First of all I've been to this place a total of five times and I can't get over how great the food is! The buffalo chicken definitely is my favorite!! Also I didn't get to catch his name but I wanna give a huge shoutout to him! I feel bad for not asking for his name but I believe it's either Brandon or Bryan but he's about 5'11 or 6 foot he looks to be Japanese. Huge shoutout to this guy, I walked in the restraunt and he just seems like the overall type of guy who is just naturally happy but he walked up to the front greeted me and asked how my day was going. I know it's part of his job but he genuinely seemed interested and continued to make me feel welcome as he not only had a really adorable smile but he genuinely seemed like he was interested in making my visit nothing but joy! I get the fact that it's part of customer service to be like this but I really feel like he would've been just as happy and genuine even if he didn't have too!! He really just seems like the type of person to always be happy :) I love people like this! He was very helpful!! Wow'ed by our experience at First Class Pizza. Had an issue with our pizza and reached out to the manager Justin. He personally attended to us and offered to help out any way he could. Justin turned an issue into an opportunity to display amazing "First Class" customer service. He left us very happy with our experience at First Class Pizza. Watch out for the kids after baseball game will punch dents in your car, and the parents do nothing about it. I couldn't believe it, what is wrong with the kids these days? I went into pick up my order to go, and as I walked in there was a gang of kids throwing balls and kicking balls. I got out of my car and as I walked into the restaurant, one of the pre teens was at the window of my car trying to pry it open to get at my two little dogs, thank god I had the windows rolled up with only an inch open, it was night time and pretty cold out. When I seen this kid trying to get at my dogs I told him to stay away from my car, that it was the reason my dogs were barking, he said he was trying to pet them, ya right more like trying to hurt them obviously, I told him to stay away that they were trained to attack if anyone tried to get into my car. I turn and walked into the restaurant and when I returned there was a small knuckled fist print in my door, I could not believe it. Why I wasn't bothering him, neither were my dogs until he came up and started trying to tear my window open to get at my little dogs. I went back into the restaurant and found the kid he was hiding from me, then blamed his friend, but he was the only one I seen at my car, I was so upset. Its a brand new car, why ? This kids needs some serious attention, and what did his mother do, nothing but try to blame me. This kid has an entitlement issue. We eat at FC Pizza from time to time and have always received good service and great pizza. Sometimes it's pretty loud but that's what you get if you go on a day when sports are being played and watched. read more

I've been there twice and so far my family and I love their pizza and sandwiches! We Always seem to order thick crust and it's always yummy. I love this place, I don't know how my family didn't discover it earlier. It's a great place to watch sports. The kids area is bigger than Lampost but still in the corner so they can have fun but aren't a distraction to those there without kids. Food is AMAZING. And they have a bunch of beer on tap. Only gave a three star rating simply because one their food is on the pricey side and two they advertise that they offer delivery but every single time I call I'm told that their delivery man had gone home and they can not offer that. So stop saying you offer delivery when you really don't. Plus the customer service when placing an order could be better. The food is great. Had the worst pizza from this place and it wasn't cheap!! Got the largest pizza they offer and it wasn't cooked properly. I've never had to take all of my toppings off my pizza before. Non of the toppings were cooked and the cheese wasn't melted and just broke apart. But the crust tasted fine. The place smells like feet and there are children messing around with the bathrooms and so on. Not a place to sit down and talk with all the noise too. Pizza was soggy and not cooked all the way in the middle and one of our orders was stuck to the wheel. Had to wait 18 minutes after the rest of my family was done to eat. It was okay pizza. Robb, Miguel and crew are AWESOME!!!! Last Friday 2-28-14 they made me a medium, thick crust, double: pepperoni, onion and pineapple, almost burnt- very toasty... PERFECT. Everyone who had a slice was amazed and want me to order from FCP in Fountain Valley in the future. I first tasted FCP at their old Irvine location at Harvard and Main. My office ordered it at least twice a week. Robb is the master and you can tell by the number of repeat and new customers through the door. I'm very picky about my pizza. Like beer I know my pies: thin, medium and thick crusts; deep dish to flat. And commercial vs gourmet. FCP is First Class but Robb does it right and no short cuts. I was walking to Phillys Best when this place caught my eye. WHAT?! The only place I knew that had a First Class was Villa Park. Let's just say I was out of that stores delivery range. A very nice pretty woman greeted me with a smile. Their buffalo chicken pizza is AMAZING and to top it all off, they said they can deliver to my home in huntington beach. I sat inside and ate. Always looking for a good pizza accompanied by a cold tasty beverage, First Class Pizza fits perfect. Had a Zesty Italian pizza, excellent, very good taste, the dough was excellent. been to a few places lately where the crust is slightly bitter. Not this. Sausage, perfect amount, hiqh quality. savory wax peppers... not overpowering like pepperoncini's can be. Plus sports on the TV's, the frosty tall glasses filled from the tap. We're here 3 to 4 times a month. Love this place! Saturday, October 25, 2014 we came in a bit before 7 p.m. and ordered an extra large to go and a drink, so we sat at the table right in front by the order counter so we would hear our name. About 5 minutes after we came in, the place got slammed, with people out the door to the parking lot. We know it takes about 15 minutes or so for our pizza, so at 20 minutes, I go up to the counter and ask if our pizza is ready even though she took my name and she calls it out when it's ready. She said no, they'd let me know when it was up. Another 15 minutes go by and I see the people who came in behind us now getting their pizzas brought to the tables, and that was it. I went up again and told the same girl we'd been waiting now about 35 minutes and people behind us were getting their pizzas. She asked my name (again) and lo and behold, it was in the keep warm sleeve on the shelf all this time! It was warm, but we had to microwave it when we got home, because it wasn't warm enough. So, today, (Monday, October 27, 2014) I called and asked to speak to a Manager. I don't know if he was really a manager or not, though he did say he was, but I explained the situation and he agreed that they dropped the ball and would talk to everyone about it. No offer of a discount or anything for the next time we come in! Really? I've never had a complaint on this place before, but they could've at LEAST offered 1/2 off the next pizza or SOMETHING! What kind of customer service is THAT? I'm still pissed about this! ************* UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL ABOVE RATING: I was contacted through Yelp just hours after placing the above review of our Saturday night experience, by the owner himself. He made me feel that the problem that happened was going to REALLY be looked into and discussed and a way found to make sure that it doesn't happen again. He offered a 'do-over' so that we would be sure to come back, but actually, there was never a question of us not coming back. This is the best pizza place BY FAR, over anywhere we have eaten. Sometimes the customer just needs to know that their complaint is valid (I know, sometimes people complain about stupid things!) and that they are taken seriously. I don't ever expect anything for free, I just expect that I have the same great experience of a mouth watering pizza that is the same each time, from this great pizza place. First Class Pizza gave my daughter the best birthday party! Had daughter's 10th birthday at First Class Pizza recently. It was AMAZING! kids made pizzas, played games and had so much fun. Food as always was yummy, but the owners and staff made this party truly wonderful. My daughter wants to add, "it was the best birthday party I've ever had!" Very reasonably priced. We decided to go here because we worked in the area, since then this has been our spot. THE BEST pizza sauce. Everything is made there the taste and flavors are amazing. Another plus is the salads, a small size is big enough to share with 2-3 people.
