Been here a couple times recently, they changed completely. Always forgetting tables & orders. Aside from the fact that everything takes so long. Food quality and prep has also gone down a lot. They need to go back to doing what they were doing before. read more

Food wasn't terrible, service was truly awful. One of our million dollar bacons had a hair in it. We sent it back and it was replaced, but we still paid for it (normally I would think the restaurant would deduct this from the bill). We ordered apps and asked for sharing plates maybe 5 times before we actually got them. There seemed to be a lot of confusion among the staff and we continuously needed to ask for things multiple times. Management need to get it together. read more

Food is absolutely delicious. I've been looking for a good go-to breakfast spot and BAM! Here it is! Food is fresh, menu is unique and interesting, service is getting better. I've been here 3 times now and the first time, service was horrible (opening week). The 2nd and 3rd time it was better than the prior. I'm hoping it will continue to get better. But hey, the food was on point each time I dined! Prices are very reasonable considering the quality; typical $20-$25 for 2. Definitely plan on a near future visit :) read more

Although the service was a bit slow at the start, the food came out fast and was delicious. The presentation, taste, and temperature of the food was on point. I was really surprised by the cost of the food, it's been a while since I've been to brunch for two people and paid under 40 dollars. The atmosphere is inviting and calming. Not good. We ordered 2 entrees: biscuits with Turkey sausage gravy and the 2nd entree: trifecta with Belgium waffle scrambled eggs and bacon. 1st entree was cold, not even like warm. Biscuits were dry and hard, gravy was gross and never did get the Turkey sausage. 2nd entree also cold, so cold the butter didn't melt on the waffle and the bacon was cold and greasy . The fresh squeezed morning meditation juice was the best thing from this experience (mostly ice). The manager came over and said the food didn't look good at all and offered to redo our orders. We declined but the manager did comp the meals and we paid for our drinks ($4 each for a glass full of ice and a little juice...smh) I really wanted to like this place since they are popping up everywhere but will probably not visit again. read more

Very very good breakfast. Would probably be 5 stars if it wasn't for it being in a strip mall and when I went it was dead. I had the Pork Belly breakfast bowl with coffee and they were both fantastic and I would order both again. After a second visit, I was much more impressed. Although the server was helping other, I was still acknowledged when coming in and greeted. The server took care of my breakfast in which I had the kale tonic, and the avocado toast with a side of potatoes. It was excellent. The avocado toast was on a delicious thick cut piece of toast and there was a lot of flavor. I was very pleased with the service and would go back again any day. read more

The establishment was not busy , they just took forever to take your order & bring the food! First Watch is our go to Sunday brunch spot since moving to the Union county area. We love the food, although the wait can be long the service is always great. I never do reviews but I wanted to commend Tanasia, our server, who seemed to be running the place from the front end to the bank end. This young woman is management material. She has great customer service skills and presents with a kind smile, warm personality and a get it done attitude. I went to First Watch during its grand opening as I had been anticipating a new brunch spot in the area (I love brunch!). On my first visit with a friend, we were disappointed because we were being rushed out and the manager at the time showed a disregard for our feedback. However, I have been back twice within the last two weeks and it was obvious that something had changed. I was not rushed out and my server was very nice. The server I had today was Jaquan and he is very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and friendly. I ended up getting the trifecta and the kale tonic although I had already ordered and he had no problem making the adjustment. Jaquan actually took the time to assess what I wanted and made the perfect recommendation (as per my request). He was in tune and in the moment while serving me. This was amazing customer service and I lovvvvve great customer service! I sat outside and enjoyed my meal and left very happy. Plus, on my way out I met the new General Manager who had a COMPLETELY different disposition than the first one I met during the grand opening. My conversation with the new manager was very respectful and positive. The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is because I want to experience this type of service consistently before giving five stars. read more
