I was misquoted for a simple brake service and i came back to a bill of $1000!!! Which is insaneee, I was never told what would be done to the car other then the brake pads being swapped to finding out they did a full brake/rotor service without notifying me!! The worst service ever. I made a appointment to pick up a battery 2 days in advance. Once I got there the battery I was quoted didn't exist nor did the price I was quoted. The salesman was like a deer staring into headlights. I will never go back to them nor recommend their service. Thbis morning my wife had a flat tire by the galleria mall and called me and askedd what she should do I said pull into the parking lot and I would come over and change the tire. I changed the tire to the spare donut one that was in the trunk but it was low on air, I noticed that there was a firestone and I knew they did tires all I needed was some more air so I had my wife drive over to firestone and I went inside and asked If we could get some air for the tire the man who helped us said to drive around to the front and he filled the tire with air and was very proffessional about it I thanked him and we were on our way again. Decided to get my oil changed along with my brakes fixed at this fire stone while doing some shopping at the boulevard mall. Bing I believe the manager told me in advance that there were a couple of cars ahead and they would try to finish with mine as soon possible. I left for about an hour and a half and by the time I was done my car was also done!!!!! This a horrible place to take your car. Came here yesterday at 4pm a person named Carl checked in my car in the computer gave me a price and told me to have a seat so I patiently waited 3 hours passed and he tells me they don't have my tire size and that they're closing. REALLY after waiting for 3 hours he could have told me that in the beginning. And he (Carl) wants me to drive my car home because he said "it's closing time " . "What do you want me to do " My tire has a crack on the side wall , I didn't feel safe driving it and now he tells me to drive it home , what kinda person is this... I told him don't want to drive it so I'm leaving it and want it done first thing in the morning. Came back today at 9a ( they open at 7a) still not done and this person named Terry tells us that the tires on it's way from the Henderson location. 30 minutes later it's still not here, so I asked again and he makes a call and now he says it has not been picked up yet and a guy is still on the the to go get the tires. And Terry gives us another 30 minutes estimate time and that was at 9:30 am and I'm still here waiting. So yeah dear Lord... read more

Everyone up front is super nice & helpful & all work has been done in a reasonable time. You guys, it's a shop. I know we'd love to get out of there quick, but i would rather wait & have things done right, than be out quickly with crappy work done to my car. Be patient ya'll. Came here today because I returned for an alignment that had an issue with both boots. They tied strapped the boots and now they ripped. I went there and the lady agent was not listening to me and she was being very condescending. I understand her stands but at the same time I was not rude or mean, I was respectful and she kept defending the previous service without acknowledging or handling it a professional matter. If This is the attitude of the front receptionist, this place will never make it through. I always walk in there and it's dead. Words of advice, be willing to pay good money for services here, they are always happy to take your money. Just hope that nothing gets broken or plan to have an argument and a degrading debate vs them wanting to look more into the issue. They sent me away. She promised I would get a phone call and I'm still waiting. The car wasn't even taken in for further inspection. The receptions went under the car to inspect it and then asked to to lay down with her to see something. Shaking my head. Originally came here for just wheel alignment, after the service I was told that my car wasn't starting. So I was told I needed to change starter too. (My car was abusutely fine and was driving it all day and no symptoms of starter gonna go bad what so ever...in the shop so they must have done something wrong to my car). So anyways, I was quoted another 660$ to replace starter. On the day that my car was promised to be ready, I went to pick it up. I asked for my old part(starter) I was told by Mike the manager and Jesus, that I needed to pay another 90$ to re-claim my old part that was first of all originally mine came out from my car. (Alittle schetchy because why would I pay for my old parts, made me think that did they even change my starter) long story short after back and fort battling, they gave me an after market starter which it should supposed to have my manufacturer make logo on it. Hmmmmmm.... Anyways after paying them 660$ I get to take my car home, while driving it home, engine light came on. I took it back to the shop the next day and was told again I needed to change "manifold intake" (..... Now this is getting to much, I had no car for the past few days and missing out work) it took then another extra day to change manifold. the manifold only cost 9$ which Mike(manager) was "gladly say free of charge". Yeah I can pay u another 9$ after paying 660$. Please DO NOT go to this shop!!! They don't know what their doing. They will break your car. Initially I was going to get wheel alignment for 80$ end up paying 660$ for something they broke because they don't know how to fix your vehicle. And the back and forth with them is hassle. And btw... That Mike the manager was RUDE!!! I don't know how the corporate gave him a Management position. As a resolution I want all my money back!!!!! I decided to look around for some tires for my truck, I wanted to get a lift kit installed this week and had already spent well over 3 grand on all that, then went to discount tire and got quoted almost 2 grand for a full set of 35x12.5x20 tires. I decided to test the waters with firestone (I've always been a discount tire guy and family) met a young gentleman named Bing. He was the manager and was very helpful and respectful, I saw an awesome display for their Destination M/T 2 tires. He had told me he would order a full set whether I buy them or not because his store has yet to even carry a set before. Shortly after I decided that they were the ones I wanted. He had given me a price I couldn't refuse! With a great warranty! I brought my rims in and they mounted them for me and I took them to my lift kit shop and they're being installed as we speak! Love this place and will definitely shop here for all my tire needs and i would recommend them to anyone! Go see Bing! read more

I wish there was a 0 star option and i would have selected it! long story short before i start a ridiculously long rant, GET WHATEVER THESE GUYS TELL YOU IN WRITING!!! because they tend to laugh in your face and make fun of you if you come back for a promise made! the gentleman named Mario Garcia was so rude to me i felt belittled and disrespected. they damaged the secondary fan (AC Fan) on my car while changing out the battery, i immediately made a U turn and took the car back (was making noise) kept on arguing and pleading that they didn't do it! after a lengthy analysis they said "you buy the part and we will change it for you at no cost!" i thought to myself that it was a fair deal to just end this nightmare and get it done! they dismounted the fan so it wouldn't make the noise. took me a while to find the fan and granted my car ran just fine w/o the secondary fan. this is my second car and i only drive it once in a while! i found the part for $80 went back to the store and talked to Mario, right off the bat he was unhappy about the fact that i was there for a returning problem. he said that the mechanic that was working on my car was no longer with the company and that he couldn't honor the deal they made me!!!!!!! FML!!! at this point i have wasted so much time so i asked him how much would the labor be ! few clicks on the computer, "$418 sir" 0_0 on top of that Mario kept laughing about the fact that it took me this long to go back....thanks Mario, i work 80 hours a week FYI, i apologize for not noticing the statue of limitation on your store's promise! i informed Mario that he was being rude and he said "so what?! what do you want me to do...you waited too long" if the problem had escalated due to my negligence i would completely understand that they cant fix it. but i am asking for the exact same problem to be fixed!!!!! i asked him to consult someone and he said he cant call anyone and he was BUSY!!!! (there was one other customer in the store) i asked for the district managers number and he kept ignoring me. finally one of the mechanics in the back came to the front and gave me the number. Classy! just out of curiosity i called a few other Firestone locations and here are the following answers: 1. Ann RD ; "We cant give you an estimate because we "CLOSED DOWN TWO HOURS EARLY FOR A CORPORATE MEETING" -Junior 2. Durango : "We cannot quote you on labor only because we do not install outside parts" Josh 3. Rainbow : "We cant install outside parts but roughly would take around 1 hour 30 min labore ranging between $150-$200" Ken now where did Mario get the $400? it beats me. at least the other Firestone locations weren't rude and took the time and explain everything to me! Had a 10 am appointment here on Wed/2 Aug: - Orrin, the general manager, was professional and friendly. - I went for the a) $164.99 lifetime alignment service = $189.99 - $25 coupon (thru the Firestone.com website you can get this offer for $169.99 which is still a deal) b) $71.96 lifetime balance & rotation - They were done in under 2 hours and informed me the results of my alignment pre and post fix, even giving me a print-out. They also said they tested my car battery and recommended a replacement. As they don't sell my size car battery (or any batteries at all?) they weren't looking just to make an upsale. Unfortunately this store didn't have tire nitrogen refill. - The Firestone alignment/balance+rotation lifetime services are valid at any of their stores nationwide, so it'll really pay off for me in the long run. Had a I bought my tires thru Costco, Costco would have provided lifetime balancing, rotation, flat repair and nitrogen refill (at Costco's with nitrogen; the Summerlin Costco has it). - Previously I had used Bob Scher's Goodyear for a one-time fix which came out to be: a) $69.95 alignment b) $51.80 tire balance & rotation - So I'm definitely glad my buddy mentioned that Firestone offered lifetime servicing at a fair price. read more

I came here from out of town because I had a nail in my tire. I ask them to patch it up and then was told there was damage to the inside of my tire and needed to replace the whole tire and was quoted $138 for a new one. I knew that was wrong and way to much so I asked to put the spare on and shopped around to find a cheaper and place. Turns out the tire was able to just get patched and there was no need to buy a whole new tire. This place tried to take advantage of me because I was from out of town and a girl so I had no idea what I was talking about. This business is just trying to make money off of you and telling you the wrong information. They do not know what they are doing. Do not trust them. Oh and they didn't even take the tire off or inspect it. They just stood there and stared at it and assumed I would just buy a new tire from them. read more

Stopped by to get my oil changed, taking advantage of a coupon. I've been to Firestone before but usually in Henderson. This service was pretty much the same and provided good service. No pressure to try to get me to buy other things. They just told me about some minor problems. It was free for them to do an overall check, so I didn't mind them telling me about those things. Again, no pressure to use them to fix them. Some of the things, such as wiper blades and air filter, I can change myself or have someone else do it for me. They had free wireless, which was good, so I used my computer to pass the time away while waiting. They didn't take very long to change the oil anyway. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. Told me they could not patch my tire, didn't even take the tire off and look more closely. took 3 hours to get my car in a bay and only had 4 cars in front of me. Took it to another shop they fixed it in 10minutes. I saw 7 cars go in and out in that 10 minutes. Wouldn't go back nor recommend any Firestone to anyone. None of my friends or family will return to a Firestone. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even change my oil. Look at reviews from others before coming to this shop. They overcharge and try to fool their customers. Don't be silly and think before you decide to visit this shop. They put my brakes on opposite ways too. Jeff is awesome! I was having car concerns and was unsure of the issue. He offered to take a look at my engine and after finding nothing, suggested we take a drive to see if there were any symptoms. With my car running okay, he provided me feedback and answers to all of my questions. Not only was he knowledgable, but he was very honest as well! It's so hard to find people who are honest and are actually willing to help you nowadays. I did not end up going in for any services since my car seemed to be okay, but I definitely will be back for any car maintenance I may need in the future! read more

Hi, We're in Las Vegas right now on Vacation with the family. My 2008 Kia Sedona broke down for overheating. I took it to Firestone in S. Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. I paid for diagnostic last Saturday and said they can fix the radiator for $900 and should be ready for pickup Monday. I said fine. Monday Morning I got a call from Bing Lin letting me know that something's wrong with the fan and it's gonna cost me additional $600 plus. I said fine what's my choice. We have to go home to LA. Right now we extended our stay in Circus Circus just for this. And today Tuesday they said they haven't received the parts yet. This is turning to be a nightmare. I feel like they are taking advantage of people desperate especially tourist. Please help. read more

Clean, friendly shop. Took my car there to get brakes evaluated, and after the evaluation they hit me with a TON of things that needed to be done on my car (as most repair shops do). I brought my step-dad with me, who is a mechanic himself, and they let him go back into the repair area to see if what they were saying was true. Surprisingly it was, and they fixed my car in no time. Hard to find shops that are honest with you and even harder to find shops that aren't rude and short with you (ex: Sears auto repair). Will take all my business here for as long as I am living in Vegas. read more
