Brought my 2025 4Runner here for a 4-wheel road force balance and alignment. The Thousand Oaks location actually referred me here because their alignment machine is a little dated and couldn't properly align the MY25 4Runner. I dropped the truck off and picked it up before closing. Luke was my service advisor and was very welcoming and friendly when I got there. Most importantly, the alignment came out perfect. Steering wheel is finally straight and the truck feels much better now. I'd definitely come back here again for alignment or road force balancing. I'd probably give them 4.5 stars because of two small issues. I noticed after I got home that I was accidentally charged twice for the alignment. I called them back and they refunded me right away, so no big deal; the other thing was I specifically mentioned that I didn't need a tire rotation since I had just done one at the Thousand Oaks location less than a week before, but they rotated them anyway. I know they were probably just trying to help so it wasn't a huge issue either. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and especially the alignment. I'd still highly recommend this location and will definitely come back when I need alignment or road force balancing again.

I had one of the worst service experiences in 20 years as a customer of Jiffy Lube…read more I first went to the Agoura Hills location, where I was told they didn't have the oil filter for my car and was sent to the Thousand Oaks branch. After driving there, I was met by an employee named Jose who was turning customers away. When I asked for a simple oil change, he told me there would be a 2-hour wait--which I agreed to. Then he added that only after those 2 hours would he check if they even had the correct oil filter. This is completely unacceptable. I asked him to simply scan my license plate or check the system--something that takes seconds. I've been a customer for over 20 years with 5 family vehicles, all on record. He refused. Instead, he repeatedly told me to wait 2 hours just to find out if the service could even be done, or to go to another location. This is not just bad service--it's laziness, poor attitude, and total lack of basic professionalism. Jose clearly had no interest in helping, and management at this location is just as responsible for allowing this level of incompetence. Bottom line: I will never return to this location or any Jiffy Lube again. Neither will my family, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this place. This kind of business attitude should not be tolerated.

On further investigation - basically google lol- I determined that it was NOT a good idea... so I decided to drive down the road from where we're staying and happened upon Agoura Car Care. I pulled in and told the guy what I discovered and how our tires are now what I believed to be over-inflated. He agreed and said "no, you absolutely do not want to have them that far over the psi for your truck/tires.." and he proceeded to let out the right amount for us. I shared with him that we were about to embark on a cross country journey and he asked if anyone checked my spare? I told him that the other guy didn't even ask about it.. so without hesitation he popped down and slid under the truck and checked. 20psi. well below and he filled that up. THEN, he opened the hood and checked all the levels and oil. All looked good. However, he suggested that we grab some extra coolant just in case and told us the right kind to get. So we did. ;) A few things... 1. This man's name is Daniel. You just don't meet people like him very often in life in this day and age. 2. The shop was closing up and he went out of his way and he took the time to help us. 3. And did it with ease and a smile. He was genuinely happy to help without hesitation. And he didn't even know us. Absolute Safety Hazard! Overinflated my Model 3 tires to 62 PSI!…read more I took my Tesla Model 3 to Big Brand Tire for a routine tire rotation. The official recommended tire pressure for this vehicle is 42 PSI. Unbelievably, the technicians inflated my tires to a staggering 62 PSI! To make matters worse, the maximum cold pressure rating molded on the tire sidewall is only 50 PSI. They inflated it a full 12 PSI past the tire's own absolute safety limit! This is not just a minor oversight; it is an egregious and incredibly dangerous mistake. Driving a Tesla at 62 PSI felt like driving on rocks. It could have easily caused a high-speed blowout, catastrophic suspension damage, or a serious accident due to reduced traction. This level of gross negligence shows a complete lack of basic training. If you care about your car and your life, avoid this place.

After a while I went inside to the customer service area, thinking maybe I'd have better luck there, but it was pretty much the same thing. People were coming in and out, glancing over at me, but no one said hello, asked what I needed, or even gave me a quick "we'll be right with you." After about 15 minutes of standing around being ignored, I finally left. I went to another tire place just down the street and was helped right away, very courteously, which honestly made the difference even more noticeable. I don't expect instant service when a place is busy, but basic acknowledgment goes a long way. Unfortunately, I didn't get that here, and I won't be going back.
