of a gasket on it. I am guessing so in the future it wont ever drip. But it was sealed poorly and I am guessing that the liquid nails, Not what is supposed to be sealed with, was not allowed to cool off in time to have it permanently sealed so it was still leaking. long story short I had to pay for another new one because this one was so tite the tech had to use a prie bar to take it off. Now that I am thinking about it... that way of taking it off could have damaged something else, but thats the risk I took and it came out fine. Anyway I did an oil change with a new filter, fixed an issue i did not know with my e break that was not looking all that properly, and that oil issue. Oh, also adjust and clean my breaks, air filter, remove & replace windshield washer fluid reservoir. It all came out to $696.20. I think the lesson I took away is to not look to cut corners on MAJOR repairs. Biggest payments were the maintenance on the Oil Pan Gasket and the windshield washer reservoir. It was all done at 5:30ish. Man I am still blown away by this mistake of taking it to these other guys... Thank goodness I found this place so close to my house. I will be coming here again later this year for more the final things to be done. Oh one more thing I had no idea I needed to do my smog check by next week!!! I didn't receive anything in the mail. In a nutshell i call this firestone and Sean picks up and i ask him if i need a reservation for an oil change he says no come on in. I drive there and ask him how long it will take he says "MAX one hour it's not too busy today" great i give him the keys go to eat come back and hour later car is not done i ask Sean how much longer and he tells me "they are finishing it now" i sit down and wait 30 more minutes and i get up to look and to my surprise they are just now 1 hour and 30 minutes later putting my car up to get serviced. It's not the long wait it's the multiple lies right to your customers face that makes me think this is still the Firestone that was ok with their customers blowing up. read more

Got to FireStone on Sahara and Nellis at 6pm on the dot for an oil change and they close at 8pm. So I go in asking for an oil change and the dude tells me they can't until tomorrow. They had 3 spaces free and they were working on a car and finishing an oil change on another and 4 people were back there working. How pathetic! It doesn't take 2 hours for an oil change! Absolutely the worse place. I came here for the first time to get an alignment and oil change. When I left I discovered my car was EXACTLY as it was when I brought it in. Still pulling to the right. I spend 2 1/2 hours at this shop. So here I am today 3/21 to have them fix what the didn't fix correctly the first time. I had an apt for 8am, my car wasn't even brought into the garage until 8:30, Now its 10am, they aren't done and their tech is having a hard time with a simple alignment. I had to request my car be taken down and a refund. Homeboy at the front desk I believe his name is Joseph stated I have to get a check, took 3 seconds of my bad mouth to get him to refund me in full. Then he tried to dismiss me out in the cold because he didn't like what I had to say. Unprofessional, and never will I spend my hard working money at this shop. While even writing this paragraph Joseph comes into the shop and literally tries to provoke me. Completely disrespect guy. And yet I'm the rude one because I said a few cuss words? Ha were adults, a few cuss words shouldn't change the way your customer service projects. Kiss my behind. read more

Great experience here! I came here for an alignment on my Lexus cause the dealership wanted almost $500. They got me in right away and Juddi helped me the paperwork and was really friendly. Got my car back and the alignment is now perfect and I didn't pay crazy prices for it. They also found my water pump was leaking, which I'm puzzled how the dealer didn't notice it the day before. Maybe the dealership just didn't care. Got it all fixed up by firestone and was back on the road quick. They gave me time estimates that were honest and I didn't get any unknown fees on my bill. Jesse really took care of me and helped me understand all my car-related questions. I was suppose to pay $36, but they ended up giving me about $10 due to a coupon they have offered online which brought my total down to $26. Overall this is a great shop. I see the techs bending over backwards to serve the clients and I was referred here from a dear and trusted friend. Not this location but to use Firestone overall. So far I have been super pleased and trust the guys here. Two weeks ago I took my car in for an oil change and to fix the head light in my Jeep GC 2014 - If you know about this jeep, you know this Headlamp is quite the challenge. With that being said I think they rushed and over inflated my tire. About a week later I noticed on tire was reading at 49 PSI and all the others were at 35. I know I had not added air to my tires! By that time my check engine light was also on and I was super concerned. I returned to the shop, they removed the excess air and offered to scheduled me a $99 diagnostics to see what the light was all about.....I scheduled the appointment, but within a day of the tire being back to balance with the others, the light went off. I still think they are a decent shop, BUT that was enough to make me start shopping around again! Later I found out the check engine light on my jeep can mean anything from a loose gas cap and poor emission standards to a failing engine. soooo I would have paid $99 for them to fix their own mistake! read more

Hi! I'm writing to say that these guys are the friendliest and most helpful people ever. I first bought a tire an Daniel was able to hook my up for my Chevy Tahoe. However, when I left the place on the way home , my Tire Pressure sensor was saying I had 1 PSI of pressure. I got home and called Scott who was also SUPER.. He was honest to tell me they were real busy and that they would fix it but it would be a while. He told me to bring it the next day and I did....... Scott was so cool and they took care of the problem at No Charge....... they are real good at treating people right. I just picked my car up and paid $550.00 for a broken car. Let me explain... I was hearing a grinding noise coming from the front end of my car. I thought it had something to do with the front end, but I am not a mechanic. I looked on Google for a Firestone with good reviews. I then got approved for a new Firestone credit card to pay for any work. This Firestone has great reviews and was a five minute drive from my house. I called and made an appointment for a complete car inspection figuring they would find the problem and be able to fix it, since it is a Firestone "Complete Auto Care." They were very nice and on the phone made it very easy to schedule an appointment. I asked for an oil change and complete car inspection. When I dropped the car off I talked to the receptionist about the grinding noise and maybe an oil leak. I asked that they hold off on the oil change till after they did the inspection, since they might have to pull the engine apart anyway and I did not want them wasting oil. As I left the parking lot I saw an employee preparing to test drive the car. I thought to myself, "What an awesome and fast place, they are already working on it. Very Impressive!" I got a call an hour later. They told me the grinding noise was my front brakes (even though I heard the grinding noise when I was not touching the brakes...). They said I needed new front brake pads and rotors. I needed an alignment. They told me that I did not have an air filter in the car. (I don't know if I did, or not. But I was surprised that my car had not broke down after driving without an air filter for 15,000 miles...) I asked if they were sure. They said yes. And, My oil filter housing was beginning to leak, but they didn't have the parts to fix that or to give me a quote on it. But, The Oil Change was done! So I trusted their expertise, and had them do the repairs. Then they called and said the repairs were done. I got there to pick up my car. I walked in and they were so happy to see me and help me... Its all set they said. How are you paying? I gave them my new Firestone Credit Card and it was processed. Ok, Here you go. Oh by the way (They said) there is a note on here from the mechanic, he said you need to take the car to a dealership to have the front differential rebuilt since it is making a grinding noise................ "What?" I asked, "It's not fixed?" "No," they said handing me my $550.00 receipt for repairs to a car that is unsafe to drive. The mechanic who worked on the car was at lunch. But another mechanic got a hold of him and they explained to me that it would be thousands of dollars to fix what they can't, because Firestone "Complete Auto Care" doesn't work on front differentials. I wanted the Complete inspection so that I wouldn't make any unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't have had the brakes fixed, Got an alignment, or an oil change, if I knew I wouldn't be able to drive the car. But I guess they knew that... I hate writing bad reviews. They were very nice. They were very fast and friendly. I am sure they did great work on the repairs to my broken car. read more

So the other day, I believe Wednesday I got in my car and my tires light came on. I know everyone understand the frustration of when any of your lights come on but I was more so frustrated because I just got a tire patched prior to coming to Vegas. So I looked, and there was a blade sticking out of my tire. I drove looking for a tire shop and was so skeptical because I'm very particular about my car but I saw firestone and I'm like ok, their tires are great so let's go there. Before walking in I called to make sure they were there because it's the day before thanksgiving and to my surprise, they were. I'm like yay, ok. Walked in and was greeted by Ruben and let me tell you, he was the sweetest. He not only made sure that my tire was patched but also that my car was fully ready to get back on the road for me and my daughter. His customer service not only was great but he empathized with me and reassured me that I wasn't the only one that's going through tire issues. Before speaking with him, I was so distraught. I went here on New Year's day to take advantage of the sale they had going on that day (save a bunch of cash too....). I brought both of my cars here for a total of 9 services (brake (front/rear), brake fluid flush, Transmission fluid exchange (2x - both cars), Coolant flush, oil change (2x - both cars), and Fuel system cleaning (2x - both cars). Even though I had to come back 2 days later to get the coolant flushed again. They honored their service and didn't charge me again. (Note: Coolant drain/refill was done instead of a flush). This is my go to place they do great work and have great customer service thank you Jesse, Ashley, Marjon, Mike, and Scott for taking care of me. I would definitely recommend this place. It's hard finding an auto shop you could trust, however check out this place for yourself. I have been coming here for 3 years now, and have no issues.
