From our first visit 3 months ago to our visit today this place is consistently awesome. Their menu is fresh, healthier than most and has a definite Californian / Southwestern vibe to it. All our servers have been amazing, professional staff and I cannot say enough good things about how well they take care of us here. With the convenience of the No Wait app and the comfortable waiting area it never seems to take that long to get in, enjoy a meal and be welcomed to their beautiful atmosphere. My first time trying out First Watch. Loved it. I ordered the traditional breakfast and a carrot cake pancake. I had scrambled eggs and they were great, as were the seasoned potatoes. The eggs were slightly runny compared to other places, which was good for me, but not for my date, who prefers completely dry, hard scrambled eggs. If you prefer hard scrambled eggs, you might have to mention that it's ok if they get a little brown in parts. The bacon had a hickory smoked flavor and was really special. The pancake was loaded with carrots, nuts and fruit, which might not work for everyone, but it really worked for me. Their food is unique, in a good way. I'm not a breakfast snob and can practically eat and enjoy breakfast anywhere. But First Watch and Cracker Barrel are now my two favorites that I will be revisiting a lot more often than anywhere else. Will definitely be back! read more

Absolutely love this place. Did not dine in though many were and it appeared busy and efficient! Called in a breakfast order. The 'Floridian French Toast' with a side of turkey sausage was devoured by my companion. I tried the fruit on top and in my opinion it was very freshly cut. I had the Market Hash with scrambled eggs. The vegetables were perfectly sautéed, potatoes roasted just right, fluffy eggs and perfectly melted cheese. The artisan toast was mouthwatering. It seems that the business really commit to freshness and local sourcing which is becoming increasingly more important to health and economy. Breakfast was fresh, affordable and only took 10 minutes for pick up. (The proper max cooking time range for made-to-order breakfast items like the ones we ordered- I work as a cook and have at breakfast restaurants previously.) What a great concept and great find. I have eaten at this restaurant in Jupiter many times I really love the food and the interesting and unique presentations but I could not understand about this location is the CF that exists at the door between people trying to be seated and people trying to pay there were literally 50 people Milling around and no one knew where to go to do either activity it was confusing to say the least! I dont know how others see it, but it is a bit disconcerting once a meal is over to wait on line to pay a check after all that should be part of the service of the restaurant. I wanted to post an update to this review. I have NOT been back to this location or any other First Watch. However, I will say that First Watch did send a gift certificate for me to try again. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend First Watch. That being said, my husband does visit the Wellington, FL location and has said the service and food are much better. This has been not the first or second time this has happened while dinning at First Watch. The only gentleman that it the hostess needs to be retrained. This has been the third time that this gentleman takes my information down for my reservation then states when my table is ready I'll be notified. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour goes by and as we watch 10 parties being seated with no reservations. Then we went in not once but three times hey please make sure we you didn't forget about us and he says no no I promise. 1 hour and 30 goes by and then we had enough after we saw a new guest being seated immediately after asking what the wait time was. So then we walked in and said no, absolutely not we have been waiting almost 2 hours and you sat down 11 parties with no reservations before us. Then he ahead the audacity to say I don't see you name in the list and I lost it. I said you took our information, you repeated it and now your telling me oh I most of forgot to put it in the system?! Then he sits us down in the table directly next to the entrance and thinks that is ok with the amount of guest walking in and out?! Absolutely not Covid safe! We only come back to this location because we love the food, but as for service absolutely unacceptable. I will not judge this restaurant based on the hostess but if I had to I would give it a 1 out of 10 . He needs to be retrained or replaced ! read more

First time at this location. Great menu, nice dining room and great waitstaff. Got there a little before 8 and our party grew from 5 to 6 to 7 with one in a walker. Unfortunately I didn't get our extraordinarily patient waitress name but she was wonderful for our expanding party who took about 30 minutes for everyone to arrive. Food was great from the steel cut oatmeal, blueberry whole wheat pancakes, farmers biscuit (biscuit, sausage patty and egg) to variations on french toast. I think the places name may be a bit confounding as I falsely assumed this was a burger place. So wrong. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Really diverse and interesting menu. Again, wonderful waitress and I will be returning for both breakfast, brunch and lunch. Finally, very reasonably priced for menu and food. One of the best food places at the Outlet Mall (waiting for the lightning strike for writing that). read more

went to the one off of palm beach lakes, and i got avocado toast. horribly disgusting. there was an unholy amount of avocado on the toast so when i took a bite it was like french lawn clippings on a rock. the decor is strangely large, like doors and tiles, etc. the icing on the cake is how long it takes to get subpar food. would i dine here again? most likely, but it wont be on my free will. read more

I went in with my daughter. We were immediately seated. However, two parties that came in after us was served before us. Their waitresses took their drink orders and their food orders . We were still waiting for someone to recognize us and just ask if we were ready to order our drinks. Very sad. I was looking forward to eating there. However, I can't support a business with poor service. If it was crowded or under staffed I would have understood. However, we were clearly being overlooked. My first visit to First Watch, and I think I found my new breakfast place! The decoration is beautiful, not your regular restaurant. The menu has a lot of options. My server Gina was really patient and walked me through the menu. She suggested the elevated egg sandwich and she wasn't wrong. It was delicious. the food and service CAN be good. unfortunately this location is NOT consistent with either. my food has been overcooked more times than not, and I have definitely have had some awful customer service experiences here. today i ordered online and it says AsAp but then spits out 11:00 am pickup time, over an hour later. unfortunately i dont have that time to wait, and tried to call to cancel. no answer. go the store and was put off for a while until they say they make all food to order (duh, what !?!) and cant make mine faster, but also cannot cancel it and to call the number !?! uh hello, the store is the number, and you didnt answer, thats why i drove here ! i was livid, maintained my composure, went back inside after calling again with no answer and spoke to the manager, who said he would have to do it at the end of the day and to monitor my bank account for the credit. lol great this did not fill me with confidence, at all. i think this location just bites off more than it can chew, since its location by the outlet mall can drive a lot of business there, but mostly now appears to be full of tourists (literally saw a ton of people with suitcases).
