First Watch was good! I ordered the Avocado Toast, which came as one slice of toast cut in half with two eggs. It tasted fresh, but I did feel it was a bit pricey (around $13-$14) considering there weren't any extra toppings or sides included. I also tried the biscuits and gravy, the biscuit was super light and fluffy, absolutely delicious. The gravy, however, was a little too peppery for my taste, though I know a lot of people enjoy that flavor profile. The wait was surprisingly quick. I checked in through the app, and by the time I officially checked in at the restaurant, I was 6th in line. Within about five minutes, my table was ready, which was great. Our waitress was fine, nothing outstanding, but no complaints either. I would come back!

This was our 1st timing to First Watch in Canton and the food definitely didn't disappoint! It wasn't crowded which helped a lot and it was closer to closing time! We arrived around 1pm and they started shutting things down around 2:30pm! Our server was pleasant and attentive until close to us leaving and my friend had to go and ask for a container to take home her food! Now our food was really good, I ordered the Trifecta Breakfast with 2 eggs over medium, chicken sausage and a multi grain pancake! My friend ordered a Turkey Club with potatoes!! We never got water but my friend ordered decaf tea and I ordered the Kale Tonic which was really tasty!! The ambiance is ok! It's well lit but can be a little loud with other conversations going on but I would definitely be back

Cute breakfast chain with several options including special menu items that rotate. We shared the carne asada breakfast tacos (seasonal special), biscuits and gravy meal made with turkey sausage, and the Belgian waffle. Everything was delicious! They do have real maple syrup available (for an extra cost). We both ordered coffee so they left a carafe at our table, which is nice when wanting a refill. I wish the chain would offer more gf options like many of the other breakfast places (that aren't just eggs) and that they wouldn't charge extra for real syrup. Service at this location was great!

First Watch never disappoints. Even though it's a chain, its food is consistent and good. Good service, excellent food and love the ambiance of this location. They offer dining inside, on an enclose patio or outside if you choose. It's great if you have a pet. You can enter and exit from the outside patio. We had the traditional breakfast and it was excellent. Lots of food for the value. Looking for breakfast or lunch, this is your spot.

I've been to First Watch on 3 different occasions. It's not a bad place to get breakfast, but after multiple trips here I don't really find it to be all that special. The menu has some good stuff but the portions don't always justify some of the prices. The staff and dining area have always been consistently good. Even this healthy breakfast option that included egg whites, sauteed veggies and some tomato slices didn't really satisfy or feel special in any way. This place does sweet dishes far better than savory ones in my opinion.

Ordered take out got the chips pudding that come with almond butter toast and got a side of turkey sausage. The toast was hard dry and cold and the turkey sausage was also cold. The chia pudding was ok.

Visited on Christmas eve as a group of 11. We were given our own room with a long table. Our server was organized and the thorough. The farmhouse skillet hash has everything you could want for breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese, toast etc. nothing tasted overly seasoned or oily. Great addition to city, I hope it stays!

I decided to order breakfast from first watch. I had been there before. They usually have a good breakfast. I went to pick up the order. I asked the girl if everything was there and she said yes. I got home and half the items were not in the bag. I went back and tried to explain that they had left out half the order. They were very rude and refused to make the rest of the order. Please don't order carry out. I was ripped off.

This is the perfect brunch spot! Their food is always so eye catching and very tasty. Their service is excellent but this place can get really busy. Well maintained and clean.

The ambience is absolutely lovely--spacious, clean, and very pleasant to sit in. The upstairs seating area is especially nice, with comfortable tables and chairs that make it a great spot to relax. They also offer a good selection of packed bakery items on display that look fresh and tempting, making it ideal for a quick grab-and-go visit. That said, the dine-in experience was let down by long wait times. I ordered a croissant and a falafel sandwich and ended up waiting significantly longer than expected, with little to no updates on my order. The ordering system--placing the order in one area and then waiting with a buzzer to collect before paying--felt somewhat inefficient, especially during off-peak hours on a weekday when the café wasn't particularly busy. In terms of food, the falafel sandwich was decent, while the croissant was just okay. Overall, the service felt slow and somewhat disorganized during this visit. I later stopped by just for grab-and-go items, and that experience was much smoother and quicker. Overall, the café has a beautiful ambience and fresh offerings, but there is definitely room for improvement in service speed and order management for dine-in items.

The cocktails are stunning, the food (whether brunch or dinner) is consistently memorable, and apparently every plate is so beautiful that I feel compelled to photograph it. Beyond the food, the service is always exceptional. The staff strikes that perfect balance of polished and warm, making every visit feel like a special occasion. And then there's the atmosphere. The abundant natural light, thoughtful seasonal décor, and the undeniable gravitas of a beautifully restored former bank create an experience that feels both elegant and welcoming. The Ledger is absolutely worthy of being a destination restaurant for celebrations and milestones. But the biggest compliment I can give it is this: we don't save it only for special occasions. Whenever we're nearby, we make a point to stop because the food, drinks, and experience are just that good and the seasonal specials never stay as long as you'd hope. And of course, the speakeasy downstairs is always the perfect end to the night.

I asked the hostess about my group and if I should take them elsewhere as they kept seating people behind us in line. She responded and said "it will be more time for your group.
