    pesto chicken quinoa bowl
    AJ S.

I consider first watch to be one of great breakfast options to go to in st. louis. With that said, I found a new go-to menu item! I usually get the traditional but i've been focusing on protein rich options and the pesto chicken quinoa bowl was CHEF'S KISS! It was packed with flavor and though it looked like a smaller portion, I was so full I could barely finish it. (But let the record show that I did finish it lol) I like to balance savory with sweet so I also ordered a blueberry muffin. I was disappointed to find only 4 blueberries. As you can see in the photo, it was practically a plain muffin. Service was friendly and prompt. I appreciated the waitress just giving me the bill when I said I was going to pay for me and Linda. It became a brunch rush so she forgot about the container I asked for the muffin, but there was a helpful man who was able to get it for me so no worries at all! We went during breakfast/brunch hours. It was slowly getting busy when we got there around 9:30am and by the time we left there were probably about 5 groups waiting to be seated. Clean, despite being so busy! Noise was a little louder due to the rush. I love it though. Will definitely be back for more!

My daughters and I went to First Watch for brunch today. It was so crowded. Fortunately we got on the waitlist! If you go to the one in Chesterfield watch where you park. A lot of the parking on the side of the restaurant belongs to the preschool nearby. You can park there after hours and on weekends. Our food arrived pretty fast. Our waiter was nice and attentive. My daughter had "carrot cake" pancakes - very disappointed. It had carrot shards, nuts and either raisins or cranberries. She was expecting a carrot cake batter. My other daughter enjoyed her blueberry pancakes. I just had a plain pancake which was fine. Our eggs could have used some seasoning. The caramel donut holes were super sweet! My daughter had the dragon fruit drink - she said it wasn't nearly as good as it was the first time she had it at a different location. Not sure what changed. Why is the Fall menu ending so soon?!?!

Fist watch is consistently good food in all locations. The Chesterfield location is our go to. We came in on a Saturday for a late breakfast. Normally there would be a long wait but since the weather was so cold I think it kept people at home. I recommend going to their website and going on a waitlist before arriving to shorten your wait time. The decor is modern with nice booths. The servers are always so pleasant. We ordered our go to's: Granola banana almond crunch pancakes with a side of eggs, frittata rústica and Belgian waffle. Today hubby tried a new dish the Floridian French Toast and he thought the kiwi on the French toast was a nice twist. We also tried their new seasonal juice the Mango Passion Palmer (this was too sweet we had to water it down and then it was better).

First Watch has great service and a cute atmosphere. I enjoy the food, but don't find it special compared to other brunch spots. It's a great option if you're looking for healthier options.

We love First Watch. It always feels so welcoming and they have a lot of great menu options. The food is always fresh and flavorful. Kudos to the staff today. Our waiter was also manning the register and seated people he was very attentive and friendly. The staff was on top of everything'! Love this place! .

Food: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars We always enjoy our experience with First Watch in Chesterfield whether we're dining in or ordering carry-out. For today's order, my husband opted for a more traditional plate while I decided to try one of the newer menu items, the Triple Berry Acai Bowl. A little chilly for this time of year, but it had everything I was craving... sweetness, some crunch from the granola, and lush berries. I'd also like to add that our server, Angela, was fantastic! We appreciated her bright greeting, attentiveness, and overall hospitality throughout our meal.

You might encounter a wait but it is well worth it. The menu has something for everyone and the seasonal specials don't disappoint either. The omelette i had was cooked well, the eggs were not overcooked or oily. My friends enjoyed the breakfast cocktails and the million dollar bacon. The The fruit hit the spot with my meal. The staff was friendly and engaging with conversation and recomendations.

Literally nothing special. French toast was mid. Skillets are def more tasty. Place was packed, got seated maybe 5-10 mins after checking in.

Great place but flashing light covered with painters tape hurt my eyes and gave me a headache ache. Server Maddie was delightful and friendly. Will come back for Maddie

I'm from Chicago & we don't have this restaurant! I ordered the Hacienda Hash & my friend got the avocado toast. My food was yummy & my friend generally liked hers too; she also ordered a side of potatoes. We shared the Holey Donuts which were top notch. Our server Caden was friendly & kind.

Nice and bright restaurant and good for early worms in a good location in Chesterfield. Service was excellent and Nicole was our server and she was great as well. She was quick, attentive and very kind. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the eggs Benedict Florentine and coffee- overall everything tasted good. Great variety of juices as well.

When we arrived, there were a few other customers inside, but it was not too busy. After taking some time to review the menu, we placed our orders at the counter, paid and then found a table upstairs to sit at. The food did not take too long before it was brought over to our table and honestly, it looked so colorful, fresh and tasty. We were all very excited to try our meals and, of course, share with one another. Everything we ordered was just so delicious. The salads were freshly made and the sandwich I ordered was honestly so good. I wanted to eat the whole thing, but it was very filling so I had to take half home with me. Of course, the fries were all eaten since they were hot and just the right amout of crispy. I need to add this spot to my rotation of places whenever I am in need of something fresh and somewhat healthy.

I'd suggest that people were there to visit downtown St. Charles, or whatever it's called, which has a certain old-timey charm to it, but everything else was closed--presumably until later in the day, but who knows. That fentanyl is a menace. Parking could be a pain, if it's not the wee hours of the morning on a weekend, and you're not ambulatory enough to walk from a block or two over, and yet you're going to get essentially the equivalent of a milkshake and a donut. Inside is rustic, inviting and larger than you'd think, with an upstairs area that I didn't bother to explore, due to lack of curiosity. We had a larger group and ended up pushing a few smaller tables together, plus a few chairs we borrowed from other tables. No one seemed to mind. The key is not to ask first. That mentality will take you far in both the world of finance and dating. I'm kind of over ordering food from coffee shops, where they're obviously just throwing something in the microwave and charging you $10 for it, but I needed something to eat. I'd just gone for a run. Their burrito looked like the textbook definition of cultural appropriation, but it also looked like it might not be half bad. I had their equivalent of an Egg McMuffin, called Ron's Breakfast Sandwich, or something to that effect. When I hear the name Ron, I of course think of Sasso from Carlito's Way, but that probably says more about me than anything else. I'm assuming he didn't have anything to do with this. Essentially, this was a store-bought English muffin, a surprisingly generous and delicious helping of cheddar cheese, a few slices of seemingly prepackaged black forest ham and a fried egg. It was fine for what it was. Could the egg have been salted, could the muffin have been buttered and could the ham been an actual slice of Canadian bacon, or even better, American bacon? Sure, but I went into this with low expectations. The cheddar was melty and delicious, and weirdly abundant, but processed American cheese would have been more fitting for this kind of sandwich. You'd think a guy named Ron wouldn't object to processed foods. The caramel frappe I had was amazing. I got it with whole milk and whipped cream. I didn't bother to check and see if they charge you extra for whipped cream, which is the kind of crap some of these places have been known to pull. I got the 16 oz instead of the 20 oz, but it was probably still enough to take a day off the end of my life (when I don't need it as much anyway fwiw). Sometimes, when a food item tastes good enough, you can just tell it's not good for you, and that was the case with this drink. It was decidedly rich. I'm never in this part of town, and if I were, it would be at night, natch, but if things ever get to the point where they're clearly trending in that direction, I might start stopping by on the reg and getting that caramel frappe just to speed along the process of my demise.

The space itself is so cute, it's very intentional and aesthetic. The pink stripes, ceiling clouds, plant paintings on the wall make it so unique. They have a pretty extensive menu, and I ordered a Garden Muse salad and it was delicious. I'm really simple and when it comes to salads, as long as the ingredients are fresh I'm happy. This hit the nail on the head. I added chicken and that made it super filling. The dressing wasn't sweet (which I prefer) and it's safe to say this is one of my new favorite salads :) I also ordered one of the latte specials which was a birthday cake latte. They were accommodating with my order of half sweet, and it was so good! I can't wait to come back for brunch! I'm already looking forward to it.

If there was an order counter for the outside and a host at the front, maybe a lot of issues with walk-ins could be eliminated. Because we were not familiar with this restaurant and literally came here on a whim, we had to order take out. It didn't take too long for our order to come out, maybe 20 minutes. The service here is okay, and I don't know if the nature of it being busy takes away from the service or the team that day was just over it! Our food was pretty good, but if you get the chance to eat there, it would be better straight from the kitchen! The cinnamon roll and fried egg sandwich were probably the best items. I think their latte was pretty good which had a lovely cold foam and strawberry! Definitely, if you have time to spare and want a very specific experience, try this space! Just be ready to wait a while!
