Promptly came out to give an estimate to remove two trees that were too close to my home. Estimate was below average compared to other companies but they seemed professional about it and would do everything I needed. I hired them even though they said it take two to three weeks before they could get to me. They had availability one and a half weeks later. They were careful to place plywood between the trees and the house so nothing would get damaged. Cut down the two trees way quicker than I thought it would take them and fed everything into the tree grinder and cleaned up any mess that was created. I'll be using these guys for more tree service in the future. read more

Had a great experience with Jose from beginning to end. For the first proposal, Jose met me at the property and was very informative and patient in explaining the various ways our tree and the nuisance tree branches from our neighbor's overhanging branches could be cut to beautify the property. It had been a few months when finally the HOA was able to take action and I had gotten a couple other bids in the meantime. Since the bid from First Class was valid for 30 days, Jose said he would have to inspect the tree again. He stated that they are booking 3 weeks out, I was okay with that, even though this tree needed a hair cut bad! After the subsequent inspection, he honored the initial proposal amount. My HUGE "beach umbrella" pecan tree that shades my "cabin", property, and barn, here on the Goose Creek Ranch, FROM the blazing HOT afternoon summer sun was WAY overdue for some seriously hard to do "reduction and trimming" There was very little safe "drop zone" space for the "trimmed" branches to land in w-o damaging my barn or cabin or my smaller potted-rooted smaller trees. They managed to DO it by lowering the larger pieces w ropes. The "climber" of the crew was WAY UP in the top :O and the fellas on the ground, and on the roofs, cleared the debris quickly whilst cutting up the larger pieces FOR me to be utilized in my airtite wood stove this winter [ thanks fellas ;) ] None of my skylights were damaged, [ they protected them w plywood panels ] nor was there ANY damage to my 30 year old roof. Jose Sr. and crew are friendly, and they have always shown up early. They have a truck and chipper and haul everything away. They clean up all the dust and leaves. When they are done my yard is cleaner than when they arrived. They come out with a crew that is the right size for the job. They usually knock out all my trees in a couple hours. Most importantly First Class does an excellent job at trimming my palms/trees. They do a thorough job and trees look great when they are done. Finally, their price is reasonable.
