Since we elected to have the front and rear differential fluid changed along with our transfer case fluid change in addition to our 13 Qt oil change (diesel), we spent the time sitting in our car and talking to the team. They are the most "well oiled machine" (pun intended) ever! We were super impressed with the teams communication with one another and we've never had such an awesome experience getting an oil change. When I took the car for another e-check, they failed my car, even though I had spent over $400.00. I went back to Michael's to complain. He got in the car with me and we went to the e-check site. He complained to the manager to no avail. I dropped him off at the shop, he said he was going to call the EPA. He called and talked to "Dave" at Ohio E-check. He overrode the decision to fail my car. The staff now consists of two techs and the manager. You could wait up to 7 hours for a simple oil change but, surprise, you can't wait there. With no staff to watch the front they are no longer allowing customers to sit and wait for their vehicles. I had to walk home, at 70 years old, with bad joints and hearing aids, in a dangerous heat index and pouring rain, because I couldn't wait. I called corporate and their response was, gee, thats really terrible, we can send you a $35 store credit for your next visit. You just tortured me and you want me to come back? NOT going to happen. Unless Monro saves itself, don't patronize because YOU will bear the brunt of the cuts. Quality and service are now gone.

Went in to have a power steering pump n lines done,and to look at windshield washer reservoir…read morelooked at for leaking n also when starting truck it cranks more than it should..later on get a call in morning that power steering pump n lines is going to cost me $2024 n my windshield reservoir isn't leaking n it's my radiator has a leak n is going to need fixed as well n that is going to cost me $535.55 n going to need a flush as well at $116 ..well after the fact I told em to do power steering pump decided it was toooo expensive an asked them to put it back on n was told it would cost me $1500 to do that .so I decided to have it towed out of their establishment n towed to another mechanic shop which they said I had to pay half the labor which cost me $747 .which is a little steep but paid it.. now I just got my truck back today from other mechanic with new power steering pump n a o ring on windshield washer pump n total cost for their service is $680 total..with warranty...now back to tuffy, saying washer reservoir wasn't leaking was a lie n second radiator was leaking an it wasn't second lie n also did diagnostic testing which I did not approve n 15 other repairs that they say my truck needed which would of cost me moreover $6400 ..be careful people
