I always get the same waitress due to the consistent change over of staff. The food is a hit or miss as well. Long lines and dirty tables is what we've experienced. We've came here several times and only a handful was actually enjoyable. I'd recommend getting on the online waitlist. It'll help your wait time to be less that an hour. read more

The food is 5 stars but the service and experience was more like a 3-4. We waited an hour and a half to be seated- it was a busy Sunday so I get it but dang! The server was this older woman who was a bit short with me. When I asked for my potatoes extra crispy she said "it's busy so you'll get what you get, we'll try our best." Which I wasn't a huge fan of that response. The potatoes I received were undercooked but seasoned well. The omelette and juice were fantastic though! I'm sure it was just the busyness but that's why they're getting the review that I've provided. Hopefully next time will be better because I know they can provide better service than that. read more

Great food, reasonable prices and great service! My friend and I went on Sunday during brunch hours and the place was filled with hungry customers. We waited about 20 minutes and were very satisfied with the overall experience we had there. I ordered the traditional breakfast, which came with delicious eggs, two pieces of toast, chicken sausage patties (other meats are offered to choose from) and house potatoes. I have been to several First Watch in Austin, TX and was surprised to find one while visiting my daughter. We had the watermelon drink and it was perfect on a hot day! Very slow service. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. Ordered about 5 minutes later. Took over 30 minutes for the food to come. Unfortunately my pancake was cold and i was unable to eat it. Sat for another 15 minutes the waitress never came to check on us. We finally asked a bus boy to get a manager he goes into the kitchen and miraculously the waitress appears. I would have been happy with a replacement but we had an appointment to get to and after waiting so long for the food and the waitress we just asked for a refund. First visit very disappointed. Would have gotten seated earlier but the host didn't enter us into the system even though I received a text saying they would text when our table was ready. Good thing I checked on that. Food looks good. Sara is our server and apologized for how long the wait has been for food. Obviously not run well! After 30 min of waiting for food, they just offer a complimentary something. We know of several people who haven't tried First Watch because it's "health food". While they do offer healthy options, you can still get the regular breakfast items as well. I get the Traditional Breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. The OJ is the best in Columbus. My husband ordered the more Interesting meals with pancakes, omelets and he loves the Morning Meditation drink. The bread is not for everyone who was raised on white Wonder bread but we love it so much, we buy a loaf to take home. It is a wheat bread textured with oatmeal and sunflower seeds and such. Wonderful texture and flavor. The wait service is also fabulous. Check on their app though to get on the waitlist for weekends. The only downside is the parking lot is shared with other small shops and a church, so it can be difficult to find a place to Park. read more

This was my first time at brunch at First Watch. We made reservations online, but once you get to the restaurant please go into the restaurant and check in, that is when you will be placed in the queue. The restaurant is a nice size and doable for a large party. Be advised no Mimosa available so I was pretty dissatisfied with that. I ordered the works with the million dollar bacon. Let me tell you those eggs were super fluffy and good, but it didn't have much in my omelette. So it lacks items in the Omelette. I am also a bacon lover so the bacon was super good as well but kinda burnt. As you see in the picture. The potatoes were the best item on my plate. Next time I will tell them I don't want it so crispy. I will definitely be back to give it another try with a different order. read more

The food is always really great here. I got the quinoa bowl with chicken and a multigrain pancake. Loved them both. I also tried the seasonal juice which was amazing and didn't really taste like cinnamon. I'm giving 4 stars because when we walked in no one greeted us. Then a lady came grabbed menus and told us to follow her, without even greeting us. Seems like she was having a bad day which was very noticeable. The staff wore mask which I was grateful for. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when the cashier pulled down her mask to speak to us and physically grabbed my phone to scan my coupon.
