Sadly my experience today at First Watch Vestavia location was a weak 4 out of 10. I had the works omelet with potatoes and I was only able to eat a couple bites the food was bland and the omelet filling was not cook or seasoned well. We order online here often and the food is always great but they are very understaffed. Most of the time the orders are over an hour past the estimated pickup times. The waits are usually over an hour for people coming in when half the tables are used. I know this is common these days but it has slowly become not worth it the past couple times we have ordered from them. If this was solely based on their food, I would give it a 4 or 5. I called the store and the manager was the person who quality checked this order before sending it with the delivery person. I would have been embarrassed to send this to a customer. When asked for a refund or a fresh order, he said he couldn't send another or give a refund, and that I had to call corporate.
