My favorite brunch spot ever! I love the aesthetic of the place. I'm not a huge fan of the iced coffee but my friends will drink 2-3 of them in one sitting. The purple haze is refreshing, the lavender is not overpowering. Cannot go wrong with the traditional which has the best pork sausage. The farm stand tacos have me daydreaming of them! Same with the waffles and the pumpkin pancake. The portions are great for what you pay. Staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. Eggs cooked perfectly and lightly salted, chicken sausage was good. We got a side of bacon and the "million dollar" bacon. Again, bacon was good but the spicy sweet flavor they rave about was very minimal. I would say for those who like the light / hint of flavor this is for you. I love First Watch so much and was happy to have the chance to take a few of my kids with me to this location this week. We love the breakfast they offer and I try and go to all the new locations when i can. I tend to stay away from the Stadium on the weekends, but mid week it's not too bad traffic wise during the day. Parking was easy and we lucked out with being seated right away when we walked in. The location is clean, nice lighting with the large windows and great size booths. There is a bar to sit at if alone or don't want to wait for a table. Our server June greeted us soon after seating, brought us some water, take our drink order and gave us a few moments to look over the menu. I love the eggs Benedict options, but decided to have the elevated egg sandwich which I also enjoy. My kids had the traditional breakfast and the farmhouse hash. Everything came out quick, hot and tasty as always. Service the entire meal was amazing and we didn't have to ask for a thing. Check out was just as great and we left full and happy. We are staying near State Farm Stadium for spring training and stopped by First Watch for breakfast. We enjoyed the free refill fresh coffee, the Trifecta (eggs, bacon with your choice of pancake - I got the banana almond granola one - delicious!), the Power bowl and the kids French toast with bacon (and an added egg). Everything tasted good! My only bit of feedback was that the Kale tonic juice which I was really excited about was way too sweet and it's not fresh pressed, despite taking awhile to come out. Our waitress was willing to remove it from the bill which was kind of her but I was hoping for more heavy kale flavor and not so much apple; it was like green apple juice. First timers here! This place was beyond our expectations and our only wish was we had one closer to home (Temecula,CA) Every dish we got was absolutely delicious! The juices were also phenomenal! Fair warning though....this place is BUSY so just a tip, join the waiting list online from their website which is what we did and was seated within 10 mins of getting there at our allotted time. The staff was all extremely kind and on their game despite the amount of people there! Our server, Guadalupe, was very attentive and courteous. First visit, and likely last... Quickly seated and she was ready to take our order. Picked up the menu, ordered drinks and when Esther returned I asked what she recommended for gluten free. She pointed to two quinoa bowls and also told me the potatoes are gluten free as well. Wanting a more traditional breakfast I went with The Works Omelet. (Generally an Omelet should be safe from gluten and she made no remarks otherwise) Breakfast was brought and I realized I wanted to try the millionaire bacon and ordered that a well. The bacon came right out quickly, room temp and it's honestly the thin cheap type bacon with a drizzle of maple syrup and a dusting of a "little heat" sprinkle. It was the saddest portrayal of millionaires bacon I've ever seen or tasted. Shortly after that our bill was brought and would we like a refill. I had barely finished 1/2 my glass, a piece of bacon and few bites of omelet. We caught the next waitress and asked for a to go container and tea to go so we could clear the booth. I brought the website up while writing the review and see the omelet had gluten?!?! I'm hoping not after substitution if gluten free toast? Spent a long weekend in Arizona and loved this place so much we had breakfast here 2 days in a row. These were photo's from our first morning of eating here, my daughter loved the breakfast sandwich and I loved my eggs benedict and purple Haze drink. The next morning I ordered another fun drink from the menu. The pineapple express but they were out of the sugar rim mint and the drink just fell short gin general tasted a bit like watered down orange juice. My daughter had a waffle and said it was probably the best waffle she had ever had and I had the Frittata Rustica, it was fair but not as good as the benedict so I did not even bother taking a photo. I still love this place but if I had known day 2 was not going to be as nummy as day one maybe would have tried somewhere else, will definitely go back though. read more
