Pretty darn good job! From the outside, it just doesn't look like a breakfast joint. I honestly drive by and think it's some business offering financial services or perhaps optometry services or something. But dang... they can put together a nice breakfast. It's been a few days since I ate here and what I remember vividly was really enjoying the interior design which I find quite relaxing, and the other would be the turkey gravy! Never have I tasted a gravy so finely infused with the taste of turkey. It was smothered all over my biscuit and I loved it so much. In fact, I don't quite recall what else I ordered but the taste of that gravy and the joy I had with having it in front of me is so vivid. I would come back just for the biscuits and gravy. It is a bit pricey, but I'm finding all these breakfast places are. I'll eat cereal and water for a week so I can indulge in a nice restaurant breakfast once a week perhaps. read more

This was my first time here i wasnt in any rush to try. But it was just ok. I got the chorizo omelet but was maybe a spoon full of meat all veggies which was wrong on all levels. They kindly seated me even though I came in five minutes before closing (I didn't mean to but only saw the hours posted in the door as I arrived). My server was super nice and my food came out promptly. I got the BLTE and while the egg made the sandwich more breakfast-y than I had anticipated, it was very good. I like that sandwiches are served with salad greens too. The bread was thick with whole grains and seeds and I thought that would fill me up too much, but it was actually fairly fluffy and light. Hands down, this is the nicest First Watch I have yet visited. The store is about a year old, but still looks brand new. Seating was plentiful and comfortable, and the contemporary look and softly playing music were pleasing to the senses. Also, the restroom was remarkably clean and service was good. I am in the midst of Whole30 right now, so eating out is a challenge. I went with the Market Hash with poached eggs, without the cheese and bread, and added on a large bowl of fresh fruit. Of course I missed the cheese (sigh), but it was still good. Only one of my three eggs (asked for an extra one) was properly poached (runny yolk); the yolks on the other ones were hard. The fruit was perfect. Paul ordered one of the specials: the crab and asparagus omelette. Afterward he found himself wishing he had chosen something else because, "I'm not used to eating crab for breakfast." That sounds like a personal issue to me. First visit and had been wanting to try for some time. Parking lot was really full but plenty of seats inside which was great because we were hungry. Instantly loved the atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant. Relaxing and upbeat, perfect for the morning. Very friendly and fast service. Greeted with a smiling face and server, Brandi was extremely friendly and checked back often. We were quickly seated but there are not many booth seats. We sat at a table but my company prefers a booth seat. Not a big deal to me but it is to some people. My 10yo budding food critic gave me this analysis of her meal, she didn't like the texture and taste of the kids OJ. I'm assuming the texture refers to the pulp. Not sure about the taste she said it was sour to her but I didn't notice. She ate all of her chocolate chip pancake but said it was not as "fluffy" as some of the other breakfast competitors we have tried. My breakfast tacos were fresh and delicious, they were the perfect amount for a not so heavy breakfast and priced at $9.79. Kids meal was $5.79 which included 2 bacon strips 1 pancake and small OJ. We paid $29 for 2 adult meals, 1 coffee and 1 kids meal with OJ. The prices are in line for other comparable table service breakfast concepts. Came in for the tractor convention a few weeks ago and stopped here to eat on the way out of town after taking a recommendation from a friend. Hands down great service, food, and atmosphere! We got there just before the rush hit with our 3 kiddos and everything was spectacular. I was surprised when we arrived at 11 am on a Saturday and didn't have to wait for a table. I really enjoyed this location! The staff is friendly and the restaurant feels really clean. I ordered the power wrap and my boyfriend ordered the skillet hash. Both were really, really good. I've seen some complaints on here about the price point at First Watch, but most everything on the menu is less than $10. Not only that, but the food is noticeably fresh and well prepared. After 2 delicious, fulfilling meals and a pot of coffee, our bill was $25. Not bad in my opinion. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we did have to wait a while for our food. I'm assuming this review is for the DuPont location. My reminder to review doesn't tell me which location and I've been to four different ones. I had a wonderful variation of eggs Benedict (That thick bacon was more like pork belly and delicious!) and fresh fruit as well as their delicious toast. I always point out their toast because I typically can't stand whole grain bread and I love this one. I'm not sure what they do, some sort of voodoo perhaps. Nothing else makes sense. First Watch is my favorite brunch chain. There is great food and quick service. My favorite dishes are the quinoa bowls. My least favorite dish is the side of fruit. My fruit is not always fresh. It's mixed between fresh and oh this is going bad. I also like First Watch because there is an app in which you can wait in line, so you don't have to spend forever waiting at the restaurant. This place impressed me! It is only open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We went on a Friday during the day and the place was hoppin. I didn't expect to see so many people out, but even though the lobby was full when arrived it took less than five mins to be seated. I was impressed by the menu and that they juiced their own drinks on the premises. I ordered honey dew cucumber and my friend ordered carrot ginger. They both were colorful and amazing. The menu is so huge it took a second to take it all in, but I'm sure anyone can find multiple things they would love on this menu. Just take a look at all their pictures. This is a place I hope to return to very soon, but you have to keep in mind that a restaurant this good is going to get huge fast and they close at two thirty pm. First watch is a chain restaurant. And I normally do not frequent chains. But the menu here is pretty extensive and a friends mom wanted to go. When I walked I the door, I was created and told it would be a 10 minute wait. I had come right before noon for lunch. I ended up waiting about 5 minutes. They had plenty of room to wait in and had a bunch of news papers to read while we waited. I was glad I came around noon because right as noon hit, the waiting area was packed with people. Mary Ellen was our server. She was very attentive and offered us drinks moments after we sat down. She told us that if we ordered the Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, 10% of the proceeds go to charity. We ordered water and she promoted brought a carafe to the table, despite having many tables. The menu was filled with so many vegetables and wonderful vegetarian options, one might even say some of the options are healthy. I went with the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl but without sausage as I am vegetarian. My friend went with Elevated Egg Sandwich. We only waited around 15 minutes before our food came to us. And it was delicious. My quinoa was so savory and perfect. My friend's sandwich looked delicious. The breakfast potatoes it came with were nothing to write home about but she loved her sandwich. They have Free Wifi that was easy to connect to after agreeing to the terms and conditions. Overall wonderful experience, very friendly staff and delicious food. First Watch was so good that it surprised me. I don't mean that it was good for a chain restaurant, I mean that it was good for any restaurant. My mom and I stopped by for some breakfast at about 10:30 on a Tuesday and we were seated right away. The menu is a huge selection of breakfast and lunch items that are served all day. I am not much on sweet breakfast items so as soon as I saw the savory Chickichanga on the menu I knew it was for me. It's a yummy chimichanga filled with eggs, chicken, chorizo, chilies, and avocado. The avocado was super fresh and the Vera Cruz sauce on top of the changa was to die for! I can't get over how good it was. It was easily as good as Wild Eggs without the ever present wait. I asked the waitress to give me some that weren't as salty as the first ones, so she gave me another order at full price, and they were just as bad. I threw them out when we got home. The menu is very nice, offering lots of healthy options ranging from lighter to a bit heavier fare but nothing too hearty or heavy, which I enjoyed. The hollandaise sauce was a bit too lemony for my s/o's liking but the Florentine Eggs Benedict was enjoyed overall. The Lemon Risotto pancakes are nice and fluffy and very big! Went in around 10:00am, this morning, and was greeted by host. Was seated at the patio, sine the sun was out and a nice morning, so I thought. I was provided a menu and host left. After over 10 minutes passed a waiter or waitress did not greet me or see if I wanted to make an order, I did not exist. There was another customer at another table on the patio where the waiter provided her the bill for her meal. So I called First Watch and the host apologized and brought coffee and I told her I was ready to order. If I didn't call who knows how much longer I would have needed to wait. I had to pay full price for my meal, so I felt didn't need to provide a tip for poor service. read more
