i've been to many first watch locations and this location is just as good as the ones in the past! we came in and were greeted by friendly hosts. we were seated quickly despite it being busy. we ordered the pineapple express and mint chocolate ice coffee which was a great start to the meal. i ordered the smoked salmon frittata and it was pretty good! i wished the smoked salmon was put on top of the frittata and not cooked within. just a preference. we split the avocado toast which was great. fresh and light. and we also ordered the b.e.c. sandwich which was a lot bigger than we thought! overall, delicious meal and friendly staff with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. would come again in the future.

I love the fresh delicious food at First Watch. I've been to one in several states now. Luckily this one was right near my hotel. The service was good. The place was very spacious and clean with nice decor. I got the veggie juice which tasted so good and healthy. Also got the smoked salmon frittata which was delicious. Prices were very reasonable considering the tasty healthy food.

First Watch is a trendy little sit down breakfast place ideal for a weekend brunch with some friends. I would suggest getting to First Watch early or being prepared for a short wait, this place is a popular weekend spot for breakfast or brunch. The staff is super friendly and abundant so the service is excellent. The menu has some rotating options as well as staples such as the million dollar bacon or million dollar potatos. I had the "Works Omlette" and the "Million dollar bloody mary" The omlette was nice and fluffy, filled with vegetables and meats topped with a dollep of sour cream. I washed it down with a nice yet rather plain bloody Mary. Plain as in the only garnish was the million dollar bacon. I would have enjoyed some standard bloody Mary garnish as well. All in all First watch is a good option for a weekend brunch with some friends with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and quality brunch options.

YUM! Had the brussel sprout potato hash for brunch and it was delicious! Brussel sprouts, potatoes, variety of shredded cheese, onion, topped with 2 eggs, lemon-dressed arugula, and a chili oil. I was so happy with my choice! Our waitress was awesome. My dish was actually made with no brussel sprouts at first and, upon asking, she quickly had the kitchen remake the proper dish and let me keep the current one. So despite getting the wrong order at first, she handled it professionally and very quickly! The restaurant was a little loud but our group of 6 was sat rather quickly on a Saturday morning. Will definitely come back!!

This First Watch is just like any other First Watch, but the service was exceptional and the food was great. The French toast was cooked just right it wasn't soggy. It was nice and fresh and warm and fluffy. Like a true French toast. The million dollar bacon was good, but it wasn't as great as I've had it before at other first watch.. The space was bright, open and airy.

This is our second time at a First Watch in NC because the previous visit was not great there was a long pause. However our time here today was the polar opposite of the last. We came with our friends taking us to the airport for our flight out to vacation. The inside is a mix of country and clean industrial decor. Our server was very nice and we were well attended to for breakfast. I chose cinnamon chip pancakes with two eggs and two slices of bacon for $12.95. The cinnamon chips are like chocolate chips but with a cinnamon flavor. The meal was good and reasonably priced with good coffee to drink with it.

Delicious breakfast place. Wonderful service too. I ordered the Tri-Fecta with two over easy eggs, chicken patty sausage and I got the banana nut pancake which blew my mind because the banana was actually cooked into the pancake...just wonderful. Syrup was legit too. The decor was rustic farm but not overdone. Really nice. Definitely coming back.

We had the lemon ricotta pancakes, Pumpkin Spice Donuts, and smoked salmon Benedict with the Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk!

The service was amazing Our server, JJ was prompt, funny and professional. He helped to make our experience great. I only wish I didn't have to travel to North Carolina to have brunch here.

The fam and I took a post-Thanksgiving vacay to North Carolina and First Watch was one of our favorites stops! We popped in for brunch on a rainy Saturday morning and I was blown away by the adorableness of this spot. Even though we had a big group of 6, we were seated quickly and the drinks and food came fast. My daughter and I shared their special of the day, which was a green chili pork dish with eggs. We also got a side of their legendary bacon (which is apparently THE thing to order here). My only regret is we didn't have time to come back - their entire menu looked amazing and so did their cocktail and mimosa options. I would not hesitate to stop here again if I'm ever back in the area.

I really enjoyed my experience at this First Watch location! The restaurant itself is decorated very nicely. I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning and honestly was surprised by how busy it was! There weren't very many open tables and I was pleased that we were able to be seated right away. Our server was friendly and the service was sufficient but she was difficult to get ahold of for the check. Not a huge deal though! As I said - they were busy the morning we were there. For breakfast, I decided on the tri-athlete. It was very yummy! House-roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and green chiles in a cage-free egg white omelet. It was served with housemade pico de gallo, whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh fruit. The finished every last scrap on the plate! I also opted to try the holey donuts which were seasonal at that time and were apple spiced flavor. They were served with a cream cheese style dip and a caramel dip. The donut holes alone would have earned a 5-star review!

This place offers traditional breakfast but also brunch options with lots of healthy options ! Food sizes are on the smaller side but you can tell it's fresh. We've been multiple times and even had one occurrence where the eggs were significantly undercooked but as soon as we let them know they took the food back and fixed it which was great!

I dined in this location of First Watch on Sunday, December 22, 2024. I've dined at First Watch restaurants in a few locations across the country, and always on a Sunday morning. This was the first time I did not have to wait thirty minutes or more for a table. I was pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. I tried something different from my usual. I had the DELICIOUS Steak and Eggs Hash. This consisted of seared steak, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and onions, Mozzarella and fresh spinach in a potato hash. Topped with two cage-free eggs any style (my eggs were fried medium), Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs. Served with Parmesan-crusted ciabatta.

Treated myself to brunch on my day off of work and randomly ended up in the Brier Creek area. I hate that I don't recall my servers name, but she was great! She had a pleasant, upbeat personality and seemed to really enjoy her job. I opted to try a meal off of the summer menu and glad that I did! I got the carnitas breakfast tostadas-they were delicious, flavorful and would definitely order it again. I also had an amazing beverage called a Pomegranate Sunrise. The drink was good as well! It was a nice space with both indoor and outside seating, the staff seemed to take pride in their work and worked well as a team in keeping the space clean.

We had three different beers from this brewery, one in which appears to be no longer in production. The discontinued one was a pale ale by the name of Peacemaker. It was refreshing and enjoyable to have. Flavor features with this beer are that typically seen with a pale ale which are hoppy, malty and sweet. The beer is very light bodied which is nice and very smooth. Unfortunate that it's out of production. The other two beers we had are still being made. One was Shotgun Betty which is a Hefeweizen. Not bad but sometimes I struggle with Hefes and the strong banana clove flavor which was the case here. It was good that it was light bodied like most Hefes are and smooth also. The final beer was the Sweet Josie Brown Ale which I think was my favorite. The sweet, malty and coffee flavors are very enjoyable and like the prior two beers a nice smooth body to this fine dark beer. I am glad I recalled this brewery experience as I felt it was important to post the beers we had and what we thought of them!

The Deets: Before heading into holiday grocery shopping with some friends, we decided to stop in to this LongHorn Steakhouse located in Brier Creek. For a Monday evening, they were still pretty crowded and we had a longer than expected wait to be seated. They were indeed full inside the seating area when we were shown to our table. LongHorn has a pretty extensive menu as one expects from a steakhouse chain. I decided on the Loaded Potato Soup to start out with here and it was pretty good but not exceptional, again what would be expected from a steakhouse chain here. For my meal I went with Flo's Filet 6 oz choice with rice pilaf as my side selection. I have to admit, while the steak was cooked as ordered it did not really have much flavor to it even for a filet as well as lacking in overall presentation. While the steak flavor was disappointing, the rice pilaf was good and there was plenty of it. My friend looked pretty satisfied with his ribs selection and it was a huge portion as well. If I come back in the future, I may change up my selection to see if my experience can improve. The overall speed with us getting our items we ordered was very slow. Our server was very nice and friendly (even extremely talkative) but the long delay receiving our ordered items was definitely something we all noticed. Overall, it was a chain steakhouse experience as I've pointed out a few times, not much else here and our hunger was satisfied before hitting the grocery store.

Vickie was already there when I arrived and had ordered the Queso Skillet. It was a great way to start the meal. The sausage gave it a nice flavor and paired well with the queso. Although The Goat has a full bar, we both opted for soft drinks. I had a club soda with cranberry juice, which was mixed well and refreshing. After enjoying the sausage in the Queso Skillet, I ordered the Nonna Tavern Pizza with Italian sausage, caramelized onions, banana peppers, and basil marinara. Whatever blend of cheeses was used, the pizza was delicious. I also had a side house salad with apple vinaigrette, which was very tasty. Vickie ordered the grilled salmon and said it was quite good. The service was very good, and the space has a modern industrial tavern feel with upscale farmhouse and brewery-inspired design elements. It feels casual and comfortable while being more polished than a typical sports bar. One feature that sets The Goat apart is its coffee-and-breakfast concept. The coffee, breakfast, and work area is separated from the main restaurant and resembles the kind of modern, uncluttered coffeehouse you might find in a contemporary hotel or airport lounge. It creates a welcoming space for morning coffee, breakfast, or remote work before the lunch and dinner crowds arrive. After my visit, I learned that The Goat is operated by LC Hospitality, an Ohio-based company that has expanded the concept to several states. The Brier Creek location is one of multiple Goat locations, giving it the feel of a locally focused establishment while benefiting from a larger hospitality organization. Overall, this was a good experience. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was inviting, and the prices were reasonable. Carolina Ale House Review - 3/5…read more It was our last day in town, and we wanted something quick while still getting a taste of some local favorites. Since Carolina Ale House was close to where we were staying, we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere definitely had that classic ale house vibe, with plenty of local beers on tap along with other familiar beer options. It felt like a nice casual spot to unwind and grab a bite. We all ordered something different, which was nice for variety. I had the hibachi shrimp, while the others had tacos with chips, and my son kept it simple with chicken tenders and fries. The food overall was okay, but my dish was a little disappointing. Everything on my plate--between the soup, pilaf rice, broccoli, and shrimp--seemed to carry almost the exact same flavor, so I didn't really get to enjoy the distinct hibachi taste I was expecting. One highlight for me was definitely the spicy margarita--the flavor was delicious. My husband also really enjoyed the "Ale Yeah" 16 oz. Bloody Mary along with one of the local North Carolina draft beers, which was a nice touch. Our server, Trevan, did a great job taking care of us. He was accommodating, attentive, and made sure we had what we needed throughout our visit, which we appreciated. Overall, I'd rate this place a 3/5. It was a decent stop for a casual meal and drinks, but the food could have had a bit more flavor separation and wow factor
