The technician turned the brightness all the way up to access the damage, and the market prices were all written on a board. I got the Yelp voucher $5 for $10 so i paid $55. You can choose an original apple LCD screen or get a copy screen (off brand) for ten bucks less. I also got the Yelp check-in deal for a free screen protector! Hopefully my bf never drops his iPhone again, but glad we found this place. The technician doesn't speak fluent English but he had an assistant. Super nice people!!! Extremely good customer service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen, gave me a quote right away and fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes. I was watching the tv in the store and before I knew it, my phone was fixed! The lady was also super nice and offered me water assuming she saw that I was slightly out of breath. They even gave me a FREE tempered glass screen protector and applied it on for me and told me to get a new case to protect my phone. Price is based on your phone model. I broke the "unbreakable" screen on my Essential Phone, so I brought it in. He didn't have the part since not many people have this phone, so he ordered one and it arrived in 3 or 4 days. Unfortunately that new glass / screen had a defect (manufacturers fault) so he had to order another one and I waited a bit longer. That being said, he repaired it within 15 minutes and my phone is good as new. I've referred several people to this business now. I went in to get my iPhone 6's screen fixed because glass shards kept falling out of the cracks and stabbing me. The lady at the store informed me that they offer both a generic version and an Apple version of the screen. (How one would prove the authenticity of the "Apple" screen is unclear to me...) I opted for the generic screen because it's cheaper, and because they informed me that the only other difference is a small variation in color, with the generic screen's display being slightly darker. After I paid, the lady offered me a bottle of Poland Spring and invited me to have a seat. The man who repaired the screen did so very quickly, in around 15-20 minutes. He didn't speak English, but the lady translated and he seemed prepared to answer all of my questions. The display on the new screen is definitely a little bit darker, but it doesn't bother me.
