I love this cafe! It's quaint, rustic with lots of cute nick knacks to admire. The service is friendly. The apricot rhubarb muffin was delicious, and I highly recommend the Kihei Sunrise smoothie. If you find yourself in Rico, Colorado this cute cafe is a must!

Wow, I have driven past this establishment a few times on previous trips to Southwestern Colorado, this was the first time I stopped and went in. What a pleasurable surprise it was, the cold brew coffee with the coffee ice cubes was fantastic, the best cold brew I've had in over a month on the road I highly recommend anybody driving through Rico, Colorado. Take the time and stop in, it is a worthwhile experience, the food was very tasty as well.

This is a great spot for your coffees and breakfast burritos! They also do great superfood smoothies with fresh ingredients. A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with some great services. There is a lot to love here.

Stopped by for a late lunch, without checking Yelp. Funky combination of earthy touristy shop, grocery for cool eats, and restaurant/smoothies. Seems oriented toward vegan, healthy, organic food which is appreciated! I got a vegan sandwich, spouse got a salad. Mine was quite good, roasted vegetables and vegan cream cheese with a hint of spice. Spouse's salad dressing was roasted vegetables and quinoa with sesame ginger which she loved. Fresh made ice tea was pleasing. I tried a macrobiotic cola which was what one would expect. Recommended!

It was rainy but they had a ad board by the highway. I am really glad we saw it! Sorry, no photos of our food - we tucked in too fast! All natural and locally sourced. Great sour dough bread.

This place is so cute! We did yoga on Sunday morning.which was awesome. Thanks Chelsea. Then we treated ourselves to pumpkin bread, coffee, and breakfast. All of it tasted wonderful and was worth the drive from Telluride! They work hard and you can tell they are proud of their business. Must stop and get a treat. Lots of healthy options too! All organic. #supportlocal

Nice gem in lovely Rico. Great pesto/cheese/greens sandwich. Nice seating area with a patio and nice selection of fresh veggies and merch. All in all a pleasant surprise.

Very great vibes and kind hearted employees. I tried the chai and it has a spicy delicious kick to it! Never tried one like it! Love it

A must stop on your ride from Telluride to Delores. Comfortable cafe and mercantile that offers organic light meals, outstanding coffee, friendly service, and a variety of natural products. Cozy seating indoors, and puppy parking is available for your best friend and his humans. Found Fireweed by accident and are so glad we stopped!

Driving through town and the place looked inviting. Good coffee and friendly service, will definitely stop every time we are in town!

The other reviewer here has nothing but good things to say about our beloved little co-op...and…read moregives it 3 stars?! I love this place and have been going for years. Now that we have an embarrassment of riches in natural foods---the mega-sized Nature's Oasis (I much preferred the old, small place, but good luck to their local owners in any case!), the new Natural Grocer in NO's old spot (what a gift to them), and even City Market has lots of organic stuff now (though that money goes back to Kroger in Ohio). Four good real food markets in our tiny town! But the co-op is still my favorite, not because I don't want to see NO do well, but because the co-op is truly community owned. That is very rare these days (there are mighty few co-ops left, look around the southwest), and well worth supporting. By and for Durangoites: that's the good stuff right there. The prices are fair, with lots of weekly specials, and I love the folks who work here. These are my kind of Durango folk! The co-op needs all the support it can get, and deserves it as the original Durango health food place. Those other places will do fine, but we need to keep supporting our real little oasis of health food! Compare prices and you'll realize that the co-op is very competitive, and is the only place that keeps our food money right here in town while not striving to become a mall-wart-sized mega-biz. That matters to me and all the other longterm co-op lovers and health food fans, and feels like the Durango I have known and loved for so long. Long may our co-op run!

I take the vitamins, use the lip balms, hair brushes, socks, purchase my elderberry zinc lozenges - which I basically pop like candy during these times, girls gotta keep that immune system thriving! vegan cookies, candies, tea - I mean I can go on and on. This store has everything I adore. They really have a ton of great items you'd need for all aspects of your healthy living life and extremely high standards for every product sold here. While, sure you may not be able to get every last item you need here that's zero issue for me. I'm used to frequenting at least two separate stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Ralphs -which I've now learned is City Market here) at home for different items. I'd give you the hottest tip on the Western Slope but I don't want everyone flooding the store for her ;) cough cough Jessica - greatest girl around. Great customer service from everyone I've ever encountered! Fantastic products, I can see why the health conscious peeps of all surrounding areas drive into town for this store. It's the best of the best. You can stop off on the drive to Telluride if you need to stock up on yummy goodies for your trip. I plan on being a customer each and every time I'm in town and highly recommend.
