No trying to make it right when we clearly had our reserved rate invoice snd the final invoice. Secondly.. the floors were absolutely DISGUSTING. Within 5 minutes of arriving and taking our house off the bottoms of our socks were black with dirt. We went to the front desk to ask and were told that she was the only one working and couldn't step away to address our concerns. So my husband wiped down the floors as best he could and it was so gross. Multiple towels were used and weee coated in dirt. When we told the desk in the am they said well you must have brought it in from outside.. so we took our shoes off upon entering but even if we hadn't how would this much dirt be tracked in being in the room gel only a few l. Not possible. Then they said they are addressing it but clearly they aren't and are hoping people don't notice. Not one ounce of accountability that maybe they haven't been cleaning the rooms like they should or hey I'm so sorry, what can we do to make it better. Just distraction and blame. Please don't stay here. Also the pool was filthy and had a ton of half blown up floaties in it.

One elevator only, not only is it incredibly slow, it makes a weird grinding noise when the doors closing, like it's off track.... My room key kept deactivating (4 times)so imagine having to go all the way back downstairs after realizing so (I'm on the fourth floor), i'm visiting here for work, so I was exhausted and the elevator was taking so long I opted for the stairs. There happen to be heavy rains, and whether there is no gutter or it's damaged, because my window had just massive waterfall rain. Not sure if the window is not sealed properly or if there is something wrong with the AC unit as the floor underneath became completely soaked. Because of the storm as well, the TV cable cut out, I've stayed in many hotels and many different weather situations, and I have never had the TV go out with a note on the screen it's not working because of the rain.... When I used the air unit it made a loud clicking noise the wouldn't stop so I just had to make do without air flow. Odd that there was no body wash in the room and water gets a little warm definitely not hot and takes ages to even get to that level. Same with the sink, probably a little bit worse actually, I don't believe I ever got warm water. There are no "do not disturb" signs, I didn't sleep very well as I was super anxious that house keeping might try to walk in LOL. More of a personal issue I suppose, I guess what's weirder is housekeeping, didn't even enter my room when I was gone, which they would normally do in hotels if you don't have a "do not disturb" sign. Walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbors cell phone vibrate on desk and their child laughing. Thankfully their visit was not super long. Wouldn't stay here again, though

First let me remind folks ... this is a Motel 6, so there is not much to expect for what you pay…read more That being said, the room was very basic, it was clean, the bed and pillow wasn't that bad and the bathroom/shower was recently renovated. Things you may miss include, no closets, no dresser draws, one electrical outlet in the room and one in the bathroom (no USB ports), no alarm clock, no coffee maker, you have to check out a hair dryer from the front desk and they only provide a small bar of soap in the bathroom (no shampoo, lotion, etc.). Yes, there is a small microwave and a mini-fridge (no freezer), and that's about it. The only real issue I had was the paper thin walls ... I could hear people in the next room, as well as everything that goes on in the hallway, but thankfully I didn't hear the traffic from the freeway nearby. So the bottom line, it wasn't that bad for 80 some dollars. One major positive ... there is an Elmer's restaurant sharing the same parking lot, maybe about 100 feet from the front of the lobby entrance, so you don't have to drive around to find breakfast.
