Very upsetting experience tonight, order over $80 worth of food. Wife went to pick up and head home to find out we were missing 2 items from our order. First Class Pizza is definitely a shinning star in the Woodbury Town Center community. My order arrived about 15 minutes later, and my standard for pizza was redefined after my first bite. Everything on this pizza was fresh. The pizza crust was crispy outside and fairly soft inside. Topics such as ham, pineapple, cheese, and Italian sausage are all phenomenally FRESH. The size of Italian sausage they gave out here are huge. I felt that they just don't keep unused ingredients overnight. I didn't get to try the other half "pop eyes favorite". But I could tell that they know the perfect timing to take out my order from the oven because broccoli and artichoke are crispy looking but not dry at all. We moved here from the Bay Area during the great pandemic of 2020, so we have no experience with their dine-in service. We've only done take-out orders. First time, we got some wings, a veggie pizza and a "sweet pig" Hawaiian joint. Oh and churro donuts. Everything was fresh and tasted great. This time we got a veggie pizza, a custom supreme-ish pizza with wings, potato wedges, onion rings and 2 giant cookies. Again, fantastic. Notable others: everyone was masked, behind plexiglass and the place was very clean. It was maybe me and some other person in the customer area, so I've never see it packed there. 12.30.2019 We picked up a large pizza from here before heading to Beacon Park and letting the kids run free and crazy from all their pent up energy. The crust was cooked crisp on the bottom and the top was chewy without being too doughy. This location tastes SO much better than the other one on Jamboree Rd (sadly, the one closer to our house). There was enough pepperoni on our half and the cheese was evenly distributed. Pizza was cooked well that there wasn't any grease on top and you didn't have to pay it dry with all the excess grease from the cheese and/or pepperoni. They have a lot of people working all the time and the staff looks like they have fun while they work. I'm always greeted nicely and am given descriptions of everything on the menu when I ask. There was a strange encounter when I saw a large man, I think he was a manager talking with a chipotle worker for what felt like forever while I was just standing in line. I don't think the chipotle worker even ordered anything, they were just standing at the register and laughing... I've been hearing great reviews about this place so we went and picked up a large porker and garlic bread last night 10-7-20. The pizza was amazing the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste. Loved the pizza! The garlic bread was great as well except there was a lovely straight black hair baked into the garlic bread yuck! That was a disappointment. I would suggest the person making the food should wear hair nets. I will try again but if it happens again that means this is not a very sanitary place. Extremely disappointed. Ordered big cheese pizza. See pictures attached of how it looked. It was dry and not stringy. Cheese underneath the cheddar layer (that was quite patchy,loosely sprinkled on the top) was the questionable quality mozzarella mixed with some grainy weird ingredient. It could have been just mixed in bread dough/crumbles so that less cheese could be used or mozzarella itself was just bad. Not just the look but the taste was disgusting. I am writing this bad review because just couple of weeks ago I ordered same pizza and it was absolutely different. It tasted different, texture smooth and chewy, and cheese was melted properly. We had a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free and so decided to give this place a try. I phoned in for a Zesty Italian thin crust and Buffalo chicken reg crust. After arriving and paying, we were sitting at a table waiting for our togo order when an employee, Jacob, came up to let us know that there was a mix-up and instead of a Thincrust italian they'd made a regular. We would have pizza at least once a week since our daughter now learns to say "pizza". We used to get take out but couple of weeks ago, we decided to just come here for dinner so that my daughter can go play around the fountain area after dinner. For some odd reasons, the pizza was very good and probably because it's fresh out of the oven. We've also tried their Italian subs and meatball subs. All very good! They are extremely generous with the toppings. Last night, we decided to try its Cinna-za basically it's like Cinnamon on pizza dough and it's delicious! It's seriously the base they get right, which makes the pizza so good here-- crust is soft on the inside and they don't skimp on the cheese.
