Update: 10:45am Monday Dec. 27. 2021 Service was friendly and quick. Our order had its hiccups but overall it was a smooth dining experience. Some of the hiccups included eggs not scrambled hard and cheese being left on the meal when it was requested not to be. Parking is still decent. For a Monday morning, this location was getting a lot of customers. A wait began while we were eating. Just a heads up. I'm glad they redeemed themselves from my last experience. Quick tidbit, they have 4 bathrooms. 2 Family bathrooms or Unisex & 1 man 1 woman bathroom. I believe that's the first time I've seen that type of combination so I wanted to point it out. read more

Absolutely loved our experience here. My husband and I had the tri fecta along with cheese grits. The Belgian waffle was perfect, crisp yet fluffy. The eggs tasted like "real" eggs. The purple haze drink is delish made with pure sugar cane. The bacon was great and our server was both attentive and courteous. I don't remember her name but she was a pretty girl with tattoos. Everything was great. The Million Dollar Bacon was delish. It was quiet but a little dirty (there were crumbs in the seat and some tables were not bused when we sat down but it was almost closing time and I am sure it was a busy day). Service was great. Lousy experience. Booked ahead, or attempted to on app for 3 people at 12:34pm. No wait it said. Drive over kept checking app to book in case it got crowded. Arrived and the place packed. I showed hostess the app she said, I don't know. How long? Oh just a short 25 min! Are you kidding? I said you might turn the app on. She said "I don't know how?" Well you better tell your manager. Better yet the owner. This was our 4th visit and it's our last. Each time the order was wrong or missing something. Never a service recovery. For a new business? The owner should be on top of it. If your not going to offer book ahead seating, don't set it up. I will share my experience far and wide. I've been to First Watch in Florida, Illinois, and Texas. Every time I order a blueberry muffin I am giving a chocolate chip muffin. If I wanted chocolate chip I would have made it as the selection. I think it is rude and inconsiderate to substitute the muffin and you don't know if that person has a chocolate allergy. If someone pays for something and you don't have the item then you need to credit them not substitute item. That's pure laziness and not good customer service. Stop offering blueberry muffins if you're not going to have them on a regular. read more

I come to First Watch pretty frequently and I always leave satisfied. Today I went to the Aliana location and I was served by Sophia. The service with her was great and she was very polite. Today I was received by a polite worker named Will, he was on our table every 10 minutes to check up on us and check if we were doing well. The staff was friendly. Ordered food, long 5-6 inches of hair cooked into the potatoes. Casually took my plate back to kitchen. They remade the order. Second plate come out with hair still cooked into potatoes. Waitress claimed no way it could have happened, none of the cooks have long hair. However none of the front of house staff has their hair restrained or pulled up. That item was taken off the bill, but no other apology was offered. Won't return or suggest to neighbors. A disappointing and honest review. I have been to other locations in the past but this was my family's first time at this location. We went during brunch time and surprisingly it was quite busy and there were so many people that made it feel uncomfortable due to the minimal table spacing. Shortly after we were seated, our server came around to take our drink orders. He had a hard time hearing us over the loud environment (loud due to people talking and background music). It felt like I was dining at a chuck-e-cheese. As the server walked away, we noticed a foul odor. Come to find out our server seemed to have serious body odor. We stayed optimistic and made our food order quickly, trying to avoid drawing any attention to our server so they wouldn't return to our table. We then received our coffee which was extremely bitter, so we had to ask for a freshly brewed pot. Immediately we noticed that the coffee was better and it was apparent that the previous coffee pot provided must have been old and sitting for hours. Once we received our food the disappointment continued, we ordered a chocolate chip pancake which felt like we were eating a chocolate chip cookie. The pancake was hard and had an excessive amount of chocolate chips. We also ordered the french toast and sadly it was mushy and undercooked. They had a kid menu which we ordered from but be warned, the food here is not kid friendly. We ordered yogurt granola and fruit for our kiddo and the meal barely had any yogurt making it difficult to eat for my daughter. My wife ordered the farm house skillet, which we asked for over easy eggs. The eggs were clearly well done and we noticed that an exaggerated amount of oil was used to cooked these eggs as they were overly greasy. After all the negative food experience and foul smell coming from our server we decided to leave. We spent over $60 on a brunch that was poorly delivered, unacceptable food quality and an environment that does not look to care for COVID-19 prevention. I would have possibly received better food and better quality service from an IHOP or Denny's. I will no longer recommend this restaurant, let alone this location. You are better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

This will be my Last Watch at First Watch. Spending $60 for a less than optimal brunch could have been better spent at IHOP while saving half the amount. I rarely let service be the reason I rate places low, but it has to be mentioned here. First, let's talk food. The biscuits and gravy looked like a home run but ended up being a failed bunt. The biscuits were hard and tasted like it was made the day before. The gravy with turkey sausage was the saving grace. If the biscuit were fresher, it would have been a hit. The side of potatoes that were served with the dish were semi-hard and lacked the famous soft crunch well-executed skillet potatoes get. The blueberry pancake was a fail as well. It was almost hard and tasted like cardboard. Instead of the blueberries being in the middle, they were at the bottom of the pancake. Execution failed. I had to practically beg for syrup which didn't even come out with the pancake. Another person who was not our server dropped it and off and practically glared at me as if I were creating an inconvenience asking for syrup. Short story, the syrup didn't help. I can make better pancakes at home. Now let's talk service. At the end of the meal, we are handed a receipt. Instead of being told I have to get up and join the same line during arrival to pay, I sat and patiently waited with my card to pay. Only after seeing other people get up and go back up front, we made our move too. Would've helped if that was explained to us. The checkout process needs to be updated. It is very much possible for chain breakfast/lunch spots to be good, ie: Dish Society and Snooze. This spot has ways to go and I would recommend to avoid until they can get better. read more

First Watch is first on our list. Living five minutes away doesn't hurt but they quality of food and service are exceptional. My wife loves the chorizo omelette balanced with the greens , the preserves are so good that the bread becomes dessert. The omelettes are huge and the selection is unrivaled. Custard dipped French toast, lemon pancakes several choices of meats First Watch hits all the Marks but ask for Andrew. Service was exceptional and the convenience of the coffee pot on the table, the old fashioned milk bottle full of water was comfortable. The portions are so plentiful we were beyond content. Understanding they are newly opened and working through some kinks, it took an hour from being seated to actually getting our food. Food's temperature was not great but to avoid an even longer wait we just ate it. I'm only giving this rating because my server, the girl with pink hair, was so helpful and attentive the entire time we were there. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated, then another 45 to get our food, it was overall a horrible experience. But our server was so sweet - she really tried to make the best of the situation and at least kept our drinks filled. This was one of the worst experience I've ever had a any restaurant. I feel so strongly about this I also left a review on google. We ordered a power quinoa bowl and a salmon frittata. The power bowl was cold and my food was way to salty. When I told the waiter he said we don't have a microwave but I can make another one. When I talked to the manager he was unapologetic and didn't seem to care. I will never go back under this management! 3 other people on this same day left bad reviews on google as well.
