Excellent food and service. I always love dining here. The staff is always friendly and the food is always quality.

So my hubby and I braved the covid-19 worries and went out for brunch to the new spot in town. We were seated right away. We ordered drinks and food. The drinks were a watermelon wake up and woah did it wake me up. And then the chocolate milk was ok needed more chocolate. The food was hot and fresh and the potatoes my husband got were actually cooked right not raw with a little roasting. The only thing that was so-so was the eggs. Now I did order mine poached I understand that there's gonna be some water with it when served but not as much as what came with the eggs so it made them a bit soggy. All in all it was a nice break away from the house and some time with the spouse. read more

Overall decent experience. Biscuits and turkey sausage were very good. The one thing that bothered me was having to pay $1.69 extra for cheese on top of my scrambled eggs, I wish my server who suggested it had told me of this high cost. read more

My husband and I loved going here until recently when we were seated outside and out of no where the table next to us's umbrella, flew out of its table and across ours. It almost hit me in the face and knocked all of our food and cups off the table. Thankfully no one was hurt but the staff didn't say anything other than come clean the mess. They need to secure those umbrellas better or next time they may have a lawsuit on their hands. Didn't even comp our meal after that either. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Normally love this place and don't have much to complain about. Today, however, was an exception. Our server was very friendly and attentive for the first half of the visit, but then he seemed to disappear once we told him about a problem with the order. The poached egg came out like a medium boiled egg, so we were told another would come out to replace it- awesome! We also noted the potatoes were undercooked but didn't say anything. When another server brought out the replacement eggs, they were so runny it was like liquid salmonella in a cup. No one else came to our table to check on us, the replacement order, or see how we were doing or clear the plates for abt 25-30 min when all we were asked was how we wanted the checks split. Then the cashier was short and dismissive to top it all off. Pretty disappointed with this visit, as it was our friend's first time and likely the last. It would be a 5 if the service wasn't horrible. As usual we sat outside and were greeted by Eileen our waitress. She took our order and that was the last time we saw her. I had to ask the other waitress working outside, who also brought us our food, for drink refills. No one checked on us the entire time we were there. The overall aesthetic of the interior is beautiful. It's a very cute rustic feel from the decor to dish wear. The staff were friendly. I appreciated the online waitlist option, which I highly recommend using. I ordered the French toast which was delicious but not what I expected when reading the menu. My friend ordered the breakfast tacos which were great. We ordered a side of the maple bacon which was also delicious. The prices were average for what you would pay at other breakfast and brunch places. I would like to see a meal that offers French toast with a protein source (meat or eggs). read more

The food LOOKED amazing... however it's was kinda cheeks. I got the Floridian French toast and it was pretty decent but just felt it had way to much going on. My girlfriend got the Florentine Benedict with cheesy grits and the cheesy grits had little to no flavor and the Bene had to be soothing because the bread was colder than the under taker at WrestleMania. Very disappointing experience today. We came here at 10:38am and asked how long the wait would be, we were told 10-15 minutes maximum. We put our name on the list, waited 35 minutes. The people ahead of us walked in and asked how much longer it would be and they came back out and said they were next meaning we would have waited at least another 15 minutes- at least. If there's a long wait just tell us that, don't tell us 15 minutes and then make us wait almost 45 minutes. Don't lie to your customers to get more business because that isn't how it works. I really love the atmosphere of this place. Super chill and staff is nice. I had breakfast here this week and really enjoyed it. Their home fries are the best I've ever had honestly. Most places serve undercooked cut up pieces of potatoes, but this place really delivers with their breakfast. Food is great HOWEVER every time I go there I end up waiting 1hr plus! I've used the app to wait in line ,tried to take advantage of the first come first serve option for outside seating and even came super early.....the result is still the SAME. Plan to wait at LEAST 45 minutes. I am looking at vacant tables inside and out and are still being told I can not sit there because I have to put my name on a list. When I asked about the vacant tables they couldn't give me an answer (and no they aren't vacant due to Covid regulations). One time my "wait In line reservation" was somehow over looked causing us to wait even longer. I used to eat here a lot and would've given them 5 stars if they'd change a small thing or two. First, there's a couple of times a week that I would normally eat there. Now, I don't have the time, so I tried to order through a couple of the food delivery apps. The problem is that First Watch has become so lazy that you can't change ANYTHING on your order, and the food is so yuppified and has such different things, that some changes are needed. Why can't I change the bread from a big, fat bun, to toast? Why can't I get the egg over hard? Why can't I get the bacon crispy? I can't eat lettuce, so why am I forced to leave it on there? I'll tell you exactly why; Laziness. Here's the complete order: Elevated Egg Sandwich, crispy bacon, toast instead of huge bun and no lettuce. WOW! I love First Watch, there is one in my home town. I was on a mini vacay and excitedly stopped at this location for breakfast. My son and I stood at the door and waited for nearly 8 minutes. There wasn't a server at the door. They had a lady checking out customers while managing answering the phone. Another lady comes up and starts helping her while we are still standing at the hostess desk waiting to be acknowledged. Now it's time to check out. I approach the check out desk and this lady leaves the desk to now seat 2 customers still leaving my son and I waiting. She could have done this action when I first arrived. Not sure if this was racially motivated, poor customer service, or mismanagement of the store since they didn't have someone at the hostess desk; especially since they were super busy. The location near my home has both desks covered on weekdays and weekends. read more

The food here is really good! I prefer this place for breakfast/brunch over places like IHOP and Denny's. Service is great, food and drinks come out at decent times. Flavors are nice and balanced. Went here for breakfast. It was pretty good. But I would say most was average. I would have liked it better if the spinach would have been cooked some before placing on my Eggs Benedict. I did like the avocado toast. But the downfall was it tasted a little to lemony. My husband got the oatmeal with fresh fruit. And he thought it tasted fresh.
