Food Not great, just Ok. They promote themselves as a healthy food place but green juices don't taste fresh made by raw veggies and fruit. The juices are pretty sweetened which defeats the purpose of getting a healthy green juice. Service ruins the experience, few of the waitresses are pretty un-attentive. Our waitress totally disappeared and couldn't get anyone's attention, as no one looks at you to make eye contact to check if you need anything! I would think important part of service should be just that, checking on the guests regardless if they are at your table or not. We waited 20-25 minutes to pay our bill until I walked to a waitress to ask to pay and we were directed to go at front to pay. No one and no sign communicates that, so you're pretty much on your own to figure our how to Pay them. I should've done myself a favor and just walk out since no one seemed to care much. You could plop this place down anywhere in America and it would do great! Interesting, healthy options, creative breakfast fare, competent and knowledgeable wait staff. Crisp modern lines in the restaurant, but the star here is the food. Nicely portioned, and the owners know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Every thing is excellent, served quickly, hot and coffee by the pot. No skimping here. Your toast is oversized, full of grains and available for sale. Expensive but a constant reminder that you did yourself and your loved ones a favor by going here. read more

Waited a half hour in a place full of empty tables waiting to be bussed. Only one girl bussing, and she had headphones in and was moving at a glacial pace. Even when the tables had been bussed, it took staff far too long to get someone seated there. However, waitress was very friendly once we were seated. Being from Atlanta, we were familiar with First Watch. We knew there would be a wait. But it's worth waiting for usually, so we were prepared. The hostess stand was unmanned, as was the cash register, so lines were backing up. We were not greeted cheerfully until we were seated. We had a wait person who greeted us as if we were her first customer of the day. She was full of energy and very helpful with our questions about menu items. She was efficient and checked on us often, but didn't "bother" us. Her name was Kristin. She was so good on Sunday, that we came back on Tuesday. We asked for her section and were told by the "not too friendly" host person that she had been "cut". I thought, "Why are they getting rid of their best asset?" Then the person explained that she was the first to arrive that morning, so she was the first one "cut". (This is not an attractive term.) We stayed, but were disappointed. So pleased to find excellent fresh "Clean & Green" choices rather than the usual Sysco processed food. Pleasant and tidy atmosphere. Cheery, Brisk Service with smart servers who knew the menu. Great food combinations and flavors. Loved that they left a bottle of water on the table. This will be a frequent destination for us from now on. read more

My new favorite breakfast place, the food is outstanding! They are still fairly new and working out some kinks so be patient with them! Avocado toast is my daily go to, and the power wrap is outstanding if you want something more substantial. read more

I love the food here! The reason I am writing this review and my 2-star instead of 5-star review is because of how the front of the house is set up. Two of us came to eat the other day, it was no where near busy, but we don't mind waiting regardless. What I did not like is the fact that the servers are responsible for greeting/seating customers, we stood at the host stand for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to notice us. I did not appreciate the fact that servers were walking around bussing tables, a few of them made eye contact with us awkwardly standing there and instead of coming over to seating us they just continued collecting dishes. When someone did finally come to seat us they acted like we were an inconvenience, handed us menus and told us to seat ourselves and someone would be with us. Well apparently they forgot that we were seated because we waited 20 minutes before anyone even brought us a water, as we were waiting we over heard the table next to us talking about how one of them found wax in their food and the other said they had been waiting for almost an hour for their food and then the staff lost their check. We finally placed an order but at this point the experience was ruined. I think the food and the concept is great, but if your service can't match your product then customers will not want to come back . read more
