I love the vibes at First watch for a good brunch. My go to order is the morning meditation juice ( which has Orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beets) and the Chikichanga which is like a breakfast burrito that comes with hash browns. I also some times get the lemon ricotta pancakes which are also delicious. My husband loves the million dollar bacon. One thing I also love about First Watch is that they bring you the full coffee pot to your table and refill it if needed. They do get pretty busy but it is a fun brunch spot!

Brunching at its finest! Today's mood: a "party in my mouth" with this custom Baja Turkey Burger from @firstwatch. PSA: Adding Million Dollar Bacon to the Baja Turkey Burger is the hack you didn't know you needed. I skipped the salad, swapped in some creamy goat cheese, and added that legendary sweet & spicy bacon--absolute perfection! My friend went with "The Works" Omelet, and let's just say we both left very happy campers. Thanks for the brunch party!

I decided to go to breakfast and eat outside with my new puppy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from a one-page extra menu listed as Seasonal. B.E.C., bacon, egg, and cheddar, with sweet peppers and aioli on their truly delicious sourdough bread. The server asked how I wanted the eggs and I replied over-medium, but the sandwich came with scrambled/omelet-style eggs. Even with that disappointment, the sandwich is terrific . Those sweet peppers, aioli and grilled bread are good enough to eat alone! The servers were all very friendly. Sitting at an outside table bordering P.B. Lakes Blvd hardly makes for a quiet breakfast, but I did enjoy watching the birds (some kind of Corvid I believe) take sugar packets and fly off with them.

Delicious breakfast and lunch spot on Palm Beach Lake Boulevard near the outlets. It was busy around 11:30 but we were seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress was lovely. Very efficient. We had a group of three. They said the decaf coffee was delicious. I love the morning meditation, which was from the holiday menu. Another favor was the biscuit and gravy. That biscuit was jumbo! They have a private parking lot, but are very close to the outlets and other stores. You can walk off the food coma from all of the delicious food you eat.

The chickichanga is probably one of my favorite things! It's got a lot of flavor and if you love pickled onions have them add it to the top! Whipped cage-free eggs with spicy, all-natural chicken breast, chorizo, green chiles, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions and avocado rolled in a flour tortilla. Topped with Vera Cruz sauce and all-natural sour cream. Served with fresh, seasoned potatoes. This spot is always busy but the food is consistently good!

After taking two classes at the gym on Saturday, I finally got the chance to eat at First Watch around 1pm. There was no wait to be seated, which I was grateful for as I was quite hungry. I ordered the Pineapple Express drink and the BLTE sandwich since I was craving breakfast. I ordered the greens as my side to balance out the bacon. I did a little happy dance as I ate, which is how you know the food was tasty. There were a few hiccups that were corrected by our recently hired server, but nothing that would keep me from coming back in the future.

Must be a shortage of blueberries!

My third different-first watch. They're all good, but if you want crispy bacon, you better ask for it, otherwise it's limp. And the blueberry compote has been ridiculously skimpy; small metal container about 1/5 full. It's twice in a row I've had to ask for more. And even what they bring me the second time isn't much. Still a good place though.

I ordered the avocado toast with two perfectly cooked eggs over easy.

Food was good! Hot tea service was great providing a hot water thermos. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was busy, clean. The iced coffee was eh... just don't order it, it's watery, a little too sweet, not good. I wish I took pictures of everyone else else's meals. Everything was good. Including coffee or tea and a meal it was $20pp. Without the tip.

This was my first time back at this location in a while. My friend and I were greeted warmly by the hostess when we entered. Our server, Shelby, was very sweet and attentive. We ordered the Morning Meditation and the seasonal Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juices. They were very refreshing and tasty. We also ordered a shareable. The Blueberry Lemon cornbread was delicious. This is seasonal, so try it while you can. For our main dishes we ordered the Elote Breakfast burrito with chorizo, peppers, and fresh avocado and the 1/2 sandwich with 1/2 salad combo. I had the Monterey Club with chicken avocado chopped salad. The salad was refreshing with a nice citrus dressing. The sandwich tasted very fresh. There were 4 restrooms, including 2 unisex bathrooms. The unisex bathroom that I used was fairly clean. It was not simple to split up our check when we left, but we managed.

The blueberry lemon cornbread was AMAZING! This was our group's first stop after landing in West Palm Beach and we were all super satisfied. The portions were great and the menu had tons of options to choose from. I also really liked the spiked lavender lemonade -- it was very light and refreshing. The staff was super nice and friendly. A great spot overall.

    Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl

Very flavorful. I hope that they never take this off the menu EVER. Who ever made these did it so well, the flavor is good, the warmth of the food is perfect and also they plate it so nicely. Our waitress was amazing for helping us out to which was good. Always checking up on us and attending us quickly. We walked in and we were seated quickly and food came out quickly fresh and warm. Definitely coming back again.

    Jajuan F.

Great experience at the palm beach lakes location in WPB. Food and was very good, full of flavor. I ordered the biscuit /turkey and gravy dish.. OMG absolutely amazing, Eggs fresh and fluffy, biscuit was buttery and toasted topped with turkey gravy with the perfect amount of flavoring. We also ordered the smoked salmon frittata which was very good. Food was served surprisingly fast, seemed very fresh and seating was just right. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality breakfast/brunch lunch. 1st Watch is definitely top tier and prices are very affordable. This is a must try

It quickly became clear why the drinks receive high praise! They were indeed delightful and well crafted. However, my experience with the food left much to be desired. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were topped with a creamy sauce. Unfortunately, the dish did not meet expectations, falling short in flavor and presentation. I would rate them a mere two out of ten. Additionally, we tried the oysters, which were disappointingly bland. Even with various toppings, they lacked the fresh vibrant taste one hopes for when enjoying oysters. Regrettably, both dishes missed the mark for me so I decided not to order more food and go somewhere else. On a positive note, our server was exceptional friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which helped enhance our overall experience. The restaurant's ambiance was mature and inviting and its location is indeed impressive. Despite the high ratings and popularity, I found the food lacking, which makes me hesitant to return. While I appreciate the quality of the drinks and the warmth of the service, the culinary offerings did not live up to the hype considering the basic dishes I ordered. Go for drinks only!

The restaurant is located at top floor above the furniture store, and as you can imagine it's beautifully decorated. The seats at the table were extremely comfortable and the staff were so attentive that before I noticed my drink was done, they already had a refill ready to replace it. Our server Bridgette was so sweet and gave great recommendations from their menu. The standouts for me were the grilled shrimp, Chilean Sea Bass, French fries and both desserts. However, everything we ordered was tasty and I would gladly come back and try more things on the menu (and reorder some things I had on this visit). When I checked Howley's on yelp I was surprised that there were so many negative reviews. Howley's is managed by the Sub-Culture Group, and we dine regularly at Kapow in East Boca and Dada in Delray Beach, also managed by Sub-Culture. And while this is an entirely different type of food, I still wanted to take a chance and check them out. And we did and were pleased and more than satisfied. First, the decor is truly funky. I'm not sure if everything is from the 50's when they first opened, but it sure looked like it was. The restaurant was spotless, and the toilet was as well. The AC was strong which was appreciated. Artwork on the walls was not our style but must have been from a local artist. Ceiling fixtures were similar to what my parent's had in the late 60's. Jessica was our server and she was professional and positive in her attitude. Could not have asked for anything more. Decided to order a turkey club on rye bread ($15) with fries which were included and share it. Some of the reviews addressed how large their portions were and photos confirmed it. Jessica brought out the sandwich which was split in the kitchen with an ample amount of fries on each plate. The fries were delicious. Obviously freshly made and not sitting around, they were crisp without being overcooked. The turkey was described as fresh roasted sliced turkey and it sure was. Bacon was plentiful and crispy along with fresh lettuce and tomato. Mayo served on the side as requested. The sandwich was so large that I was only able to eat a half of my half, taking the rest home for the following day. Ordered a corn muffin and chocolate chip muffin to take home and each was fresh and delicious. ($5-$6) Howley's certainly warrants a visit if you are in the area and not seeking a trendy looking place which exists all over West Palm where the food may not be as good but the vibe is what is being sold with mediocre food. There was an on-site manager who visited our table to make sure all was good. I neglected to ask her name and apologize - she was welcoming and clearly on top of her managerial duties. Would I return? Sure would. And endorse fellow helpers to check them out.

Unfortunately, almost everything else fell flat. The menu is quite limited, and the drink selection is even more restricted. No Merlot on the wine list? That was surprising. We were also disappointed to hear the skirt steak was already sold out by 5:00 pm, especially given how few entrée options there were to begin with. The food itself was a major letdown. The "de-boned" bronzino was anything but-- it arrived with tons of bones, making it unpleasant to eat. The French dip sandwich was downright horrible, lacking flavor and horrible texture. Service was slow and inattentive, which only made the experience more frustrating. To top it off, there was a bug floating in my martini. Water kept dripping from the vent onto our table throughout the meal. Little things like that really ruin the vibe. If you're going for the nice setting alone, maybe it's worth a quick drink. But for a proper dinner with reliable food and service? I'd look elsewhere. One star and that's being generous for the atmosphere and prime location.
