On January 18, 2026, I had a standard wheel alignment performed at this location and paid $134.95. I was not provided with the alignment measurement report. After the service, my vehicle is still driving uneven and pulling. I contacted the store to address the issue and request the alignment report, but it has not been resolved. Noticed they were doing a $100 off services of over $500 and I needed my front brakes replaced figured I'd give it a shot. cost $660 to get my front brakes and rotors replaced and my rear brakes "cleaned and adjusted" whatever that means. What. A. Scam. I used to come here quite a bit to replace batteries and tires. I thought the store was fair and helpful. My car came here, needing an inspection sticker. The technician said that the inspection failed and that the cost for repair whatever caused the inspection to fail was $900. Now, I get that at any age, something can happen to a car. However, this car was a fairly new car and wasn't used a ton during COVID. So, upon calling BS and deciding to take the car somewhere else, the technician offered to make the "necessary" repairs for $700. After a further refusal, the technician consulted a manager. Got a flat while in town on a trip so I brought it in to see what they could do. They checked to see if there was air leakage and when they found there was a bit along the bead, they offered to take it back to see if that was the only leakage, and subsequently fixed it. This only took 20 minutes, and they were already booked for the day, but took the time to help me out. They only charged me $30 to fix the bead! After they got it patched up and I went to replace the spare with my full size, they brought out a jack and impact drill to let me use so I could do it faster and easier. Had set up an appointment for my wife to get her tires changed at 10am with the understanding that they would get it in as I had provided the tires. I was assured the 10am appointment meant they would get it in at 10am. When she arrived she was told they couldn't find the information for her appointment. When she provided further details, she was told that yes she had a 10am appointment with a 1pm drop off. Which makes no sense. She explained that can't be, and was given an attitude. She called me, her husband and told me what was said. She was upset and flustered. I tried calling this location to get more info but no answer even though someone was standing at the desk. When I got the call center, I explained the issue and the wonderful lady I talked to said that made no sense, and she would reach out. She put me on hold and when she came back she was told by the manager that my wife's car was being brought in as they spoke. I was happy, but would not be satisfied till I talked to my wife. When I called her she said no, they hadn't pulled her car in. We waited 15 minutes on the phone to see if they would, and they hadn't. So it came time for my wife to ask for her keys, they gave her further attitude and dragged their feet saying "we can get you out of here soon." She just wanted to leave. Clearly you do not about priority of customers. Then I wasted over an hour there with my two little kids trying to get a TPS sensor replaced. I brought them the sensor, which other placed put on a few times. They come out an hour later saying how they can't get their machine to sync the sensor to the car. YOU ARE A TIRE PLACE! I go to Firestone at least once a month with my vehicles. Both Quincy and Raynham locations have always been professional, accurate, and courteous. The only (2) reasons for a 4-star rating is expensive it is, and how long is usually takes. Otherwise, it's a 5 star experience. It makes sense why people rate these shops so low... But people have to realize a couple things and gives these technicians some slack. (1) They are always swamped with cars and are understaffed; your not the one who wants their car finished in a flash. And your not the one who has a career being in neck deep in oil and grime, so relax and have some respect. (2) If you want your vehicle to be done right, then give them AT LEAST 3 hours to fully give it the attention it needs. Otherwise, go to speedy or your average Joe car shop. read more

I was leaving my house to head out to work but when I got out to my car I could see that one of my front tires was completely flat. And I could clearly see that there was a nail in the tire. Since I obviously wasn't going to be able to make it into work I decided to get the car towed to Firestone and get the tire handled right away. I called and let them know that my car would be on the way there and the guy who I spoke to on the phone seemed very professional and nice. Right after the tow truck came and took my car down to Firestone I got a ride with someone else down to the shop so I could sit and wait for the work to be done. When I arrived there I went up to the guy handling the reception area (same person who I had talked to on the phone) and let him know I was there. He said I could have a seat in the waiting area and he would give me an update soon as to whether the tire could be repaired or if I would be wanting to get a brand new tire. He told me they should have me back on the road within the next couple of hours. So I went to the waiting area and they had chairs there and a television to watch while you wait for your car to be worked on. After about an hour the guy called me back into the reception area and notified me that the tire definitely had to be replaced and he gave me the price on a new tire. Which was a little over $80 and even less than I had originally thought. I told him to have the shop go ahead with the new tire and he said they'd have the car ready in an hour or less. I went back into the waiting area and within about 45 minutes the job was done and I paid for it and was out of there. I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely go back next time I run into any tire problems. At 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night, I pulled up to Firestone. One of my tires was going flat, and I wanted it repaired. I walked inside, and not sure what time they closed, said, "I don't know if I'm too late to have this looked at but...". The staff was very friendly and got the car on the lift imediatly to look for the problem. They joked, "well I can't make you walk home!" which I found re-assuring. They stayed late to finish repairing the tire (it had a valve issue) and didn't charge me for the service since I got "road hazard protection" when I purchased the tires a few years ago. (I highly recommend the road hazard protection.) I will definitely return to this Firestone in the future if I have tire issues (with the road conditions in New England, who doesn't?). This Firestone is mear my office, so it's convenient for me to drop it off and pick up kater on. I went in for an oil change, and they asked if I would like a complete vehicle inspection, which I agreed to. I get a report back saying that all four brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I was very suspect of this assessment. I went to an independent repair shop near my home, paid them to also do a vehicle inspection, and got a completely different report. They even proved that my brake pads were fine by showing me the measurements. According to them, I had another 10k to 12k miles left on them. I drive about 7k to 8k per year. It would have been a very expensive and premature repair job. I can't trust them anymore. read more

We gave this business a shot because friends suggested it but a big mistake. Initial drop-off of our vehicle was cool THEN there were "unknown causes and they couldn't detect an initial solution". Once they figured out what it was, after 48 hours of holding the car, they had to order the part to which took a week to arrive. (Couldn't expedite for some reason?) Once we picked the car up, the interior panel was covered in grease and dirt from mechanic hands and our rear view mirror was detached mysteriously? When we asked them to fix that, they simply replied with ,"buy the mirror parts for it and we'll reimburse you". I eventually agree. 15 mins into the prepping, they tell me they cannot repair the tire because it needs to be replaced. I'm not an auto or tire specialist but I'm educated enough from my dad and uncle to inspect the car and wheels to make a smart decision. After getting my car back, I discovered that my rear wheel was not securely tightened and was making an unusual sound. I took it to my local mechanic and was told that my wheel was loose and on the brink of falling off. Exactly what I want to hear after being involved in a hit-and-run.
