I joined a friend for dinner and I chose the bang-bang shrimp for an appetizer and the garlic Parmesan wings with onion rings for my entree. The onion rings are a $3 up charge. If you order the Rasta Pasta and get salmon it's a $9 up charge. Our server delivered great customer service throughout our dining experience but I didn't like that they automatically charge you 18% gratuity without properly communicating it. Then, I paid an extra tip without realizing the gratuity was already included. This was my 1st time dining here and I didn't know that, neither is it posted anywhere and our waitress didn't mention it either. I realized it when I asked for a printed receipt. It was only two people in my party so I didn't understand why the 18% gratuity was automatically charged. I didn't appreciate the deception. TIP: Please be aware of exactly what you're paying for and ask for a printed receipt before you pay your bill. Also, you don't get a paper check (tab), you have to see you check on their device. So, if you don't ask to see your total, you won't know until you actually get the printed receipt. I would go back to taste their dinner entrees. All in all, go try it out for yourself!
