We ventured out of the house into the almost 100° weather on memorial day afternoon to eat a meal at first watch. It was an opportunity for me to use my buy one get one coupon that I was awarded for my birthday through the first watch rewards program. Let me just say before I forget that the Brooklyn breakfast sandwich is the best thing first watch has to offer right now. Don't get it twisted folks. That sandwich looks and even sounds and its description, like an ordinary breakfast sandwich. But let me tell you , the first bite - you will thank me. You will maybe want to find me and shake my hand in real life. Spectacular. I don't know why this is not a permanent menu item?! The pictures don't even do it justice it was not what I ordered, it was ordered, so I spent the rest of the breakfast experience being very envious of his sandwich. I got my usual roast beef and Havarti sandwich, a half of one because I got the you picked two deal. And normally for the other half of that deal I get a cup of tomato soup. However, today, I noticed that one could choose a Cobb salad , rather half of a Cobb salad, for the other item in the pick two deal. Their cop salad was super delicious. Plus you got all that extra protein from the bacon, the avocado, the turkey, etc. Was a wake up call for me, because I never, ever, never, ever, finish the tomato soup nor do I fully enjoy it. It's almost like an obligatory cup of tomato soup on the side of a sandwich. But from now on, I will be getting more bang for my buck when I order the two deal and I will always choose the Cobb salad before any other half portion options. That's it, it was great, because we went very close to closing, so the crowd had dwindle down a lot, which is, something that always provides for a better experience at first watch. I have had repeated problems with delivered orders from this First Watch. The errors have come from the restaurant and not the delivery service. After today, I will no longer patronize First Watch. After phoning the store to inform them of an error with my order (bag sealed with their sticker and "ordered checked by" initialed by one of their employees) there was no apology, no asking for the initials so they could better train the employee, and a rush to pass me off to the delivery service. I asked if it was their practice to pass their mistakes off to customers and delivery services. The reply was "yes, when it is a third party service." I get that a refund needs to come from the service but there should have been an apology from First Watch at a minimum. read more

Started with a Morning meditation juice...delicious! and tried the smoked salmon frittata which was soooo good. Nice coffee, those that don't need sugar or cream. Service was ok since there was a communication glitch when the tables got switched and we didn't have a server assigned. However, they picked up and recover the experience. Did someone say that first watch has gingerbread donut holes?! They absolutely do, and they do not disappoint. Run, don't walk to get some! That being said, first watch never disappoints no matter which location I've been to. In addition to the donuts, we also ordered the farmhouse hash (must try) and the oatmeal with Nutella toast. I'm not sure of exactly the reason but this particular location was very slow with seating, taking orders and dropping off food. (We didn't mind but other tables around us were complaining). I'm sure they were just short on staff but it was a long enough wait to be mentioned. Other than the wait, the food was absolutely delicious. Every single ingredient in the farmhouse hash compliments the other. The donuts come with two dipping sauces that are crème anglaise and caramel toffee flavored. Had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes & Chickichanga. Both were amazing and would highly recommend. Waiter was pretty nice as well. It is a long wait time, one time was 40 mins around 1pm and another im not sure what was happening but it was over an hour. However the food is delicious and once you get it you will be super happy. You also get to check out at the front counter instead of having to wait for your waiter so that is great. Especially when you're ready to leave. Whilst visiting family in WPB I came across First Watch, my had visited the Atlanta location and confirmed that we would definitely enjoy our visit and as usual she was RIGHT! I immediately admired the really cool decorations and furnishings. We we're seated right away although the restaurant was full which was a bonus because I was starving. The menu had so much to choose from, isn't that the way it always is when your hungry. Anyway, I settled on the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, it was excellent. I came in on a late Saturday morning and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a party of two although they looked very busy. The seaters took down our name and were very polite. The service all together was okay. They seem a bit disorganized as they brought us bacon instead of pancakes. The turkey burger was also so terrible, I never want to have that again. It was very bland and should be removed from the menu. Maybe it's because it tasted boiled and didn't even have any grill flavor but it lacked a crunch and seasoning. The burger was also so watery it was dripping everywhere and made the bun soggy immediately. The soup on the other hand was a zesty vegetable. It came out hot and was nice. Poor service I ordered through Uber eats first order never arrived I'm on vacation and the Uber guy was supposed to go to the lobby so they can let them upstairs we'll never arrived! Second order guy was efficient and message me which I thought ok my food is safe hopefully but when I received my order missing food and cold and a burrito I never ordered but overall cold very disappointing was looking forward to try their food never again it was not worth the headache and Uber customer service did not make it easy to get my money back but learned my lesson this restaurant does not care that's how I see it missing food cold food and wrong item sent sad and hungry read more

The service was attentive even the place was bustling around 9:30. I ordered the Tropical Sunrise right off the bat and wow it was both refreshing, delicious, and the looks to match. After taking in the atmosphere of the restaurant, (tall ceilings and ample space between tables) I ordered the seasonal Tacos Al Pastor Hash and it was full of flavor. The eggs tasted so fresh. A bite by itself was delicious or when I did a "combo bite" of everything- same result- delicious. And I would be remiss without mentioning the house coffee is too notch. Lunchtime on a weekday and the place was almost packed. The waitress brought coffee to the table after a while. The food never disappoints. We had a frittata and a 1/2 sandwich Ham and Gruyère Melt with 1/2 Cobb Salad. Super delicious. It wasn't super noisy even if we sat near the kitchen. I've been here many times. I LOVE the avocado toast. Its always good. I also like the trifecta which is pancakes, eggs and a meat. I've had quite a few things on the menu that have been good. The only thing I have to say which makes it a place I don't go often is the coffee, I do not like it. I do not like the creamer either. The coffee has always tasted like hot water and the creamer is not real cream. I went here during the pandemic and I'm happy to say that they are following the guidelines. Every other table. Paper menus or take your phone and use the QR code to scan the menu into your phone. If you need a condiment, you need to ask the wait staff. I had an egg white omelette with goat cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes. I was very pleased with it. There was also french toast that was tried. First Watch has adjusted their seating with respect to the current social distancing climate. In some ways, I actually like this set up more where you don't feel on top of one seated party or another. All the staff are wearing masks and require patrons to wear masks for entering into the restaurant. On the Thursday morning that we went, it was fairly filled with patrons but it was a nice ambiance. I'm sure on the weekends it will still be packed with wait lines. I ordered the ham and gruyere omelette and a side of bacon and gluten free toast. I enjoyed the omelette, especially, with the jam that came with the toast. The sweetness was a nice compliment to the nuttiness of the gruyere cheese and ham. And the bacon was bliss. I usually come to first watch and they have great food! I'll have to try again another day :/ Despite the fact prices have gone up a lot this place is still cheap and reasonable . My friend and I went in today around 8:30am and sat at a booth. Our waitress (never introduced herself) she had brown hair and winged eyeliner and glasses. was very pushy and came back every couple of minutes asking if we were ready to order. which I really didn't appreciate being rushed eating and picking out my food for breakfast. After receiving our food the waitress forgot a few things and when we asked for napkins,ketchup,utensils she acted like it was a bother for her to grab it for us. But every time we would ask her for something she would drop it off and walk away and not ask if we ended anything else. Thus leaving to us to keep having to ask. She was very short with us up until it was time to bring over the check. I think first watch changed their bacon because it was really thin today and my scrambled eggs had a few raw egg whites in them. We were shopping at the outlet with our grandson and decided to have lunch at First Watch. We parked, and entered the restaurant which look fairly Busy. We were toldcabout A 25 minute wait which was fine, until I discovered that it was extremely warm there. Upon asking the person behind the register " is the a/c working I was told no it was not.". Of course we walked out as we didn't wish to sweat while eating. My suggestion is , tell your potential customer if there's a problem , rather than to have me find out on my own. Per usual, the food was delicious and I love that I can feel good about eating a healthier meal too. I also can't get enough of their iced coffee, it's soooo yummy! My niece had the kale salad and market vegetable sandwich. I had the same sandwich and the honey pecan salad with chicken.
