We had an incident at our place of business where emergency plumbing services were required immediately, and it seemed that whoever we were calling were extremely busy or didn't want to stop by since it was later in the afternoon. Noticed my water wasn't heating up when I'd shower so I called first class plumbing & rooter and they were able too send out a technician. Tito showed up and was able to tell me the problem with my water.He recommended going with a brand new Bradford white water heater within 30mins of it being installed I had hot water all throughout my house.I also asked if he can check my back yard drains since they were all clogged up from the rains we had recently, he recommended a hydro jetter job. Once the hydro jetter showed up they got too work and we're able to clear my clogged drains in no time, they ran a camera too show me the condition of my pipe and I just had some root's problems. Wow, what a great experience with this company. Taylor set up my appointment for an estimate and she was very pleasant to work with and professional. Tito showed up on time and took a look at what needed to be done and he was also very nice and professional. Considering it was getting late I expected he would do the work the next day, but he told me he could get it done right away. He fixed my shower issues, sealed the hole up in my wall and cleaned up like he hadn't been their. If I ever have another pluming issue, I will be calling this company back. I had a Major Sewer flood at my house it couldn't have happened at a worse time I had guests coming over the following weekend. I called Firstclass plumbing at 3:00 AM because no one else was picking up. I spoke with Taylor and she had a Plumber there in 45 minutes. Mark was not only helpful but reassured me not to worry and he was honest and his pricing was very very reasonable. First Class Plumbing & Rooter was recommended to me. They have very reasonable prices. There was a glitch in their computer system, which prevented the technician arriving at the scheduled time. The dispatcher that rescheduled was very professional and apologized several times for the unforeseen glitch. The technician, Chris T, aka "Chip", called to confirm his arrival time. I own a hair salon and I had a leak behind a shampoo bowl. Mark came to my rescue today and repaired the leak before it caused more damage. It was a difficult situation due to the location of the leak and that he had to do a partial building shut down to complete the work. He did this in a timely manner.
