When we arrived, it was pretty packed, but Michaela called us over right away. She was extremely nice and helpful. After checking the date on the battery, she said it should be okay. She would have them check it all out before charging us for a new one. She did let us know it might be a two to two-and-a-half-hour wait, which was understandable with it being a Friday and how busy they were. We decided to walk to a restaurant and have lunch while we waited. About an hour and a half after we left, I was texted saying the car was ready for pickup and then also got a phone call. They checked the battery and alternator, which were fine, so they did not give us a new battery. We were also given advice to check out what else may be causing the issue my husband was having. The entire process was not too long, and everyone was very helpful. We have had a bad experience at the location in Fairfield and will gladly drive to this one from now on.

When I arrived, there was a short wait as the 2 ladies at the desk were helping other customers. They have nice displays of wheels throughout the store. If you happen to be waiting they have a snack/drink vending machine as well as free popcorn in the waiting area. Les Schwab will rotate your tires for free regardless if purchased the tires from them or not. They do charge $17.99 per wheel for spin balance ($71.96 total out the door for all 4 wheels). It was getting close to closing (6pm Monday-Friday) and I did not hear from anyone regarding my car, so I swung by around 5:45pm and was told my car was not done yet. About 5 minutes later I got a text saying my car was ready. They did complete my car by closing. They still had a lot of cars in the bays by the time I checked out and left and after closing time. They work hard to complete your car as promised at a great value. I would definitely recommend going here for any tire service as well as for brakes and alignment.

I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional.

I went into get a smog check done on my car. They said that because of illegal parts it won't pass…read more I ask which ones are, they said "air intake, throttle body, and headers" explained they don't have carb numbers on them so they are illegal". I explained I found the carb numbers for 2 parts but couldn't find one for intake from the site I bought them from. I said I would get the intake replaced, and come back. He said I needed to talk to a smog referee about the parts, because since they don't have the numbers on the parts, that he sees that as illegal and won't take them without referee approval so I went home. I talked to the parts manufacturer, and they explained the numbers do not have to be on the part, that if you have numbers you can give it to the shop and they can look it up or you can have stickers put somewhere in the engine compartment and let them know where they are. And went on to explain that a lot of companies do not put welded carb numbers on the part because when the license is renewed they can be issued a new carb id, and if the part has the old ID it can cause a shop to see it as illegal unless they go digging for old ID numbers of the part. So I'm getting my intake replaced since I can't find carb id for it. And I have got stickers from the part manufacturer to apply to the car for headers and throttle body. And I'm going to go different shop to avoid any issues again with them. They didn't charge me since they didn't actually run the test, and they gave me the info for the referee to have the parts looked at, so I Give them that. But the fact they I couldn't comeback without checking with a referee on the headers and throttle body was odd, since I found the Carb numbers on a website and could give it to them to look up themselves. So It's hard to tell if they were being cautious or just being rude and not willing to look up the IDs for those parts. 3 out of 5
