The decor is clean and homey, the tables are nicely spaced apart so you're not cramped, it's not too loud so you can hear the conversation at your table, and the menu options all sound really tasty! The portion sizes are quite hearty too. I ordered the Chicken Chimichurri Hash, which was really tasty. The flavors were spot on, and the dish wasn't too salty. My only complaint was that there was barely any chicken! Probably 3 thin and small slices of chicken--not even enough to put in half a sandwich. I waited an hour and a half before I ended up cancelling my order because they hadn't even started prepping the order. There were a handful of other groups who also ended up either leaving before the food had come, cancelling their orders due to long wait times, or left entirely. I love First Watch. Their food is delicious and service is great. My only suggestion would be to start offering almond milk as a coffee creamer/ dairy free alternative. My overall impression was "meh" at best and there was one "what the..." moment. Let's get that one out of he way. I ordered a breakfast that came with two eggs which would supposedly be done in the way requested, e.g., over easy or scrambled. I ordered scrambled. What arrived were eggs done over hard which had been chopped into chunks and piled together. I could tell that before the server walked away. When I pointed out to the server that I had ordered scrambled eggs, and that these were not that, he said that's how they do them there. I said OK and didn't touch them. As for the rest of the meal, the pancake and bacon were fine but nothing to write home about. Also, they don't have fresh cream for coffee but that "no refrigeration required" half and half (sorta), along with artificially flavored varieties by the same company. Not my thing for the morning go-go juice. I might give them another try at some point, but this visit was just so-so. read more

Should have sent back eggs and potatoes to because they were cold. Got the biscuits and gravy back and it was awful. The gravy was so runny and looked like soup.
