This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an order to pick up and I waited over an hour from the time it said it would be ready. They told me that they were packing my order then that they were making it but they did not even have my order. Then they blamed their terrible service on DoorDash and said that someone probably took it. They remade my order but did not even offer a refund. I will never come here again. read more

Came Here on 05/02. I have been here before and had an excellent time. Great food and service, but on this day it was not the case. Waited about 15 min to be seated. Then, was seated and ordered. Waited about 40 min for our food and still the order was not complete. My significant other ordered the trifecta with bacon, eggs, and a waffle. When she got her order, there were no eggs to be found. She waited another 15 min for her eggs to arrive and the portion was ridiculously small. I ordered 2 plain multi grain pancakes. When they finally arrived, they were burnt. I then cut them and found what looked to be grass in the pancakes. I was told it was lettuce, but it look like they went outside and took some grass and mixed in the batter! I would really reconsider before eating here. read more

Place was under staffed so for that reason it took way to long to be seated. Was told 35 minute wait time and ended up sitting in my car for a hour and half. Once i was seated our waiter didn't show much attention to us and food took way to long for something as simple as a omelette and a egg sandwhich. Omelette came out 25 minutes before the sandwhich did. My friend who was receiving the sandwhixh was very discouraged about this and for that reason he ended up losing his appetite by the time his food came. This place was weak. read more

It was my first time at First watch, I was a little hesitant on the menu but I was reassured when my server Faith gave me her favorite recommendations. I order the French toast and she proceeded to tell me that they are known for the million dollar bacon which was amazing! We have been here 3-4 times, primarily because my wife is a big Eggs Benedict fan and she likes the several options that are usually available. We came in late AM so no worries about being seated, and orders were taken promptly. It seemed like a really long wait for our food (I had just ordered eggs,waffle and bacon) and when it arrived the eggs(scrambled, so sorta spread out on the plate) were barely lukewarm. It seems to me that putting in a PLATE WARMER for dishes best served hot would be a valuable addition. There have been a lot of other complaints about cold food, and maybe warm plates will help if they can't find a way to get orders to the table right off the griddle. Take some lessons from almost every Mexican restaurant regarding hot serving dishes. read more

The food is good but if you order Online don't waste your time!!! You will wait an hour for your food and the employees will have an attitude when you're asking about your order. I waited patiently for my pick up order. I got 2 orders of cheese potatoes and had to wait and hour for it to be wrong! Then for it to be remade I had to wait another 25-30 minutes. I've been here a few times and every time has been disappointing. Food is never brought out together, something on the plate is always cold or over cooked, coffee is burnt, etc. Service is normally mediocre and every time the manager always comes and "apologizes" but a good apology would be to actually fix the issues that go on in the kitchen. I will not be returning, but if you want cold burnt food then this is the place for you. read more

The good news is that my chicken salad sandwich and broccoli soup was delicious. However, the sausage biscuit was not the best. Husband ate the biscuit--reluctantly--did not care for the gravy at all. May be because we are used to country gravy but the spices were not appealing. Also, he only wanted the side of the biscuits and gravy and received the entrée with eggs and potatoes. Seemed server was anxious to take the full order and did not clarify if it was a side dish or entrée. Bit pricey for our budget. First time visiting the chain, it was busy as expected on Saturday morning. We got seated in under the suggested wait time and were promptly greeted. After finding out it was our first visit the Server gave a good spiel about the menu. Our order came out surprisingly fast considering how busy it was. Food was good (minus the eggs being over cooked) but the service needs work. Dirty dishes were set on our table (from another table..) our condiments were taken from us while we were eating and given to someone else, and our check was delivered before we were done ordering. This breakfast spot has great potential! but it also lacks in some areas. My first time: Me and my boyfriend grabbed food togo and the food looked good but the food was cold. second time: Went to dine in with a few ladies, and the wait times for the food was a little long. I've worked in food service before and I didn't mind the little wait. However, our waitress was a little flustered and mistakes can happen sometimes but this was not okay. Our waitress brought us two french toast, something like that, and one of my friend touched it and we told the waitress that we ordered waffles. so she took it back and the table next to us got the same french toast plates but was brought out by another server. We felt bad and told the table that we just had those two plates and of course you would want someone to tell you when we're still in a pandemic. They didn't mind and continued to eat. Then when our food was brought out it was cold and we were still missing items but at that point we just wanted to eat and leave. Hopefully they can fix the cold food issue because this place has great potential. read more

First Watch is a great breakfast place with a variety of classic dishes and some from those wanting something unique. You will have a wait pretty much any time you go but it is worth it. Came in super excited to try a new place out. Arrived at 10am waited for about 30 mins then got seated, which wasn't that bad of a wait. Unfortunately I came in to eat breakfast and ended up eating lunch because my food arrived at 12:30 maybe even later than that. Left at 1:20pm Food was very delicious tho but I ended up getting hangry. While visiting Greenville for Thanksgiving, we love to try different places. We have all had the McD's breakfast sandwich, BK, small coffee shops, but the looks of this pllace and the eclectic menu piqued our interest and also that it is a new location.We arrived around 8:30AM and were promptly sated. We had a young one, and a high chair was wiped down (yes, WIPED down!)before our grandchild was seated in it. Next, a waitress AND a trainee appeared and took our order for beverages. They arrived within 6 minute! We were asked for our order, if we were ready, and we gave it. I got the Steak Hash with poached eggs (slices of tender steak, potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms) and an order of "million dollar bacon"(to DIE for!) Colleen the pancake with cinnamon with 2 poached eggs, and Vallerie the side of sausage and the an entree that escapes me. Food arrived within 12 minutes, steaming hot, and presentation perfect! We asked for a side plate to serve our grandson and it was happily brought over. We were NEVER rushed, as we lingered a bit after the meal. Our check was brought and we paid up front and left. Yes, I left a GENEROUS tip on the table for BOTH, the excellent service and wonderful, wholesome food. Would we go back, YES, in a heartbeat! We will certainly remember this location when we visit our daughter and her family. read more

Worst service I have received during the middle of Covid. I ordered a curbside order and they gave my order to someone else 15 minutes later after I arrived I saw them go through it in their car despite it not having their name on the bag. They received the order back from them and tried to give me that same order. On top of all that I supposedly have to wait for their general manager to process me refund. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I do not trust them to follow safety protocols. read more
