The combination of all the ingredients really complimented each other out and no ingredient was overwhelming. My partner really enjoyed his steak hash, he did say the chickichanga was better which is a big surprise because he is a big steak and eggs kind of guy. The bloody Mary's are a perfect blend of tomato and spice and served in a cute little bottle with their million dollar bacon, honestly finger licking good. I love their morning medicine juice and their fresh squeezed orange juice. Service is impeccable and speedy. The food was on our table within 10 minutes of ordering. They basically changed the way I look at quinoa.. I've never ever had quinoa the way the have it here and it basically made me crave for more, which is in a way good as we know quinoa is a very nutritious food. Like everyone said, they are consistently busy, so it's either you call in advance for a reservation or use an app to do it for you. Otherwise, you'll sit there waiting for at least 30 minutes or so for your table. I kind of felt bad to some of the people waiting there and then we came in and were seated immediately. And they were waiting there even after we were done with our food. I'm pretty sure everyone leaving the place are like so filled up and have all the worth of their wait. My sister and I came here for our first time today for brunch. We were really excited to try this place out, and being in the service industry we can be quite particular with our food and service. Let me tell you, from Jeremiah greeting us by holding the door open and a big smile on his face which we can quite easily see even under his mask to The Mo Show (Mariah) with her menu knowledge and outstanding personality to every single item that came out. Our initial introduction to First Watch was in West Chester, OH and it was incredulous. Decided to try the St. Peters location. After waiting about 20 minutes to be seated with empty tables waiting to be cleared - we were shown to a table near the kitchen. From the laughter and conversations heard it answered the question about the uncleared tables - socializing on the clock. The food arrived quickly and was lukewarm indicating it was not freshly prepared or even heated. The coffee tasted watered down. The coffee pot contained about one and a half cups - ordered a refill. The grits and shrimp tasted bland. We felt cheated and disappointed. The grass in our backyard is filled with socializing, lukewarm to cold food, and lousy water coffee. read more

We had a horrible experience. Went for breakfast with my sister. Once we were seated, our waitress took 10 or so minutes to get there. She was incredibly rude. Condescending, snotty, clearly did not listen to us. She got both of orders wrong. I ordered the tri athlete, and my sister ordered the waffle, egg, bacon breakfast.
