Unfortunately, I had to report the owner of this store to the police. He was found guilty of assault and is a danger to the community. He could not read the name on my drivers license as English is not his first language, and refused to look for my package behind the counter. He threatened, cursed, and physically harassed me to the point where I was forced to call the police. At one point he came in front of the counter, two inches away from my face, yelling, "you shit, you mother fucking shit! I dare you to call to call the police!" Beyond UNPROFESSIONAL, I felt I was in DANGER. I called the police and had to confiscate my package from him that was being held hostage. I went here for a battery replacement. It was effortless and fairly priced, less than my last battery replacement, (even with a little tip added in!). The staff was welcoming and helpful. You know how sometimes when you ask questions at a tech-oriented retailer how you can feel a bit of subtle shade or frustration in the response? I had the opposite experience here--yay! It's tricky business when our devices need a little tlc...it can throw everything off a notch. Hopefully I won't have any issues between now and the next battery, but should anything come up, I am returning to these folks. Had issue with my iPhone 6Plus, and was looking for a place where they can repair it, came across First technology and I was just amazed by their work. Great service and amazing job. A few months back I brought my iPhone in to replace a cracked screen. They replaced it within the hour and I opted for the additional plastic screen protector and was told about a warranty. Two weeks ago, my screen protector cracked and then a few cracks appeared this week so I called them up about my warranty. Apparently the warranty only applies to the screen itself, not the protector, but the owner was nice enough to replace it for free due to the miscommunication. One of the best experience fixing my phone. My phone dropped into the sink and result in a blurry screen. So I brought the phone to First Technology iPhone Repair. It was super quick. It only takes about five minutes for the technician to open up the phone and check the condition. And he showed to me where the water marks went inside the phone. All in all he helped me change a new generic LCD screen and the whole process took no more than half an hour. He also gave me a new tempered glass screen protector for free! My son's iphone screen was severely damaged. The gentlemen who took care of the repair did a extremely thorough job. He is a perfectionist, took many tries to get it done right and even took his time to explain to me the problem, all with no extra charge. A couple of weeks ago, my already cracked Samsung S5 finally met its demise. I called a few places and this place had the best price.
