We wanted to enjoy breakfast out on a Sunday morning, so we decided to visit First Watch. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait long and were seated quickly upon arrival. Our server greeted us, brought menus and a pot of fresh black coffee to start our morning. After browsing the menu, we decided to try some of their spring specials, including the Farmhouse Hash Chicken, Strawberry Lemon Crunch French Toast, Calabrian Chili Chicken Hash, and a side of grits for our little one. The restaurant was quite busy, our food arrived in about 20-25 minutes. The grits were good with our kid simple, warm, and a healthy option. The rest of our breakfast was flavorful and satisfying. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the dishes were thoughtfully prepared. The Strawberry Lemon Crunch French Toast was the star of the meal which was sweet, and absolutely delicious. Paired with the chicken hash and a strong cup of black coffee, it was the perfect way to kick off our day. First Watch delivered a great breakfast experience, and we'll definitely be back again soon.

Service was great. Food was great. Check in was great. Restaurant was clean. Cashing out was really awkward. The lady took our bill and I wanted to redeem my birthday meal and my husband was gifted a coupon for our next visit by our waitress and she questioned who gave it to us and we couldn't combine the offer. Which we weren't intending to do so. Just weird behavior and disposition... We dine at this location frequently but didn't enjoy the exiting interrogation.

Potatoes were too salty but besides that food was good. Service was quick and efficient. Omelet was really good and the veggies tasted fresh.

When you walk in the vibes are so comfortable. The waitress was SO nice also So I started off by getting the honey caramel crunch iced coffee. Hit the spot! Then got the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy with Eggs. Very glad to see TURKEY finally implemented in gravy so that we can have it. Great experience!

I've never been to a First Watch before and as my first time, I was captured by their menu and drinks! It sits in the middle of a plaza across from the Wiregrass mall and is very easy to find in the heart of Wesley Chapel. Hostesses were very nice and seated us right away. We got our menu and had a good look but it was hard to choose as there were no pictures but nothing Google or Yelp couldn't help! Our waitress was super helpful and recommended that I try their new watermelon spiked drink and it was the perfect drink, I had to order another! Tri-frecta Breakfast: 4/5, it was delish but the toast was dry and not flavorful. Eggs, sausage and potatoes were good! Overall, enjoyed our time and would definitely return!

Great food, clean restaurant and friendly employees. Would 100% recommend the service. I have done a few times and I've never had a bad experience. The waiters and hostesses are always friendly. My order is always correct and the food is decently priced.

    Plastic

Let me preface this by saying that I love first watch and their food. However, this morning I had the most horrible experience I've ever had with them. I ordered two pancakes for delivery on Uber Eats. Perfect delivery, absolutely nothing wrong with the driver. I'm digging in to my breakfast (which I ordered because I've been having a bad week and wanted to treat myself) and I bite into something strange. Luckily I spit it out and when I look in my hand, it's a piece of plastic an entire fingertip length long?!?!?!? Absolutely disgusting. What if that plastic came from a chemical container? was it from a cooking utensil? I have literally no idea how a piece of plastics that big can go unnoticed when they are making fresh to order food. The pictures should show about how big it is. I feel sick to my stomach now knowing that I've been the unfortunate recipient of a foreign object in my food. I pray to anything that will listen that the plastic was not contaminated in some way and was just a random wrapper part or something from a bag of flour or sugar I will be very hesitant to order from my prior favorite breakfast spot again...

We go here every New Years morning for breakfast and FW never disappoints. Our waitress was perky and attentive AND proactive with our needs. I love the spaced out table set up. You don't feel crowded.

Wow! I'll be ordering from here often. I finally got a chance to grab some First Watch. The menu looked great but I decided to try the Floridian French Toast -- YUM! Everything was really good - I really enjoyed it all! I would recommend you try it next time you have a chance! I ordered to-go so I'm not sure how it looks inside -- someone ran in to get our order.

ORDERED - tri-fecta [$11.29 ish] STAFF kind waitress who was great about checking on the table and making sure we had everything we needed. all the staff were wearing masks, june 2021 DINING AREA tons of dining tables and booths inside, but it gets very busy so highly recommend making reservations OVERALL: this place is worth checking out. the tri-fecta was filling and delicious. it came with a belgian waffle (or pancake), two eggs cooked the way you'd like, and your choice of meat. what i appreciated the most about this place was that there were menu items for both my vegetarian friend and my gluten intolerant friend. it was a nice place for a couple friends to catch up and also a family friendly environment.

I'm giving this location a four star review! I've been to only two other First Watch restaurants before and this location is comparable to the one by my home! Great customer service today and the food was good! The food was seasoned and cooked well. The fruit bowl, I was told, would have strawberries but there weren't any which was a major disappointment! My son loves strawberries! We arrived early (about 930am) so we had no wait! When we were leaving (around 11am) there was definitely a line building as people waited outside and inside. Best bet is to go in the early AM! We had a great view by a window. I do feel that the seating could have been spaced apart more for social distancing. I'd hate to see how cramped it was before with more tables! The bathroom was clean. They have a changing table for the kiddos! There is parking but I'd say it's limited for the amount of customers in the plaza. Overall it was a good experience and I would return to this location.

Looking of a reasonably priced breakfast with fresh ingredients? Well look no further. First Watch has delicious Mexican inspired dishes that are worth trying. If you aren't into the "Mexican" part, there are classic breakfast items that I'm sure you will enjoy. This location tends to have an influx of customers however the restaurant tries to seat you as soon as possible and the wait for ordering and getting food is short. They also have a separate menu with seasonal items as well. I also have not had any issues with the staff. They always seem to be in a jovial mood, which I can appreciate. This First Watch location is definitely on my breakfast go-to list and could be on yours too.

Service was acceptable though, not great. Lady kept forgetting things for us. When we asked for tiramisu , she said we are likely out because we were out yesterday. But then she went to check and they indeed had it. How come she doesn't know what is on a menu. I had a grouper sandwich that was pretty good and side salad was pretty good. I asked for olive oil and vinegar and waitress again said she doesn't know if that possible. Which is the weirdest response. I didn't ask for anything unique. She then said they will do it and proceeded to bring me something different. Ambience is very nice and upscale, definitely one of the best places on the Wesley Chapel. Unfortunately the service wasn't great and I think it's time to offer non dairy options.

This was my first time using Toast. Typically I use OpenTable or Yelp but they were not available on there to make a reservation unfortunately. Parking was plentiful between the lot and street parallel parking. All the parking was free! Once seated, we were greeted by our fantastic server, Neli. She was absolutely amazing! Very personable & friendly! I ordered the More Cheese Flatbread and a side of Breakfast Potatoes. The More Cheese is a flatbread topped with garlic sauce, mozzarella, Gouda, white cheddar, parmesan, fried parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. I asked for mine without red pepper flakes. For the Breakfast Potatoes, I questioned if they had peppers in them. Neli and the kitchen made sure they did not put them in. Both were absolutely delicious! The flatbread was perfectly cheesy, the crust was thin and not hard, and the fried parsley was a great addition! The Breakfast Potatoes were crispy and I loved the flaky sea salt on them! Ended up having enough for leftovers, which was my dinner that night and just as good at home as it was at the restaurant. Would definitely come back and recommend.
