Even though it was late on a Tuesday the patio was still busy. We got a nice table outside because it was a beautiful day and we had our GSD with us. Shared the beet salad and the chicken burrito and also a kids hamburger with fries for the pup ( fries were for us). PROTIP: We took the option to split each dish by the kitchen and although it cost a couple bucks more, you get a little more of everything! Beet salad was solid with perfect allocations of all ingredients. I would say it was a bit heavy on the dressing but I like minimal dressing and my partner said it was perfect so there you go. The burrito was "wet" and delicious! Lots of flavor fresh ingredients and very saucy. Only thing it lacked was a little heat. Ask for tapatio if you like a little spice. The hamburger by the way, was larger than a normal hamburger you get on the kiddie menu. And the fries were piping hot and fresh. Our dog loved the burger as he should and we downed all the fries. Highly recommend and will be back!

For sure I know we order for appetizers: Crispy Calamari: 9/10 seasoned and tastes very light! Red Thai Curry Coconut Mussels: 10/10 coming from a SE Asian background, flavors are authentic Entrees: Unsure of what we ordered but we definitely had the elk medallions which was delicious! I didn't get photos of the burgers when they came, because our table was pretty hungry after the long wait! The presentation of the food was ok but the food itself was pretty delicious. The fries were very flavorful and the burgers were cooked a perfect medium rare. We also got a butter pecan sundae that was very large, but good. If the food and that one waiter had not been so good, I would probably take more stars. If you are going to come here, I recommend having a lot of time and patience. 5 stars for the food, 2 stars for the service. Knowing this, I would be tentative to come back if we got the same experience in terms of service.

We ordered 2 Double Cheese Burgers, the Broccoli Bacon Ranch Salad and an order of French Fries that included a side of ranch. All of what we ordered was delicious. The burgers come with double patties and are grilled along with the onions, the bun lightly toasted, soft and sweet and included a smear of 1,000 dressing. The burgers have 2 different types of cheese, fresh crispy shredded lettuce, pickles and sliced ripe tomato. It is the perfect combination and proportions of all ingredients. The Broccoli Bacon Ranch salad was not like anything I have had before and was a nice surprise to our taste buds. The salad included fresh bell peppers both yellow and red. It also had pickled onions, sunflower seeds, bacon and blue cheese that was all tossed together with ranch dressing which made it very convenient and easy to eat. Last but not least, the French Fries. They included a nice seasoning on the outside for a crispy texture and a creamy inside which I love. I liked the fact that they serve the fries with homemsde ranch and I didnt even have to ask for it...it's the little things for me. We sat inside to dine, I enjoyed seeing what others were eating, of course lots of burgers but also ribs, pasta, chicken sandwiches, salads and even cheese cake for dessert. I like that the menu offered a variety of options and brought great value for the quality and care that you can taste in every bite! I did not notice any issues with service as I saw other reviews reported. I would say that the inside, although cozy was a bit loud while others socialize. I think it was simply the high ceilings that carry the noise. The outside seating area is another option and is very nice as it's next to a stream which we would have chosen if it hadn't been 57° outside that day.

We were taking a few photos of ourselves and the bar to document our trip (nothing disruptive, and no signage indicating photos weren't allowed). Shortly after, a bartender accused us of taking inappropriate photos of her, which was completely untrue. She asked us to delete the photos, and I obliged. Before we were even given a chance to explain, we were aggressively intimidated by staff and bar goers and told to leave immediately. The entire interaction felt abrupt, confusing, and embarrassing. We were respectful customers who didn't even get the opportunity to clarify what we were doing. Regardless of intent, the situation was handled poorly and left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. We were excited to experience a local mountain bar, but unfortunately this was not a positive or inclusive experience.
