Today one of the guys did spill oil while using the quartz for my 0W8 oil and didn't say anything or even attempt to clean it while it was above the bay. They did let me know what my car dealership would have recommended, but we're honest enough to tell me what they believed I really need it. I sat in my car the whole time and it took about maybe 15 minute tops to get my oil changed. They did a multi point inspection while my oil was being changed. The two men attending me were very professional and courteous. I didn't realize that they offer other services like tire rotation. Their prices are reasonable and comparable to the other businesses that offer similar services. I would definitely return.

They had such a great team working together to get everyone one done in a decent time frame. The staff was great very friendly and constantly communicating with you. It turned out they I also needed a new battery. They showed me what it looked like before and after changing it. If I had any questions they answer them. I will definitely be going back. Side note: they are located right next to Dunkin Donuts so I was able to get a coffee while I waited for them to finish.

I took it back to the Nissan dealership and found out what the issue really was. Firestone had put in TWO LEFT tie end rods(see pic) instead of a left and right. So not only did the Firestone technicians not recognize the screwup they made, they were going to happily charge me another $2000+ for repairs that would not fix the problem. I have called their customer service number twice and spoke to a "supervisor" who assured me I would be contacted by district manager, and then the next time, the area supervisor within 48 hours. Neither of these call backs happened. I would not deal with this garbage company again, or their parent company Bridgestone. They do not deliver quality service or work to rectify after the fact. I would have been better off just paying the dealership in the first place.

We thought maybe it was the runoff or that it had drained down the block. We were patient. However, the oil wasn't a little - it was a lot. We took the car back and here were the different answers we received: sometimes the plug backs itself out, they didn't want to strip the threads so they didn't tighten it and sometimes this just happens. What? Unfortunately, we now also have our new car making a new noise and no confidence in this establishment. I feel compelled to warn others only because a car is such an expensive investment to have a company demonstrate such little care and attention to detail when doing their ONE job.
