We came for Sunday brunch and our experience was around as expected. We checked in on the app "No Wait" (our first experience using it) and it told us to arrive 10 minutes after we checked in. Since we weren't expecting such a quick arrival, we arrived a little bit after. However, as soon as we arrived we were seated, which was incredible! The hostess did seem a little overwhelmed/less than pleased to working, but it was a busy Sunday. I ordered the Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash and my boyfriend had the Everything Smoked Salmon Benedict. Both were delicious. My hash had a little spice to it, but was great. My boyfriend's only 'complaint' was that there wasn't more bread or toast for him to be able to get all the yolk - his eggs were very runny! I also had an iced coffee, which we both thought was great, smooth and creamy even without flavor. Our service was good, we had a guy initially who took our order and was helping out - he was friendly and checked in a few times. We found out he was helping our actual waitress. She had been outside because she had a large group on the patio. After that calmed down she checked in a few times just to make sure everything was good. read more

I hate that I'm giving two stars but seriously the food is what makes the visit worth it. Let's start with the pros: 1. The food is good. Sometimes it's not as warm as it should be due to service but it's consistently delicious. 2. The restaurant is always clean. Never a sticky table or a dirty seat. 3. You aren't crammed next to other guests. There's actually room to fit between tables. And that's about it... Now for what everyone wants to know, The Cons: 1. The waiting area is stupidly small. Like...guys, you renovated this space. You're always busy. Why the hell did you make your waiting room only large enough to fit like 10 people? Your bathrooms are larger than your waiting room. And sure, you didn't build this building but you didn't have to choose this particular one either if it wasn't going to meet all the needs of your guests and their experience. 2. The servers are inconsistent. They are always nice but doing their job is inconsistent. There's one waitress that works the northeast-ish corner that must be related to someone who owns this franchise because she has never been able to get her sh*t together. And we always have to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes before anyone on the staff comes over to our table. And the last 4 times we've been here we have had to ask for our water to be brought. Today I waited 12 minutes before I finally just flagged someone down for our water. Whatever table load methodology you've got going on isn't working. Have set, assigned sections for your people so we know who gets the tip, who gets the complaint, who is actually responsible for our experience. 3. Sometimes the food comes out cold or takes forever to get made in the first place. And who knows, perhaps in the Wild West of this staff set up, our food just keeps getting grabbed by other waiters and waitresses? Or it just sits there until whomever decided to pick up our table gets around to bringing it to us. 4. Nothing is fast. Everything takes a long time. The wait is long to sit down. The wait is long to get a server. The wait is long to get beverages. The wait is long to get food. The wait is long to check out. Makes me wonder if the long wait times is because this place is always busy or if because there are some serious efficiency issues needing to be worked out with the operations model. I know specific times for how long we've waited because it's a game with the timer on my phone to see just how long things will take. The avocado toast is really the only reason we keep coming back at this point. No more free meals to motivate us to come back. Comp cards can only resolve issues that are infrequent or out of the ordinary. Sadly, the issues are persistent and we will move on to Snooze (when it opens). read more

This was my first time at a First Watch location. I loved the atmosphere of the farmhouse look to the restaurant. Upon arriving, we were seated promptly as the place was nearly empty (this was a Sunday morning at 8 when most folks are in church). We were quickly helped by a waitress who asked if our party wanted coffee. We settled down and read through our menus, and we were attended to promptly. Our food arrived in a good amount of time. I ordered the farmhouse hash and it was delicious! I also loved how it came with a small fruit cup, so I felt great I got a dose of a fruit serving with my breakfast. Overall, I recommend this place to others especially if you're not from here and visiting. I sure wish we had a location in Oklahoma! read more

I went to the old location about a month ago and my experience this time was way better than the last. My boyfriend ordered the farmhouse skillet and I ordered the BLT eggs Benedict. We were both very pleased. I adored the bread the eggs Benedict came on top of. My boyfriend's eggs came over easy like he had requested. The new location is a huge upgrade from the last location. I was in the mood for a nice lunch so a breakfast place wouldn't have been my first choice but someone else did the choosing. I was surprised to see a number of nice lunch selections on the menu though, and we enjoyed a good meal. We were a group of eight and arrived right at noon, so I was pleased that we were able to be seated right away. Our server did an excellent job taking orders and getting plates delivered promptly. That awkward moment when you force your patrons to wear a mask that doesn't protect anyone from anything yet have zero problems with dirty utensils. A human actually took that out of the dishwasher, saw it and still wrapped it up to be used by other people. Also saw staff wearing gloves, a few weeks ago, touching everyone's plates, going table to table cross contaminating, and I guarantee they wear those gloves the entire shift without washing their hands. First Watch on a Sunday afternoon may sound like it would be a stressful situation, but now with the app and the ability to get in line before you even leave your house, it is amazing. We were able to pull up and see there were two tables in front of us so we hung out a few minutes and got right in and sat down. I ordered the million dollar bacon, lemon ricotta pancakes, and the green kale tonic. Million dollar bacon is like candied bacon that is cooked more done than their plain bacon. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes...I would have NEVER ordered this without knowing how good these are (thank you Yelp events). The creaminess of the ricotta in the pancakes combined with the lemon and strawberries...oh my goodness...I'm craving this again as I type. You just have to try it. The Kale tonic is another one that I would have never ordered without trying it before. This is a green drink that has kale (you can't taste it), fuji apple, cucumber, and lemon. It is light and refreshing and will have you wanting more it is so good. I love First Watch and now that you don't have to wait in line, we will be going much more often! read more

I debated between three and four stars for this First Watch location. Usually I consider First Watch to be pretty average breakfast fare, the kind of place you go with your parents because you know it's affordable and will have something for everyone on the menu. The last time I went, however, the food really had been improved and I had a good meal. Can it be compared to a smaller more local brunch spot? No, but for the category it's in the food was good, the service nice, and I loved that I could join the waitlist from yelp. I'm sure it won't be my last visit to this location. read more

First Watch is my favorite breakfast/brunch spot. I met my niece and her kids for breakfast. This was the first time I dined in and was disappointed. The food was okay. I always order the trifecta (waffle, eggs scrambled soft, and bacon). The waffle wasn't hot or warm and it was overcooked. The eggs were not scrambled soft. I didn't make a big deal out of it because it took forever for us to get our food. Honestly, I believe they forgot about the order and it was sitting. It was pretty busy, as usual, and the waitress forgot to bring a few things to the table (i.e., syrup). I have been plenty of times that I know they bring the warm syrup out as soon as they put in the order. I had to wait several minutes AFTER I received my food to get the syrup. This does not deter me from going back. This was just one of those days. I love First Watch. read more

Hands down best First Watch service we ever had, and we eat here often. Mostly in Jenks. Son ordered the 1/2 waffle and fruit with bacon! He ate it all and ordered another half! They gave him a $5 off clean plate club coupon which he was so proud of! I ordered 1/2 sandwich with salad and husband order egg cheese omelet. Both outstanding!! Waitress was top notch! We went to First Watch on Mother's Day, and even though it was super busy, the bacon alone was worth the wait. My son said it was the best bacon he had ever eaten. This is a great location for brunch! I went recently withal small group after a meeting. We went on Saturday morning around 845. The app is great that you can get in line, but it also told us at had time there was no wait. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and did not get overwhelmed with our orders. The food was great! Basically a PSA for the First Watch app: So while on the hunt for brunch we decided on First Watch because of the high quality breakfast noms. Yelp informed us that the wait was "0 mins" but we know Fake News when we see it lol. When we got there we were informed the wait would be ~25 mins and they got us checked in through Yelp which was super cool. Once we got seated and ordered our food, it took about 30 mins for our food to be brought out to us. Thirty minutes for waffles and eggs is pretty exorbant, in my opinion, but the wait was well worth it. The food here is fresh and super tasty. We ordered the tri-fecta: a waffle, 2 eggs, and a meat option. The waffle was super fluffy and coated in powdered sugar with a side of sweet strawberry sauce. We ordered scrambled eggs, but we felt like for "2 eggs" we got jacked as there was very minimal eggs compared to what we can make at home. My boyfriend's lil bro got a chicken sausage patty which was very good and savory; perfect complement to the waffle. My boyfriend got 2 slices of bacon with his meal, and I opted for potatoes instead of meat because I love potatoes more than life itself . Our only complaint would be that my boyfriend's 14-year-old, growing-like-a-weed, weight-lifting brother was still hungry by the end of his meal; I, however, thought it was the perfect size (side note: I am smaller, not growing like a weed, and supposed to be on a diet). For $10, though, I would have to agree that the amount of food is scant and we could make it at home for cheaper, buuuuut that's not the point of eating out~ The new location is very nice and modern, a huge upgrade from the location off 95th St location. The tables are huge, and I noticed that there was a large island table that people shared. I feel like the booths are comically large -- our party of 3 was sat in a booth that could easilu fit 6, which probably accounted for the long wait time during Sunday after-church rush. All in all, I'd choose First Watch for its high-quality food, but maybe once in a while so my wallet doesn't hurt as much. read more
