Always able to meet my timely needs and return my clothes quickly in the best shape. Had alterations done here and they turned out great :) definitely recommend if you're in the area! read more

Terrible service. The owner is greedy and totally unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

I have been a customer of this cleaner for several years. recently when dropping of some cleaning I asked the owner Sharon if she could recommend a tailor as my wife needs a dress reduced in size, her response was, I can do that and it will be about $50. Several days later my wife stopped by to have the dress fitted, a few hours after my wife left the shop I received a phone call from Sharon saying the lady that was going to do this wanted $85 which I agreed to. when my wife went to pick up the dress she was charged $100. As a side issue check your receipt when you get cleaning done for other fees for waste disposal. If you are going to get repairs done get the price I writing read more

They did my laundry in 2 hours. Amazing service it was folded nicely and smelled so good. Thank your your great service!

the store front on Narcoossee is the worst for reliability. 5 shirts promised two days ago after 5pm, Today I got 2 of the 5, with the three while shirts I really needed, "still at the plant." I fly tomorrow am, so no way to get them before the flight and nothing was offered. I sure when I get back they will have the audacity to ask to be paid for this really lousy service. read more

This dry cleaner is conveniently located near my office, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm very glad I did. It's cheaper than the options near where I reside in Long Beach, and the turnaround time for dry cleaning is relatively quick. The service was very friendly. I met the owner (or manager - I'm not certain), who clearly takes pride in the quality of their work. My suits and dress shirts were spotless, fresh and not too starchy. I wear a suit to work daily and need a good reliable dry cleaner, so I'm very happy I found this place. read more

Great service and very helpful and friendly. My clothes always come back looking good. read more

Very friendly staff. I can hear the staff from the back greeting me as I walked in. First time coming here and I will be back if I ever need anything else dry cleaned. Very quick turn around. They also had my wife's dress done a day earlier than I expected. Pricing seemed fair considering I don't usually go to a dry cleaner so I didn't know what to expect. Everything looked amazing when I picked it up. read more

Great service and owner is very nice - they know me by name. Convenient location and quick turnaround. Been using them for 5 years plus on my suits and dress shirts. read more

I've been going there about two months, after my last cleaners destroyed a suit. This one is no better. Two of the last three times I've gone there, shirts have come back ripped. Two pairs of brand new slacks are showing significant fading, as though they were washed in a machine that still had bleach in it. read more

Awesome neighborhood cleaners! Super kind, great conversation. They held my stuff for months while I was out of town, without issue.

First class cleaners is awesome! Prompt service with a 50% discount for first time customers. I dropped off a suit (pants and jacket) and it was ready in two days. Would definitely go back again!!! read more

Came here for my first time a few weeks ago and I was very surprised and happy with the quality of dry cleaning ! Usually I get my clothes from other dry cleaners and it is shrunk or faded. When I mentioned that tm they made sure to be delicate with my clothes! That I can really appreciate! Definitely my new go to spot from now on! read more

Amazing service!! I remembered that my son's suit needed to be dry cleaned at 11 AM the day before graduation. I called First Class Cleaners and they were able to provide same day service. They are friendly and warm, even asked about my little doggies that I dragged with me. Thank you for saving the day!! read more

Customer service is A+++! I was able to get buttons sewn on same day while I waited! Very clean and friendly! This is definitely my go-to spot for dry cleaning and alterations! Thank you so much! read more

When I dropped off uniforms, I was told to show the online coupon when I picked them up and then came back to pick them up, and was told that it had to be shown when I spotted everything off! Seriously??? read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was bringing things here whenever I needed something done and now I will not be. I brought in a dress to have altered, while there I noticed it had a stain. I asked them to clean it as well. When I got home after receiving the item back, I noticed the spot was still there, thinking they may not have been able to get it out, I tried a tide pen on it. IT CAME OUT. I called and wanted a refund for the $11, they said all they could give was store credit. BULLSHIT. Owner, Sharon, is rude and doesn't care about customer service. read more

Terrible service, dishonest about prices. Very disappointed. Overcharging and has no integrity. Doesn't value her customers.

First time here, and the experience has been great. Dropped off slacks and polos, they also box items for. Nominal fee read more

First Class Cleaners - First time here with Sharon the owner! Great service! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Fountain Valley, California

I'm a long time customer of First Class Cleaners. Started coming here shortly after they first opened and have been a customer ever since. I'll admit, I've tried other cleaners. They didn't measure up to what I'm accustomed to with FCC. I've finally decided to write a review because there are mostly negative reviews that only reflect a couple of mishaps. And those reviews are by no means properly reflective of the total experiences for this business. I challenge all those who have had positive experiences to write a quick review of your dealings with this great business. Not sure if you've noticed but there are plenty of uniforms from different agencies and organizations which get cleaned there. As well as some hotels and other larger demanding organizations which use FCC. Seriously, is there any business (or person for that matter) who has never made a mistake? It's all about how they try to make it up. I've had a garment or two come back questionable and even worse, did I rant and rave...no. I brought it up with them and they resolved my issue. Heck, they even reimbursed me for a shirt that was damaged even though it wasn't brand new and the damage was not entirely their fault. That is what I call customer service. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Doesn't matter if they're in mid conversation, they'll drop whatever to welcome you and process your drop-off or pickup. Not sure if you've noticed but there are plenty of uniforms from different agencies and organizations which get cleaned there. As well as some hotels and other larger demanding organizations which use FCC. Do you honestly think those entities would trust their stuff to just anyone? read more

Everything about this place is first class, the service, the manager and the quality. We moved from a location about an hour from here and we're continuing to use our old dry cleaner until we tried this place. My husband is pretty picky and was sold. I would highly recommend the services here, your concerns or worries about what's going to happen to your clothes isn't an issue. They take care of everything. read more

Amazing first class service. Sharon has taken care of my family's clothes for the past 10 years and is always pleasant and provides excellent customer service. Hands down the best cleaners in Fountain Valley. read more

I have been to this dry cleaner sporadically for the past 6 years. I've gotten alterations done as well as dry cleaning. They are professional, so kind and friendly, and the turn around time is FAST! I met the owner, Sharon, the last 2 times I was in and she couldn't have been any nicer! If you're looking for a great, friendly dry cleaner, that has a fast turn around time [if you need it] this is your place! 5 stars for excellence in not only services offered, but customer service as well! Thanks, you truly are FIRST CLASS! read more

They did a great job assessing the damage from a leather dye stain that I had on a piece that I bought online and were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Thank you! read more

Brought in one of my wife's party dresses that had food stains that was set in for like a year. First Class Cleaners was able to remove all the stains while keeping the frilled edges in damaged. The frills had to be hand pressed as they weaved in and out below the waist. I talked to Sharon who told me what steps were needed and explained to me that they had separate machines for the light and dark laundered clothes. They get an A+ rating for attention to detail. read more

Great prices, fast turn around and can handle any job I give them from faux fur coats to leather and fur throw pillows. The owners are always so pleasant and accommodating which is a plus! read more

I am so happy to have found this place. I've been coming here for a few years. The service is "First Class!" I truly appreciate everything the staff does to make sure I am completely satisfied. Thank you so much! read more

I've been to this cleaners 3-4 times . I had a few pairs of pants hemmed and they were somewhat even when I got them back . The clothes I've had cleaned , do come back clean . They always seem busy and have a computerized system for tickets and such . They say they are organic , which doesn't matter to me . They have never lost any of my items and have them ready when I come in . Seem friendly enough and are almost double the price of the other two cleaners that I go to in the area . The location is good for me , but for some reason I just don't get a happy or excited feeling about going here . Maybe it's the racks of used clothes for sale out front or the employees that just look disheveled . I know dry cleaning is hard , sweaty work . I did it for a year . Just don't enjoy going here for some reason , but the clothes do get clean but $7.95 for a dress shirt seems like a lot to me ... I guess if money isn't an issue I would use them for my pickup and delivery cleaner . I also remember having my tuxedo cleaned here that had a mustard spot in the pant . They did get the spot out but the jacket lapel has never laid right after that . Always flipped up with no crease to keep it down . read more

Service and quality met expectations! Pick up and delivery is available. Only downside is they close at 3:30pm on Saturday's.

I'm pretty sad I can only give one 5 Star review. I have said this before, they are not the cheapest, they are the best. I love coming here. The staff is always friendly. Recently I moved quite a ways from Fountain Valley and I was really hoping I didn't have to do a hit or miss trial of the local dry cleaners near my new home. I remembered First Class Cleaners had delivery so I figured I would give them a call to check to see if I'm in their driving radius. Luckily they had one customer near my new home. Talk about lucky. But they only went once a week. I worked with the owner and we figured out a schedule that would work for the both of us. Seriously, top notch service and quality. I really appreciate them. read more

First Class Cleaners has amazing service and spot checks all garments at drop off!!! I will definitely be coming back!

I don't understand why there are any negative reviews on here at all - with a high volume dry cleaning company that ALSO does home and office deliveries - you can't please everyone. I have worked with Sharon and her team for three years now and I can't say enough about the care and attention she puts into your clothes. I once had a pretty big order for her and she walked me out, helping me carry my things and load my car. When I almost threw my clothes in there she stopped me and hung them up properly! She said she went into painstaking effort to properly stuff my special dresses so they keep their shape. Every item is pressed, clean smelling, and looking new. If you are looking for an: - organic, environmentally clean cleaner - express delivery cleaner that can come to your home or work to pick up and drop of your clothes (this is rare - I don't know any other cleaner that does this) - full personal accountability for eveyrhing - alterations on the spot - GREAT HOURS go no further for your dry cleaning needs!!!!! This was my first time coming to first class cleaners. I was in need of cleaning my comforter that I love but has had some unfortunate spills. I've been using this dry cleaners for about 8 years now. They are friendly, fast and affordable. The owner, Sharon, greets me by name and asks after my family when she's there. They have affordable prices and always have a short turnaround on cleaning time. I've occasionally had to drop something off in the early morning and they can have it ready by evening time for me if I need it. Usually, though, it's only a couple of days to get a big order done for me. I'll continue going to this business for as long as possible. read more
