Red snapper with their blackening seasoning (made at campsite)
    Nicole V.

We didn't eat at their restaurant but we purchased items from them at the Farmers Market at Sunshine Key and from the storefront Market. Everything we had was great! We purchased: - Whole Key Lime Pie (we didn't read the instructions and popped it in the fridge... don't do that) - brats - kielbasa - new york strip - stone crab claws (def get their mustard sauce!) - fish dip (not my fave) - Red Snapper (family fave!) - cinnamon rolls (a bit pricey but yummy! We had the Reese's and the apple - apple was the fave here) - hogfish - blackening seasoning (a must if you're cooking it on a blackstone) - seafood seasoning (I haven't tried it yet but I bought it because I loved their other seasoning so much) All of the staff we encountered were wonderful! Even on the phone. The day before Christmas I decided to get hogfish for Christmas dinner. My husband called in the morning and they set it aside for us.

Visited this fish market a couple of times while visiting the Keys!! A true hidden gem...we bought fish to take back to our RV and bbq in the blacktone. The grouper and crabcakes were AMAZING!!! The guy at the counter was so helpful. The fish is very fresh and priced well. They also serve lunch, which looked delicious!!! Great stop with a great selection of fresh!!

    Grouper Fingers plate

Great find! Stopped in for lunch today and had the grouper fingers plate with new potatoes. The fingers were nice and flakey with the perfect breading crispy and light, the slaw was amazing. And the potatoes were buttery and delicious. That was that now I tried the Peanut butter pie I bought home. Wow creamy peanut butter mouse on a thick crispy chocolate crust, wow my favorite peanut butter anything!!!!!

Another amazing service and lunch Swordfish sandwich to die for- you will never go wrong with it. My husband have the blackened mahi German fish sandwich which is also delish. They ran out of German beer Oktoberfest ( need to come back for this ) Overall, our go to lunch , dinner when in town.

Great variety of seafood. Good service. My husband had ahi-tuna that was barely warm when served. Shrimps were ok, but nothing special. I loved chowder with crawfish and coleslaw was good. Nice decor.

One of our favorite spots in the Keys! Freshest fish around with a German flair to the menu. The menu is huge with tons of daily specials based on the catch of the day and the season. The service is excellent. The restaurant is small, and it can get crowded. It's worth the wait!

You go around the corner to the bar area to order any drinks. We found a spot outside at a picnic table by the marina to eat. The food is fresh but overpriced. The lobster roll was good but had more roll than lobster. The lobster chowder was better than the lobster bisque I had at a different restaurant but still not as good as what I make at home. I tried the famous lobster Rueben. It was toasted perfectly on rye. It was fine but I think the sauerkraut over powers the lobster when the lobster needs to be the star of the sandwich. The beating I had here was probably the coconut shrimp with mango sauce. It was perfection. Deliciously crispy and the mango chutney was perfect with it. After we finished eating we went into the seafood market to check out their fresh seafood selection and grabbed a pie of key lime pie to go which comes in a little tart tin. It was really good flavored and the crust was obviously homemade. Not your typical graham cracker crust which was a nice change.

We got seated inside just as the sun was starting to set. Sadly all the guests that had finished eating right before us decided to walk over to the dock outside the restaurant which just so happened to be the exact viewing location for the sunset so we didn't get any really good photos of it bc there were so many people over there videoing it and taking photos. It was still nice scenery while we waited for our food though. I ordered ceviche to start us off as our appetizer and it was really good. My dinner was a pasta dish with shrimp and scallops. The sauce was supposed to be a white cream sauce but it was really runny. Even adding extra Parmesan cheese to it didn't help thicken it. It tasted ok. Not my best pick. I had a choice of soup or salad with it. I chose their she crab soup and I'm glad I did. It was great. Almost reminded me of homemade chicken and dumplings soup just with crab. I really liked it. I should have stopped with that and the ceviche. My husband got a grouper fish sandwich. He thought it was good but the prices were a bit high for what it was. His fish sandwich was $29. Although good, not worth $29. My pasta definitely not worth the $31. May be a bit of a tourist trap but the food was decent.

Various food around the table. Lots of tacos. Some grouper, Mahi Mahi, snapper and fried lobster. Some ordered pulled pork plates and I got the lobster bisque and pulled pork tater tot nachos. The pulled pork was good. There didn't seem to be a lot of fish in the tacos. The bisque tasted like Campbell's tomato soup with some lobster added. I wasn't a fan.
